本实用新型涉及机械连接装置,尤其是一种气体压缩机与变频电机的连接装置。
背景技术
现有空气压缩机与驱动电机连接采用卧式安装,两者之间装置有增速齿轮箱、润滑及润滑过滤装置、联结轴装置、油箱等。当驱动电机转轴进行旋转运行时,带动大小齿轮进行旋转变速后,再带动压缩机风扇运行工作。同时,需要一套润滑***对齿轮箱内所有零部件进行润滑。因此,结构复杂、体积大、重量大、噪声大、振动大、耗材多、装配复杂、维护困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单,采用变频电机直接连接气体压缩机装置。
本实用新型的目的所采用技术方案是,包括气体压缩机、带有冷却风机的变频电机,其所述的变频电机轴伸端端面上放置有气体压缩机,螺栓穿过气体压缩机的安装法兰盘孔与变频电机轴伸端端面孔内螺纹啮合,变频电机的输出轴与气体压缩机的风扇轴孔键连接。
本实用新型采用气体压缩机与变频电机一体化结构设计,利用变频电机机座端盖作为底座,安装气压压缩机,呈立式安装,变频电机的输出轴直接连接气体压缩机的风扇轴,取消了润滑装置增速装置、油箱等设备,并取消连轴器减小轴的绕度。其结构简单紧凑,体积小,减轻重量、降低噪声和振动、节能、降低成本、提高工作效率等特点。
