【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种可确保端子焊接部正位度的电连接器。
【背景技术】
美国专利公告第5,007,851号揭示了一种电源连接器,请参Fig.1所示,其端子3包括固持部31及焊接部32,焊接部32自固持部31后方向旁侧弯折出,焊接部32与固持部31相互偏位,其可对应印刷电路板上的线路变化而适当弯折。但是,当印刷电路板上的线路与焊接部32的距离相对较大时,该焊接部32必然要加大弯折角度,因该固持部31后方要预留一定长度供治具抵压,所以焊接部32仅能从固持部31的后下方靠近底面处弯折而出,如此,大角度的弯折会造成焊接部32的强度变弱,容易受损,从而,无法确保焊接部可正确焊接至印刷电路板上的线路,影响信号的传输。
因此,有必要设计一种可克服上述缺陷的电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可确保端子焊接部正位度的电连接器。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及片状导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持于绝缘本体上的固持部、自固持部延伸出绝缘本体的弯折部及自弯折部延伸的焊接部,该导电端子设有开口,所述开口设有抵压边缘,抵压边缘是位于固持部上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器具有如下有益效果:治具通过抵压在导电端子的开口前端的抵压边缘上,将导电端子组装入绝缘本体,可避免治具直接抵压焊接部而使该焊接部歪斜,从而确保焊接部与印刷电路板上的导电线路正确焊接。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1所示,本实用新型电连接器100主要包括绝缘本体1、收容于绝缘本体1内的第一、第二导电端子2、3、中心端子4以及遮覆于绝缘本体1外的遮蔽壳体5。
请参阅图2及图3所示,绝缘本体1包括略呈正方体构型并于中央形成有收容腔13的第一本体11及自绝缘本体1的后部延伸入上述收容腔13中的圆柱状第二本体12。在第二本体12纵长轴线位置处形成有一贯通前后壁的收容孔14。第一本体11的后部设有呈六边形状的第一收容槽111及与第一收容槽111相通的第一通孔112。第一通孔112自第一本体11后壁向前贯通第一本体11的前壁117,且第一通孔112中部与收容腔13相通。第一本体11于两侧壁及顶壁上分别开设有凸块113、114、116,于两侧壁及后壁开设有支撑在印刷电路板(未图示)上的支撑块115、118。于第二本体12后部设有第二收容槽121及与第二收容槽121相通的第二通孔122。第二通孔122自第二本体12后壁向前贯通第二本体12的前壁123,且第二通孔122中部与收容腔13连通。绝缘本体1的底面(未标示)平行于印刷电路板,该底面为该电连接器100的安装面。
请参阅图2及图4所示,第一导电端子2是由金属薄板冲压弯折而成,其包括竖直片状固持部21、自固持部21向前延伸的接触部22、自固持部21向旁侧弯折的弯折部23及与弯折部23连接并向下延伸的焊接部24。固持部21平行于焊接部24且垂直于绝缘本体1的安装面。固持部21于其上下端缘处设有倒刺211、212。弯折部23上开设有开口231,该开口231的前边缘设有抵压边缘2310,抵压边缘2310是位于固持部21上。第一导电端子2自绝缘本体1后端组入绝缘本体1的第二本体12内,其固持部21收容于第二收容槽121,接触部22收容于第二通孔122并部分突深入收容腔13内,倒刺211、212与第二收容槽121干涉配合。焊接部24为针状接脚,其延伸出绝缘本体1外并焊接于印刷电路板上的导电线路。本实用新型电连接器100包括两个第一导电端子2,该两第一导电端子2的弯折部23分别自固持部21向旁侧相向弯折。
请参阅图2所示,第二导电端子3包括本体部31、自本体部31上下两端缘向内弯折的固持部32、自固持部32向前延伸的接触部33及自本体部31后侧向下延伸的焊接部34。固持部32上设有倒刺321。第二导电端子3自绝缘本体1后端组入绝缘本体1的第一本体11内,其本体部31收容于第一收容槽111,固持部32及接触部33收容于第一通孔112,接触部33部分突深入收容腔13内,倒刺321与第一通孔112干涉配合。焊接部34延伸出绝缘本体1外并焊接于印刷电路板上的导电线路。
中心端子4包括水平本体部41、自本体部41前端向前延伸的音叉状对接端42及自本体部41后端垂直向下延伸的焊接部43。本体部41两侧设有倒刺411。中心端子4自绝缘本体1后端组入第二本体12的收容孔14,,通过本体部41上的倒刺411与收容孔14干涉来固定。焊接部43延伸出绝缘本体1外并焊接于印刷电路板上的导电线路。
遮蔽壳体5遮覆于绝缘本体1外,其于顶壁上开设有与绝缘本体1的顶壁上的凸块116扣合的扣持孔51,于侧壁上开设有与绝缘本体1的侧壁上的凸块113、114扣合的扣持孔52、53以及焊接于印刷电路板上的焊接部54。
本实用新型电连接器100的第一导电端子2的焊接部24与固持部21中间设有弯折部23,其相互偏位,所以当印刷电路板上的导电线路的距离发生变化时,可简单通过改变弯折部23的角度而使焊接部24可正确对位于导电线路,并且可避开印刷电路板上的其它机构。弯折部23上开设有开口231,开口231的前边缘的抵压边缘2310位于固持部21上,组装时,治具抵压该抵压边缘2310将该第一导电端子2组装入绝缘本体1,可避免治具直接抵压焊接部24而使得该焊接部24歪斜,从而确保焊接部24与印刷电路板上的导电线路正确焊接。
本具体实施方式仅列举了本实用新型的较佳实施方式,当然,本实用新型电连接器100还可以采用其他结构。比如开口231可以设于固持部21上,只要其抵压边缘2310是位于固持部21上就可以实现本实用新型的创作目的;两第一导电端子2的弯折部23可根据印刷电路板上的线路分布分别自固持部21向内或向外弯折。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及导电端子,所述导电端子包括固持于绝缘本体上的固持部、自固持部延伸出绝缘本体的弯折部及自弯折部延伸的焊接部,其特征在于:该导电端子设有开口,所述开口设有抵压边缘,抵压边缘是位于固持部上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述开口设于弯折部上。
3.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述开口设于固持部上。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的弯折部是自固持部向旁侧弯折延伸形成。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的焊接部是与弯折部连接并向下垂直延伸。
6.如权利要求1或2或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子的固持部平行于焊接部。
7.如权利要求1或2或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器具有平行于印刷电路板的安装面,固持部垂直于该安装面。
8.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述安装面为绝缘本体的底面。
9.如权利要求1或2或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述导电端子于固持部上设有倒刺,所述导电端子的焊接部为针状接脚。
10.如权利要求1或2或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括两个导电端子,所述两导电端子的弯折部分别自固持部向旁侧相向弯折。
