Abstract

本实用新型提供了结构改进的碳纤维轮圈,包括轮圈本体和若干个铝套,轮圈本体设有半封闭的胎位槽孔及封闭的腔室,二者上下排列其壁体由碳纤维层一体成形,胎位槽孔底部壁体与封闭的腔室底部壁体设有若干个等分的、相对应的内、外定位孔;铝套内设容纳辐条螺母的通孔,而铝套个数与定位孔的个数相匹配,铝套卡设在内、外定位孔内,并与轮圈本体粘接。本实用新型采用上述结构后具有可让轮圈受力均衡、强度高,装配速度快、缩短生产时间、效率高,节省材料成本低等优点。

Description

结构改进的碳纤维轮圈
技术领域
本实用新型涉及到碳纤维轮圈结构,尤其是涉及到自行车碳纤维轮圈组装辐条结构。
背景技术
现有带内胎的自行车碳纤维轮圈的截面图如图1所示,轮圈1由半封闭的胎位槽孔10和封闭的腔室11组成,二者上、下排列,由碳纤维层一体成形,胎位槽孔10卡设容纳内胎,腔室底部壁体间隔的加工成供辐条螺母3穿过的通孔,辐条螺母穿过锁固孔以锁紧固定辐条的末端,辐条的另一末端固定在花毂上;为增加锁固孔周围壁体的强度,避免在使用过程中出现裂纹、破损影响自行行的强度、轮圈的使用寿命,设计者在腔体底部加设金属垫片,以增加锁固孔周边壁体的强度,如图2所示,采用此结构,由于为了增加锁固孔周围壁体的强度,腔体底部加厚为圆弧形,且加设金属垫垫片,这样包覆碳纤维层纱工艺较复杂,时间较长,同时也在增加产自行车的重量。
组装时,为了将辐条螺母装在锁固孔中,一般会借助细铁丝做为引线,将辐条螺母逐个装设在若干个锁固孔中,如图3所示,这种装配速度非常慢、耗时,效率低,而且由于辐条作用在轮圈的力仅限于轮圈单一内侧,轮圈变形较大,影响轮圈的使用寿命及性能。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种可让轮圈受力均衡、强度高,装配速度快、缩短生产时间、效率高,节省材料成本低的结构改进的碳纤维轮圈。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:结构改进的碳纤维轮圈,包括轮圈本体和若干个铝套,轮圈本体设有半封闭的胎位槽孔及封闭的腔室,二者上下排列其壁体由碳纤维层一体成形,胎位槽孔底部壁体与封闭的腔室底部壁体设有若干个等分的、相对应的内、外定位孔;铝套内设容纳辐条螺母的通孔,而铝套个数与定位孔的个数相匹配,铝套卡设在内、外定位孔内,并与轮圈本体粘接。
所述的轮圈本体,其半封闭的胎位槽孔底部壁体设置的内定位孔为阶梯孔;其封闭的腔室底部壁体为平面,在此壁体设置的外定位孔为通孔。
所述的轮圈本体,其半封闭的胎位槽孔底部壁体加厚。壁厚增加,加强了轮圈强度,减小壁体受力后的变形。
所述的铝套顶部设有与轮圈本体内定位孔相配的凸垣,底部为阶梯孔,其小端与轮圈本体的外定位孔相配,设置在其中。这样铝套受到辐条的作用力时,会将力分散到轮圈本体的上、下壁体上,使轮圈的受力均匀,不易变形,增加了轮圈的使用寿命。
采用上述结构后,与背景技术相比有以下优点:
其一、由于轮圈本体其封闭腔体的底部壁体为平面,且不需要设置金属加强片,这样不但简化了生产本体的缠纱工艺,减少了生产时的加工工艺,节省了时间、提高了效率;也减少了价格昂贵的碳素纤维的使用,降低了成本;同时也减轻轮圈本体的重量;
其二、由于铝套设置在轮圈本体内、外定位孔内,其上凸垣卡设在内定位孔的阶梯孔有大孔内,下阶梯孔的小端设置在封闭腔本底部外定位孔内,因此装设在铝套内的辐条螺母受到辐条的拉力时,铝套会将力传递给本体的上、下壁体上,让轮圈本体所受的拉力均衡分散,减少受力变形的影响,让辐条有更强的着力点;
其三、由于铝套的通孔是容纳辐条螺母,也就是说当铝套与轮圈本体粘接装配后,将辐条螺母穿过铝套的阶梯孔,就可以与辐条相配锁固,不需要用引线穿入,这样组装辐条时提高了装配效率,节省了时间。
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明;但本实用新型的结构改进的碳纤维轮圈不局限于实施例。

