Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种新型拨动式窗锁,包括锁体、锁扣件及拨动手柄,所述锁体设置有一供拨动手柄的方轴活动穿设而过的轴套,所述锁扣件和拨动手柄分别设置于锁体内、外两侧且两者通过拨动手柄的方轴保持连接连动设置;还包括一供锁扣件于锁紧和开启状态间变换时实现快速定位的弹性卡擎机构,所述弹性卡擎机构包括设置于锁扣件上的弹性卡擎组件、及设置于锁体上且与弹性卡擎组件卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。本实用新型与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:1、结构小巧简洁,便于加工制造,操作手感良好;2、实用可靠,使用寿命长,根据实验数据显示,当开启次数等于或大于70000次时,本实用新型功能依然完好。

新型拨动式窗锁
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种拨动式窗锁,属于防盗锁具技术领域,尤其是指一种改进结构的新型拨动式窗锁。
背景技术
现代社会中,锁具的种类和款式数不胜数,结构和功能也各不相同。对于一些防盗要求不太高的门窗,目前一般都会安装拨动式锁具,拨动式锁具以结构简单、制造容易、操作便利等优势,在办公场所和家庭装饰中得到广泛推崇使用。专利号为ZL98234269.1、名称为《一种推拉窗锁》的实用新型专利公开了一种推拉窗锁,其采用两片金属弹簧片夹持拨动手柄方轴的结构,实现拨动手柄于锁紧和开启状态间变换时快速定位的目的,但是,由于方轴在金属弹簧片夹紧状态下转动,两者间的磨损比较严重,而过度磨损将导致其失去自动定位的功能,使用寿命欠佳。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术中的缺点与不足,提供一种结构简单、实用可靠、使用寿命长的新型拨动式窗锁。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型按以下技术方案实现:
一种新型拨动式窗锁,包括锁体、锁扣件及拨动手柄,所述锁体设置有一供拨动手柄的方轴活动穿设而过的轴套,所述锁扣件和拨动手柄分别设置于锁体内、外两侧且两者通过拨动手柄的方轴保持连接连动设置;还包括一供锁扣件于锁紧和开启状态间变换时实现快速定位的弹性卡擎机构,所述弹性卡擎机构包括设置于锁扣件上的弹性卡擎组件、及设置于锁体上且与弹性卡擎组件卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。
进一步,所述锁扣件设置有一带开口的用于放置弹性卡擎组件的容置腔道,容置腔道的轴线方向与轴套的轴线方向平行、或垂直。
进一步,所述弹性卡擎组件包括一伸缩弹簧及一走珠;其中,所述伸缩弹簧设置于容置腔道内部,其伸缩变化方向与轴套的轴线方向平行、且两端分别与容置腔道内底和走珠顶抵接触配合,所述走珠的部分球面伸出容置腔道的开口外部。
进一步,所述锁体的内壁设置有一与走珠的滚动轨迹相对应且与走珠滚动接触配合的弧形导轨,弧形导轨的两端部分别设置有一与走珠卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。
进一步,所述弹性卡擎组件包括一伸缩弹簧、一滑块及一走珠;其中,所述伸缩弹簧设置于容置腔道内部,其伸缩变化方向与轴套的轴线方向垂直、且两端分别与容置腔道内底和滑块内端顶抵接触配合,所述滑块外端设置有一用于放置走珠的凹槽,及所述走珠的部分球面伸出容置腔道的开口外部。
进一步,所述锁体轴套的弧形外壁与走珠滚动接触配合,且弧形外壁于轴套内圆直径的延长线上设置有两个相对的且与走珠卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。
进一步,所述卡槽的内壁设置为倾斜导向面。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
1、结构小巧简洁,便于加工制造,操作手感良好;
2、实用可靠,使用寿命长,根据实验数据显示,当开启次数等于或大于70000次时,本实用新型功能依然完好。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1~3所示,本实用新型所述的新型拨动式窗锁,包括锁体1、锁扣件2、拨动手柄3及弹性卡擎机构。
其中,所述锁体1设置有一供拨动手柄3的方轴31活动穿设而过的轴套11;所述锁扣件2和拨动手柄3分别设置于锁体1内、外两侧且两者通过拨动手柄3的方轴31保持连接连动设置;进一步,所述锁扣件2设置有一与设置于窗框上的锁扣锁止配合的锁勾21、及一带开口的用于放置弹性卡擎组件的容置腔道22,较好地,容置腔道22的轴线方向与轴套11的轴线方向平行。
另一方面,上述弹性卡擎机构用于供锁扣件2于锁紧和开启状态间变换时实现快速定位,其包括设置于锁扣件2上的弹性卡擎组件4、及设置于锁体1上且与弹性卡擎组件4卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。进一步,所述弹性卡擎组件4包括一伸缩弹簧41及一钢制走珠42;其中,所述伸缩弹簧41设置于锁扣件2的容置腔道22内部,其伸缩变化方向与轴套11的轴线方向平行、且两端分别与容置腔道22内底和走珠42顶抵接触配合,所述走珠42的部分球面伸出容置腔道22的开口外部。较好地,所述锁体1的内壁还设置有一与走珠42的滚动轨迹相对应且与走珠42滚动接触配合的弧形导轨12,弧形导轨12的两端部分别设置有与走珠42卡锁干涉配合以实现锁紧定位和开启定位的第一卡槽121和第二卡槽122,且第一卡槽121和第二卡槽122的内壁分别设置为倾斜导向面。
本实用新型的工作原理如下所述:
如图4a、4b所示,窗锁处于锁紧状态,此时,弹性卡擎组件的走珠42在伸缩弹簧41的弹力作用下置入第一卡槽121内且与第一卡槽121卡锁干涉配合,锁扣件2实现锁紧定位;
如图5a、5b所示,打开窗锁时,转动拨动手柄3,与之连接连动的锁扣件2随之转动,从而带动弹性卡擎组件同步运动,驱使走珠42压缩伸缩弹簧41从第一卡槽滚动上弧形导轨12,并且沿着弧形导轨12向第二卡槽运动;
如图6a、6b所示,当弹性卡擎组件运动至第二卡槽122时,弹性卡擎组件的走珠42在伸缩弹簧41的弹力作用下置入第二卡槽122内且与第二卡槽122卡锁干涉配合,此时,窗锁处于开启状态,锁扣件2实现开启定位;如需重新锁紧窗锁,只需反方向转动拨动手柄3至弹性卡擎组件的走珠41重新与第一卡槽卡锁干涉配合即可,从而锁扣件2于锁紧和开启状态间变换时实现快速定位。
实施例2
如图7、8所示,本实施例所述的实施方式与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于,本实施方式中所述容置腔道22的轴线方向与轴套11的轴线方向垂直;另一方面所述弹性卡擎组件4包括一伸缩弹簧41、一滑块43及一钢制走珠42,其中,所述伸缩弹簧41设置于容置腔道22内部,其伸缩变化方向与轴套11的轴线方向垂直、且两端分别与容置腔道22内底和滑块43内端顶抵接触配合,所述滑块43外端设置有一用于放置走珠42的凹槽,及所述走珠42的部分球面伸出容置腔道22的开口外部。进一步,所述锁体轴套11的弧形外壁与走珠42滚动接触配合形成走珠42的滚动轨迹,且弧形外壁于轴套内圆直径的延长线上设置有两个相对的且与走珠42卡锁干涉配合以实现锁紧定位和开启定位的第三卡槽111和第四卡槽112。其余工作原理和有益效果均与实施例1基本相同。
本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本实用新型的各种改动或变型不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变型属于本实用新型的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改动和变型。

