目前,电动客车或卡车一档变速装置需在电机和主减速器之间增加一个固定速比的变速箱,需要两个总成,结构复杂,占用空间,不便于整体合理的布局,而且体积、重量的增加也不适应电动车运行的要求。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、体积小、成本低的电动客车或卡车一档变速装置,以适应电动客车或卡车运行的需要。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种电动客车或卡车一档变速装置,其特征在于:包括输入轴、太阳轮、内齿圈、壳体、行星轮、锥齿、伞齿、差速器,输入轴和太阳轮为花链连接,内齿圈外侧固定在壳体上,内侧与行星轮啮合,太阳轮通过行星轮和锥齿传动连接,锥齿和伞齿啮合,伞齿与差速器固定连接。
本实用新型将一个固定速比与差速器主减速器集成一体,减小空间、重量,结构简单、便于布置、成本低、维修方便,更适应电动客车或卡车运行需要。

具体实施方式
参照附图,前进档:输入轴1动力通过太阳轮2至行星轮4,由于内齿圈5外侧固定在壳体6上不能转动,行星架3带动锥齿7转动,经伞齿8至差速器9从而到车轮;R档:电动机反向转动,输入轴1动力通过太阳轮2到行星轮4,由于内齿圈5外侧固定在壳体上不能转动,行星架3带动锥齿7转动,经伞齿8至差速器9从而到车轮;空档:电机停转;驻车档:锁止行星架3与锥齿7间的轴阻止车轮转动。

1.一种电动客车或卡车一档变速装置,其特征在于:包括输入轴、太阳轮、内齿圈、壳体、行星轮、锥齿、伞齿、差速器,输入轴和太阳轮为花链连接,内齿圈外侧固定在壳体上,内侧与行星轮啮合,太阳轮通过行星轮和锥齿传动连接,锥齿和伞齿啮合,伞齿与差速器固定连接。