具体实施方式
实施例,如图4、图5、图6所示,结构改进的碳纤维轮圈,包括轮圈本体1和若干个铝套2,轮圈本体1设有半封闭的胎位槽孔10及封闭的腔室11,二者上下排列其壁体由碳纤维层一体成形,胎位槽孔底部壁体100与封闭的腔室底部壁体110设有若干个等分的、相对应的内101、外111定位孔;铝套2内设容纳辐条螺母3的通孔20,而铝套2个数与定位孔的个数相匹配,铝套2卡设在内101、外111定位孔内,并与轮圈本体1粘接;轮圈本体1,其半封闭的胎位槽孔10底部壁体100设置的内定位孔101为阶梯孔;其封闭的腔室11底部壁体110为平面,在此壁体设置的外定位孔111为通孔。
轮圈本体1,其半封闭的胎位槽孔10底部壁体100加厚一层14,如图9所示,壁厚的增加,加强了轮圈本体的强度,减小壁体受力后的变形。
所述的铝套2顶部设有与轮圈本体内定位孔101相配的凸垣21,底部为阶梯孔22,其小端221与轮圈本体1的外定位孔111相配,设置在其中,如图7所示。由于铝套2设置在轮圈本体1内101、外111定位孔内,其上凸垣21卡设在内定位孔101的阶梯孔内,下阶梯孔22的小端221设置在封闭腔11本底部外定位孔111内,因此装设在铝套2内的辐条螺母3受到辐条4的拉力时,铝套2会将力传递给轮圈本体1的上、下壁体上(也就是半封闭胎位槽孔底部壁体和封闭式腔体底部壁体),分散轮圈本体1所受的拉力,减少受力变形的影响,让辐条4有更强的着力点,如图8所示。
采用上述结构后,由于轮圈本体其封闭腔体11的底部壁体111为平面,且不需要设置金属加强片5,这样不但简化了生产本体的缠纱工艺,减少了生产时的加工工艺,节省了时间、提高了效率;也减少了价格昂贵的碳素纤维的使用,降低了成本;同时也减轻轮圈本体1的重量;由于铝套2的通孔20是容纳辐条螺母3,也就是说当铝套与2轮圈本体1粘接装配后,将辐条螺母3穿过铝套2的阶梯孔22,就可以与辐条4相配锁固,不需要用引线穿入,这样组装辐条时提高了装配效率,节省了时间。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型较佳实施例而已,并非以此限制实用新型实施范围,凡熟悉此项技术的人士,即依本实用新型申请专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本实用新型专利涵盖的范围内。

Claims (4)

1.结构改进的碳纤维轮圈,其特征在于:包括轮圈本体和若干个铝套,轮圈本体设有半封闭的胎位槽孔及封闭的腔室,二者上下排列其壁体由碳纤维层一体成形,胎位槽孔底部壁体与封闭的腔室底部壁体设有若干个等分的、相对应的内、外定位孔;铝套内设容纳辐条螺母的通孔,而铝套个数与定位孔的个数相匹配,铝套卡设在内、外定位孔内,并与轮圈本体粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的碳纤维轮圈,其特征在于:所述的轮圈本体,其半封闭的胎位槽孔底部壁体设置的内定位孔为阶梯孔;其封闭的腔室底部壁体为平面,在此壁体设置的外定位孔为通孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的结构改进的碳纤维轮圈,其特征在于:所述的轮圈本体,其半封闭的胎位槽孔底部壁体加厚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的碳纤维轮圈,其特征在于:所述的铝套顶部设有与轮圈本体内定位孔相配的凸垣,底部为阶梯孔,其小端与轮圈本体的外定位孔相配,设置在其中。
