本实用新型涉及换热领域,特别是换热盘管。不锈钢换热盘管,单片盘管为蛇形盘管,单片盘管单管长度15~133米无径向焊缝。本实用新型结构简单,单片蛇形盘管无径向焊缝,与目前多点对焊单片盘管相比较:耐蚀性强,无焊接点,不会产生应力腐蚀或点蚀现象;整体无接头,机械强度稳定;工质在管内流动相对顺畅,换热效率相对更好(其影响程度与工质的物性参数有关);长期使用稳定性明显提高,而且连续无接头,外观好于对接焊管,美观、光滑、连续。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及换热领域,特别是换热盘管。 
背景技术
目前换热用的蛇形不锈钢盘管,都是采用直管和直弯管径向对焊连接形成的蛇形单片盘管,如图1所示,这种盘管1的径向焊缝2数量多,而且对焊时需先对位,调整好缝隙,费时费力,而且影响成品质量及性能:受焊接点质量影响,在焊接处易产生应力腐蚀或点蚀;机械强度与焊接质量及工艺有关,正常焊接点不会影响机械强度,但有出现焊接缺陷的频次;焊接点较多,管内焊肉易形成凸起,增加管内工质流动阻力,阻碍冷凝液重力流动过程,导致排液不畅,液膜的热阻增加,换热效率略有降低;外观有多处对接焊点影响美观。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服上述不足问题,提供一种不锈钢换热盘管,结构简单,一次成型,无径向焊缝,成本低,性能优异。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:不锈钢换热盘管,单片盘管为蛇形盘管,单片盘管单管长度15~133米无径向焊缝。 
所述盘管为圆管。 
所述单片盘管单管总长15~133米。  
本实用新型结构简单,单片蛇形盘管无径向焊缝,与目前多点对焊单片盘管相比较:耐蚀性强,无焊接点,不会产生应力腐蚀或点蚀现象;整体无接头,机械强度稳定;工质在管内流动相对顺畅,换热效率相对更好(其影响程度与工质的物性参数有关);长期使用稳定性明显提高,而且连续无接头,外观好于对接焊管,美观、光滑、连续。

具体实施方式: 
实施例1
如图2所示的不锈钢换热盘管,单片盘管为蛇形盘管,盘管1为圆管,单片盘管总长15~133米,整片盘管无径向焊缝。 
实施例2 
本实用新型不锈钢换热盘管,单片盘管为蛇形盘管,盘管1为圆管,也可以是单片盘管100米,其中仅50米处有一个径向焊缝。 
本实用新型盘管,整片盘管无径向焊缝。 
总之,单片盘管15米以上无径向焊缝均属于本实用新型保护范围。

1.不锈钢换热盘管,单片盘管为蛇形盘管,其特征是:单片盘管单管长度15-133米无径向焊缝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢换热盘管,其特征是:盘管为圆管。
