Abstract

一种带电磁阀真空助力器。主要解决现有的真空助力器不能在紧急情况下自动实现刹车、减速的问题。其特征在于:推杆头(7)上设有前后腔通道(8),前后腔通道(8)通过电器控制元件控制打开及闭合,大气通道(10)由后腔电磁阀(11)控制打开及闭合。该带电磁阀真空助力器在现有的技术上进行了改进,能够在紧急情况下接受电信号自动实现刹车、减速而不受驾驶员操作控制,从而避免交通事故的发生。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种用于汽车刹车***中的真空助力器,具体涉及一种带电磁阀、电磁铁的真空助力器。
背景技术:
真空助力器是一种真空助力的伺服装置,常与汽车的制动装置配合使用,使驾驶员在踩刹车时省力。目前使用的真空助力器主要由前、后壳体及膜片(或活塞)组成,前、后壳体扣合在一起形成一个密闭的腔体,膜片(或活塞)设置在腔体内部将腔体分为两个部分,即前腔和后腔,其中前腔与发动机进气管相通,后腔与大气相通,通常情况下,前腔与后腔是相通的,当踩刹车时,前腔与后腔的通道被堵死,前腔内被发动机抽成真空,在压差作用下,膜片(或活塞)带动刹车顶杆向前腔运动,尽而达到了刹车助力的目的。
汽车在高速行驶时,对于突发的事件,如汽车上某个零部件出现故障或路况的突然变化,驾驶员如不能及时踩刹车就会造成交通事故,现有的真空助力器在紧急情况下没有自动实现刹车、减速的功能,在紧急情况下易造成交通事故。
实用新型内容:
为了克服现有的真空助力器不能在紧急情况下自动实现刹车、减速的不足,本实用新型提供一种带电磁阀真空助力器,该带电磁阀真空助力器在现有的技术上进行了改进,能够在紧急情况下接受电信号自动实现刹车、减速而不受驾驶员操作控制,从而避免交通事故的发生。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该带电磁阀真空助力器包括前、后壳体及膜片,膜片将前、后壳体围成的腔室分隔成前腔及后腔,前腔及后腔分别连通发动机进气管及大气通道,膜片上连接有推杆,推杆上安装有推杆头,推杆头上设有前后腔通道,前后腔通道通过电器控制元件控制打开及闭合,大气通道由后腔电磁阀控制打开及闭合。
所述的前壳体上安装有前腔电磁阀,前后腔通道通过置于前腔内的真空软管与前腔电磁阀相连。
所述的推杆上安装有与推杆头对应的腔内电磁铁,前后腔通道上与腔内电磁铁的对应处固定有密封件,腔内电磁铁与推杆头之间设有弹簧,腔内电磁铁通过导线与设置在前腔外壁的电源插头相连。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,在紧急情况下,自动向电器控制元件及后腔电磁阀发出电信号,使得电器控制元件动作将前后腔通道闭合,后腔电磁阀动作将大气通道打开,后腔与外界相通,此时前腔被发动机抽成真空,后腔进入空气,使膜片带动推杆向前腔方向运动,推杆推动制动总泵第一活塞组,从而使制动总泵产生制动。该装置可自动实现刹车、减速而不受驾驶员操作控制,从而避免交通事故的产生。本实用新型设计合理,安装后可保持原安装空间不变,因而不会改变其它接口尺寸。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由图1结合图2及图3所示,该带电磁阀真空助力器包括前、后壳体(1,2)及膜片3,膜片3将前、后壳体(1,2)围成的腔室分隔成前腔4及后腔5,前腔4及后腔5分别连通发动机进气管9及大气通道10,膜片3上连接有推杆6,推杆6上安装有推杆头7,推杆头7上设有前后腔通道8,前后腔通道8通过电器控制元件控制打开及闭合,大气通道10由后腔电磁阀11控制打开及闭合。在紧急情况下,自动向电器控制元件及后腔电磁阀11发出电信号,使得电器控制元件动作将前后腔通道8闭合,后腔电磁阀11动作将大气通道10打开,后腔5与外界相通,此时前腔4被发动机抽成真空,后腔5进入空气,使膜片3带动推杆6向前腔4方向运动,推杆6推动制动总泵第一活塞组,从而使制动总泵产生制动。该装置可自动实现刹车、减速而不受驾驶员操作控制,从而避免交通事故的产生。
由图1所示,所述的前壳体1上安装有前腔电磁阀13,前后腔通道8通过置于前腔4内的真空软管12与前腔电磁阀13相连。前腔电磁阀13为打开或切断前后腔通道8的电器控制元件。
由图2结合图3所示,所述的推杆6上安装有与推杆头7对应的腔内电磁铁14,前后腔通道8上与腔内电磁铁14的对应处固定有密封件15,腔内电磁铁14与推杆头7之间设有弹簧16,腔内电磁铁14通过导线18与设置在前腔4外壁的电源插头17相连。腔内电磁铁14为打开或切断前后腔通道8的电器控制元件,腔内电磁铁14动作使其与推杆头7紧贴,尽而封堵前后腔通道8,切断前后腔通道8。弹簧16起复位作用。

1.一种带电磁阀真空助力器,包括前、后壳体(1,2)及膜片(3),膜片(3)将前、后壳体(1,2)围成的腔室分隔成前腔(4)及后腔(5),前腔(4)及后腔(5)分别连通发动机进气管(9)及大气通道(10),膜片(3)上连接有推杆(6),推杆(6)上安装有推杆头(7),其特征在于:推杆头(7)上设有前后腔通道(8),前后腔通道(8)通过电器控制元件控制打开及闭合,大气通道(10)由后腔电磁阀(11)控制打开及闭合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带电磁阀真空助力器,其特征在于:前壳体(1)上安装有前腔电磁阀(13),前后腔通道(8)通过置于前腔(4)内的真空软管(12)与前腔电磁阀(13)相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带电磁阀真空助力器,其特征在于:推杆(6)上安装有与推杆头(7)对应的腔内电磁铁(14),前后腔通道(8)上与腔内电磁铁(14)的对应处固定有密封件(15),腔内电磁铁(14)与推杆头(7)之间设有弹簧(16),腔内电磁铁(14)通过导线(18)与设置在前腔(4)外壁的电源插头(17)相连。
