本实用新型公开了一种内置式缓冲止回阀,包括有阀体,阀体的两端分别为进水口、出水口,阀体的内部横置有阀板,阀板通过阀杆转动安装于阀体内部,所述的阀体底部内壁上固定有隔膜式缓冲缸,所述的隔膜式缓冲缸的侧壁为柔性的隔膜,隔膜式缓冲缸的内腔中滑动安装有活塞杆,活塞杆的前端顶置于阀板的侧壁上。本实用新型用于安装在供水管线上,依靠介质压力和隔膜的弹性变形产生的阻尼实现阀板关闭时的缓冲。

本实用新型涉及阀门类,具体是一种内置式缓冲止回阀。 
背景技术
目前,微阻缓闭止回阀结构形式各式各样,有内置缓冲缸的形式,也有外置缓冲缸形式,但都就需要一种液体才能够完成阀门关闭时的缓冲,消除破坏性水锤,以保障供水管道设施的运行安全可靠性。但往往由于液压管路的泄漏或阻塞,失去应有的功能。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种内置式缓冲止回阀,安装在供水管线上,依靠介质压力和隔膜的弹性变形产生的阻尼实现阀板关闭时的缓冲。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
一种内置式缓冲止回阀,包括有阀体,阀体的两端分别为进水口、出水口,阀体的内部横置有阀板,阀板通过阀杆转动安装于阀体内部,其特征在于:所述的阀体底部内壁上固定有隔膜式缓冲缸,所述的隔膜式缓冲缸的侧壁为柔性的隔膜,隔膜式缓冲缸的内腔中滑动安装有活塞杆,活塞杆的前端顶置于阀板的侧壁上。 
所述的活塞杆上具有凸台,凸台与隔膜式缓冲缸内壁之间连接有弹簧,活塞杆的前端与隔膜式缓冲缸之间设有密封圈。 
本实用新型的阀板在进水压力作用下自动打开,同时隔膜式缓冲缸内的活塞杆在介质压力和弹簧力的作用下伸出,当阀体出口的压力大于进口压力时,阀板在自重和介质压力作用下自动关闭;当阀板临近关闭时活塞杆起到缓冲作用,防止破坏性水锤发生。 
本实用新型由于内置缓冲缸的特殊结构设计,与介质完全隔离,依靠介质压力,和隔膜的弹性变形产生阻尼,无需液压***。结构简单、方便实用、安全可 靠,且成本低、使用效果好。

参见附图,一种内置式缓冲止回阀,包括有阀体1,阀体1的两端分别为进水口2、出水口3,阀体1的内部横置有阀板4,阀板4通过阀杆5转动安装于阀体1内部,阀体1底部内壁上固定有隔膜式缓冲缸6,隔膜式缓冲缸6的侧壁为柔性的隔膜7,隔膜式缓冲缸的内腔中滑动安装有活塞杆8,活塞杆8的前端顶置于阀板4的侧壁上,活塞杆8上具有凸台,凸台与隔膜式缓冲缸内壁之间连接有弹簧9,活塞杆8的前端与隔膜式缓冲缸之间设有密封圈10、活塞环11。

1.一种内置式缓冲止回阀,包括有阀体,阀体的两端分别为进水口、出水口,阀体的内部横置有阀板,阀板通过阀杆转动安装于阀体内部,其特征在于:所述的阀体底部内壁上固定有隔膜式缓冲缸,所述的隔膜式缓冲缸的侧壁为柔性的隔膜,隔膜式缓冲缸的内腔中滑动安装有活塞杆,活塞杆的前端顶置于阀板的侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的内置式缓冲止回阀,其特征在于:所述的活塞杆上具有凸台,凸台与隔膜式缓冲缸内壁之间连接有弹簧,活塞杆的前端与隔膜式缓冲缸之间设有密封圈。