Claims (7)

1.一种新型拨动式窗锁,包括锁体、锁扣件及拨动手柄,所述锁体设置有一供拨动手柄的方轴活动穿设而过的轴套,所述锁扣件和拨动手柄分别设置于锁体内、外两侧且两者通过拨动手柄的方轴保持连接连动设置,其特征在于:还包括一供锁扣件于锁紧和开启状态间变换时实现快速定位的弹性卡擎机构,所述弹性卡擎机构包括设置于锁扣件上的弹性卡擎组件、及设置于锁体上且与弹性卡擎组件卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型拨动式窗锁,其特征在于:所述锁扣件设置有一带开口的用于放置弹性卡擎组件的容置腔道,容置腔道的轴线方向与轴套的轴线方向平行、或垂直。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型拨动式窗锁,其特征在于:所述弹性卡擎组件包括一伸缩弹簧及一走珠;其中,所述伸缩弹簧设置于容置腔道内部,其伸缩变化方向与轴套的轴线方向平行、且两端分别与容置腔道内底和走珠顶抵接触配合,所述走珠的部分球面伸出容置腔道的开口外部。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型拨动式窗锁,其特征在于:所述锁体的内壁设置有一与走珠的滚动轨迹相对应且与走珠滚动接触配合的弧形导轨,弧形导轨的两端部分别设置有一与走珠卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。
5.根据权利要求2所述的新型拨动式窗锁,其特征在于:所述弹性卡擎组件包括一伸缩弹簧、一滑块及一走珠;其中,所述伸缩弹簧设置于容置腔道内部,其伸缩变化方向与轴套的轴线方向垂直、且两端分别与容置腔道内底和滑块内端顶抵接触配合,所述滑块外端设置有一用于放置走珠的凹槽,及所述走珠的部分球面伸出容置腔道的开口外部。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新型拨动式窗锁,其特征在于:所述锁体轴套的弧形外壁与走珠滚动接触配合,且弧形外壁于轴套内圆直径的延长线上设置有两个相对的且与走珠卡锁干涉配合的卡槽。
7.根据权利要求4或6所述的新型拨动式窗锁,其特征在于:所述卡槽的内壁设置为倾斜导向面。
