本实用新型公开了一种导电端子,其包括主体部,沿主体部一端向前延伸的接触部以及沿主体部另一端弯折并向下延伸的焊接部,所述主体部冲压有向下弯折的定位部,不仅降低电连接器的高度,而且加强导电端子的固定。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种导电端子,尤其涉及一种直接焊接于电路板的导电端子及其组合。
【背景技术】
电连接器在电子领域应用非常广泛,在电子设备中之组件与组件、组件与***、***与***之间都有运用,进行电气连接和信号传递,是构成一个完整***所必须之基础组件。
现有一种导电端子,其组装在绝缘本体内,导电端子包括水平设置的主体部,沿主体部一端向上弯折倾斜延伸的接触部以及沿主体部另一端延伸的焊接部,焊接部位于接触部的正下方,该主体部设有向下突出的定位部,该定位部干涉固定在绝缘本体上,具有这种导电端子的电连接器占用空间,不符合现今电子领域对小型化、低成本的电连接器的需求。
因此,鉴于前述导电端子的不足,有必要设计一种新的导电端子及其组合用来解决电连接器占用空间、成本高的问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型解决的技术问题:提供一种小型化、成本低的导电端子及其组合。
本实用新型解决的技术问题是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种导电端子,其包括主体部,沿主体部一端向前延伸的接触部以及沿主体部另一端弯折并向下延伸的焊接部,所述主体部冲压有向下弯折的定位部。
另一技术方案:一种导电端子组合,其包括导电端子和与导电端子配合的吸取装置,吸取装置包括插接面和与插接面垂直的安装面,导电端子包括收容在吸取装置内的主体部、沿主体部延伸穿过插接面的接触部以及沿主体部弯折穿过安装面的焊接部,所述主体部设有穿过安装面的定位部。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型导电端子及其组合具有如下有益效果:通过导电端子的主体部冲压有向下弯折的定位部,导电端子通过吸取装置安装印刷电路板上,然后取下吸取装置,通过焊接部将导电端子固定在印刷电路板上,而定位部可以加强导电端子的固定,并且防止导电端子左右摇晃,这样整个电连接器小型化,并且节省成本。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示,导电端子组合100包括导电端子1和与导电端子配合的吸取装置2,导电端子1通过吸取装置2安装在印刷电路板200上。
如图2至图3所示,吸取装置2包括可供导电端子1***的插接面21和与插接面21垂直的安装面22,安装面22与印刷电路板200相对。吸取装置还设有若干贯穿插接面21和安装面22的通道23,导电端子1固定在通道中,达到吸取功能。
如图2至图4所示,导电端子1包括主体部11、沿主体部一端向前延伸的接触部12以及沿主体部另一端弯折并向下延伸的焊接部13。吸取装置2安装在导电端子1上时,主体部11收容在吸取装置2的通道23内;接触部12穿过插接面21倾斜向上延伸,该接触部12可上下弹性变形;焊接部13穿过安装面22延伸,且焊接部13位于接触部的后方。主体部11与焊接部13相连接的位置设有向两侧凸伸的固定部14,固定部垂直于焊接部13,吸取装置2的通道23设有与固定部14配合的固定槽24,即导电端子1通过固定部14固定在通道23的固定槽24中。主体部11还设有向下冲压形成的定位部112,该定位部自冲压出来的通孔111的任意一端向下弯折成型,该定位部112穿过安装面22,在本实用新型中定位部112弯折的方向与焊接部13弯折的方向相同,两者配合固定导电端子1。
如图3所示,印刷电路板200上分别设有供定位部112和焊接部13***的第一固定孔201和第二固定孔202。
如图2所示,实现小型化的电连接器,首先吸取装置2自后向前安装在导电端子1上,然后利用吸取装置2将导电端子1安装在印刷电路板200上,焊接部13***第二固定孔202中;主体部11向安装面22凹陷形成弹性的圆弧状,主体部11抵靠在印刷电路板200上,可以防止导电端子1变形;定位部112***第一固定孔201中,加强固定导电端子1,防止导电端子左右移动。最后向后移动吸取装置2而将其取下,导电端子1进行焊接。

Claims (10)

1.一种导电端子,其包括主体部,沿主体部一端向前延伸的接触部以及沿主体部另一端弯折并向下延伸的焊接部,其特征在于:所述主体部冲压有向下弯折的定位部。
2.如权利要求1所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述主体部向下凹陷而形成圆弧状。
3.如权利要求2所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述主体部与焊接部相连接的位置设有向两侧凸伸的固定部,焊接部与固定部垂直。
4.如权利要求3所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述定位部弯折方向与焊接部弯折方向相同。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的导电端子,其特征在于:所述接触部是沿主体部倾斜向上延伸的。
6.一种导电端子组合,其包括导电端子和与导电端子配合的吸取装置,吸取装置包括插接面和与插接面垂直的安装面,导电端子包括收容在吸取装置内的主体部、沿主体部延伸穿过插接面的接触部以及沿主体部弯折穿过安装面的焊接部,其特征在于:所述主体部设有穿过安装面的定位部。
7.如权利要求6所述的导电端子组合,其特征在于:所述导电端子安装在印刷电路板上,主体部向安装面凹陷形成圆弧状,该主体部抵靠在印刷电路板上。
8.如权利要求6所述的导电端子组合,其特征在于:所述吸取装置设有若干通道,导电端子固定在通道中。
9.如权利要求8所述的导电端子组合,其特征在于:所述主体部与焊接部相连接的位置设有向两侧凸伸的固定部,所述通道设有固定部配合的固定槽。
10.如权利要求7所述的导电端子组合,其特征在于:所述印刷电路板上设有供定位部和焊接部***的固定孔。
