背景技术
传统的登船梯的驱动多为大功率电机驱动或多台电机驱动,在生产成本和使用成本上都非常大,占用空间大,马力不强劲、笨重、不便于安装,为驱动许多部位需布置大量的电缆,如此大型的钢铁设备容易使电缆造成损害,易发生危险、不易于维修;此外,由于油品码头环境的特殊,传统的电力驱动也较容易给人员生命财产安全造成伤害。

针对以上缺陷,本实用新型提供一种可增强马力、节省空间、便于安装、降低高危环境作业风险的登船梯的驱动装置,以解决现有技术的诸多不足。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种登船梯的驱动装置,包括支架滑轮组、升降滑轮、回转机构及升降机构,升降架上设置螺旋状回转机构,位于回转机构上安装若干支架滑轮组,所述升降机构带有升降滑轮并安装于支架下部;所述回转机构上设有布置钢丝绳的回转支承;所述升降机构上端受力点部位配有若干高强度螺栓,回转机构下侧设有液压马达卷扬***。
本实用新型所述登船梯的驱动装置的有益效果为:可增强马力、节省空间、美观大方、便于安装,从而降低高危环境作业的风险;还可在登船梯底部安装一台绞车,另通过液压站驱动所有关节部位的液压缸进行驱动。

如图1-2所示,本实用新型实施例所述的登船梯的驱动装置,包括支架滑轮组1、升降滑轮2、回转机构3及升降机构7,升降架上设置螺旋状回转机构3,位于回转机构3上安装若干支架滑轮组1,所述升降机构7带有升降滑轮2并安装于支架下部,其上端受力点部位配有若干高强度螺栓6;所述回转机构3上设有布置钢丝绳4的回转支承5;所述回转机构3下侧设有液压马达卷扬***8。此装置可增强马力、节省空间、美观大方、便于安装,从而降低高危环境作业的风险;还可在登船梯底部安装一台绞车,另通过液压站驱动所有关节部位的液压缸进行驱动。

1.一种登船梯的驱动装置,包括支架滑轮组(1)、升降滑轮(2)、回转机构(3)及升降机构(7),其特征在于:升降架上设置螺旋状回转机构(3),位于回转机构(3)上安装若干支架滑轮组(1),所述升降机构(7)带有升降滑轮(2)并安装于支架下部;所述回转机构(3)上设有布置钢丝绳(4)的回转支承(5)。
