如图1-2所示，该旋转式电热汽铛包括上盖1、上铛面2、下铛面3、电加热元件4、汽管5、汽炉6、转轴7、轴承8、电机9、皮带10、支架11和导电环12，在上铛面2、下铛面3的外侧分别设有电加热元件4，在转轴7内设置有汽管5，汽管5与汽炉6相连接，转轴7通过皮带10与电机9相连接，在转轴7的外侧设置有导电环12，在烙制玉米面饼、锅贴和混合面锅贴时，汽炉6不工作，如果蒸制馒头、和菜包子时，汽炉6内的水蒸气通过汽管5进入铛体内，旋转式电热汽铛的转动可通过电机9带动、或人工转动完成。
