Abstract
本发明属于热塑料成型领域,尤其涉及一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置,包括过滤板、熔体泵、控制显示器、工业电脑,过滤板设置在熔体泵前方,过滤板和熔体泵均与控制显示器链接,控制显示器和工业电脑依次连接,熔体泵包括电机、温度传感器、压力传感器、加热棒、填料压盖、填料函壳、前板、泵体、主动齿轮、轴承、高压垫圈、从动齿轮、后板、入口和出口,温度传感器有3个,3个温度传感器分别设置在所属泵体的入口、内部和出口,压力传感器有2个,2个压力传感器分别设置在所属泵体的入口和出口。本发明的有益效果:结构紧凑,设计合理,能大幅度减弱上游工艺传递的波动,快速的进入稳定的工作状态,提高挤出制品尺寸精度,降低废品率。

技术领域
本发明属于热塑料成型领域,尤其涉及一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置。
背景技术
在热塑料挤出工艺中,螺杆挤出机是主要的设备,特的主要功能是完成物料的熔融、剪切混合、熔体输送和减压。在挤出机工作过程中,各种功能相互影响,致使输送的熔体不平衡、不均匀,从而使挤出制作的均匀性降低,影响了产品质量,现在过滤板内的过滤网必须在停车的情况下进行更换,这种更换方式不但费时费工,每次换网时都要产生落地料,造成物料损失。
发明内容
为要解决的上述问题,本发明提供一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置。
本发明的技术方案:一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置,其特征在于包括过滤板、熔体泵、控制显示器、工业电脑,所述过滤板设置在所述熔体泵前方,所述过滤板和所述熔体泵均与所述控制显示器连接,所述控制显示器和所述工业电脑依次连接,所述熔体泵包括温度传感器、压力传感器、加热棒、填料压盖、填料函壳、前板、泵体、主动齿轮、轴承、高压垫圈、从动齿轮、后板、入口和出口,所述温度传感器有3个,3个所述温度传感器分别设置在所属泵体的入口、内部和出口,所述压力传感器有2个,2个所述压力传感器分别设置在所属泵体的入口和出口,2个所述加热棒设置在所述泵体上、下夹层内,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮上下设置在所述泵体的齿轮腔内,所述泵体的齿轮腔与所述泵体的所述入口和所述出口连通,所述主动齿轮和所述从动齿轮的两个肩台分别设置有所述轴承,所述前板设置在所述主动齿轮上与所述泵体前端面连接,所述后板与所述泵体后端面连接,所述前板前方装有所述填料压盖,所述前板和所述填料压盖间设置有所述填料函壳,所述主动齿轮和所述从动齿轮与所述后板之间设置有所述高压垫圈。
所述过滤板包括外壳体、主管路、分管路一、分管路二、滑块一、滑块二、过滤网一和过滤网二,所述主管路、所述分管路一和所述分管路二均设置在所述外壳体内、所述主管路分别与分管路一和分管路二连接,所述滑块一和所述过滤网一依次设置在分管路一中部,所述滑块二和所述过滤网二依次设置在分管路二中部。
所述高压垫圈采用8字形高压密封圈。
所述过滤网一和所述过滤网二采用40-60筛眼的滤网。
本发明的有益效果:结构紧凑,设计合理,能大幅度减弱上游工艺传递的波动,快速的进入稳定的工作状态,提高挤出制品尺寸精度,降低废品率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1和2对本发明的一种具体实施方式做出说明。
本发明涉及一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置,包括过滤板1、熔体泵2、控制显示器3、工业电脑4,过滤板1设置在熔体泵2前方,过滤板1和熔体泵2均与控制显示器3连接,控制显示器3和工业电脑4依次连接,熔体泵2包括温度传感器5、压力传感器6、加热棒7、填料压盖8、填料函壳9、前板10、泵体11、主动齿轮12、轴承13、高压垫圈14、从动齿轮15、后板16、入口17和出口18,温度传感器5有3个,3个温度传感器5分别设置在所属泵体11的入口17、内部和出口18,压力传感器6有2个,2个压力传感器6分别设置在所属泵体11的入口17和出口18,温度传感器5和压力传感器6检测温度和压力数据,并将数据传递给控制显示器3,控制显示器3可根据数据调整设置,减少温度和流量的波动,2个加热棒7设置在泵体11上、下夹层内,主动齿轮15和从动齿轮16上下设置在泵体11的齿轮腔内,泵体11的齿轮腔与泵体11的入口17和出口18连通,主动齿轮12和从动齿轮15的两个肩台分别设置有轴承13,前板10设置在主动齿轮12上与泵体前端面连接,后板16与泵体11后端面连接,前板10前方装有填料压盖8,前板10和填料压盖8间设置有填料函壳9,主动齿轮12和从动齿轮15与后板16之间设置有高压垫圈14,高压垫圈14采用8字形高压密封圈,能满足熔体泵端面高温高压下的密封。过滤板1和熔体泵2配合能大幅度减弱上游工艺传递的波动,快速的进入稳定的工作状态,提高挤出制品尺寸精度,降低废品率。控制显示器3和工业电脑4的应用实现人机对话,精准控制流量。
过滤板1包括外壳体19、主管路20、分管路一21、分管路二22、滑块一23、滑块二24、过滤网一25和过滤网二26,主管路20、分管路一21和分管路二22均设置在外壳体19内,主管,20分别与分管路一21和分管路二22连接,滑块一23和过滤网一25依次设置在分管路一21中部,滑块二24和过滤网二26依次设置在分管路二22中部。过滤网一25和过滤网二26采用40-60筛眼的滤网,实现了不停车自动换过滤网,解决原过滤网存在的问题,从根本上解决了拆装法兰、更换过滤网、密封圈、清理筒体物料等繁重的体力劳动,提高了生产效率。

1.一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置,其特征在于包括过滤板、熔体泵、控制显示器、工业电脑,所述过滤板设置在所述熔体泵前方,所述过滤板和所述熔体泵均与所述控制显示器连接,所述控制显示器和所述工业电脑依次连接,所述熔体泵包括温度传感器、压力传感器、加热棒、填料压盖、填料函壳、前板、泵体、主动齿轮、轴承、高压垫圈、从动齿轮、后板、入口和出口,所述温度传感器有3个,3个所述温度传感器分别设置在所属泵体的入口、内部和出口,所述压力传感器有2个,2个所述压力传感器分别设置在所属泵体的入口和出口,2个所述加热棒设置在所述泵体上、下夹层内,所述主动齿轮和从动齿轮上下设置在所述泵体的齿轮腔内,所述泵体的齿轮腔与所述泵体的所述入口和所述出口连通,所述主动齿轮和所述从动齿轮的两个肩台分别设置有所述轴承,所述前板设置在所述主动齿轮上与所述泵体前端面连接,所述后板与所述泵体后端面连接,所述前板前方装有所述填料压盖,所述前板和所述填料压盖间设置有所述填料函壳,所述主动齿轮和所述从动齿轮与所述后板之间设置有所述高压垫圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置,其特征在于所述过滤板包括外壳体、主管路、分管路一、分管路二、滑块一、滑块二、过滤网一和过滤网二,所述主管路、所述分管路一和所述分管路二均设置在所述外壳体内、所述主管路分别与分管路一和分管路二连接,所述滑块一和所述过滤网一依次设置在分管路一中部,所述滑块二和所述过滤网二依次设置在分管路二中部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置,其特征在于所述高压垫圈采用8字形高压密封圈。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑料挤出机流量控制装置,其特征在于所述过滤网一和所述过滤网二采用40-60筛眼的滤网。
