背景技术
随着太阳能热水器的普及,用户对热水器的功能要求越来越高。现有技术的分体式太阳能热水器热水箱,其结构一般都是采用不锈钢或碳钢内壁的直壁式单个水箱制成,这种结构的热水箱,其换热功能发挥受到了结构的制约,达不到理想的状态,在寒冷的冬天,往往影响了热水器的正常使用。另外,由于热水箱内胆采用不锈钢材料制造,不仅增加了热水器的生产成本,工作寿命也不理想。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够有效提高换热效果的搪瓷胆中胆分体式太阳能节能水箱。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是通过如下技术方案实现的:它包括外壳、保温层、水箱内胆,在外壳与水箱内胆之间设置有保温层,在水箱内胆上设置有进水口、出水口,在水箱内胆的内部设置有换热内胆,换热内胆上设置有循环进水口、循环出水口。

由附图可知,该搪瓷胆中胆分体式太阳能节能水箱包括外壳9、保温层5、水箱内胆1,在外壳9与水箱内胆1之间设置有保温层5,在水箱内胆1上设置有进水口3、出水口4,在水箱内胆1的内部设置有换热内胆6,换热内胆6上设置有循环进水口7、循环出水口8。考虑到连续阴雨天太阳能利用会受到影响等因素,还可以在所述的水箱内胆1上设置有电辅助加热管2,来满足用户随时有热水用的需求。另外,在水箱内胆1与换热内胆6的与水接触面都设有搪瓷涂层结构,利用搪瓷涂层耐高温、耐腐蚀的特点,从而延长内胆的工作寿命。在正常工作时,太阳能集热器中的介质通过流动将热量传递到换热内胆,再通过换热内胆壁把热量传递至水箱内胆的水,从而达到加热水的目的。

1.一种搪瓷胆中胆分体式太阳能节能水箱,包括外壳、保温层、水箱内胆,在外壳与水箱内胆之间设置有保温层,在水箱内胆上设置有进水口、出水口,其特征在于:在水箱内胆的内部设置有换热内胆,换热内胆上设置有循环进水口、循环出水口。
