本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器的水箱,特别是具有高效保温性能的太阳能热水器水箱。
背景技术
目前,太阳能热水器水箱的公知结构是,热水器的水箱外壳内有一保温层,在保温层内有一内水箱,一组真空管插槽贯穿水箱外壳、保温层和内水箱,一进出水连接管与内水箱底部相连通,一排气管与内水箱的上部相连通。由于水箱保温层具有很强的隔热保温性能,使得内水箱中的热量很难向外散发,从而使水箱具有隔热保温效果;但缺点是随着水箱内水温的升高,水箱内的热量通过热辐射向外大量散出。
发明内容
为了克服水箱内的热量通过热辐射向外大量散出的不足,本实用新型提供一种太阳能热水器高效保温水箱,其能有效地减少水箱内的热量通过热辐射向外散发,具有高效保温性能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一进出水连接管与内水箱底部相连通,一排气管与内水箱的上部相连通,在内水箱外表面设置一具有反辐射隔热性能的涂层,在涂层外设置一保温层,在保温层外设置一水箱外壳,一组真空管插槽贯穿水箱外壳、保温层、涂层和内水箱。由于在内水箱外表面设置了具有反辐射隔热性能的涂层,有效地减少了水箱内的热量通过热辐射向外散发。
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于在内水箱外表面设置了具有反辐射隔热性能的涂层,有效地减少了水箱内的热量通过热辐射向外散发;又由于在涂层外设置了保温层,有效地减少了水箱内的热量向外传导,从而增强了水箱的保温性能。
