下面根据附图说明详细解释本发明的细节和优点。在此尽可能不对此类制动助力器的一般已知的方面和功能进行描述,而是仅说明与本发明有关的细节。

具体实施方式
图1
气动式制动助力器1具有薄壁式的助力器壳体2。助力器壳体2包括壳元件3和4,所述壳元件在其径向外部区域中相互连接。
在气动式制动助力器1中通过在负压腔25和工作腔26之间的压力差产生放大力。
负压腔25与工作腔26通过由弹性体制成的密封元件5气动分开,该密封元件在运行期间在助力器壳体2中轴向移动。为了平衡密封元件5的运动,该密封元件具有滚动膜部段7,在该滚动膜部段上在其径向外边缘处一体地形成环绕的密封***部6。
密封***部6一方面用于使助力器壳体2的内部空间相对于环境密封,另一方面用于将密封元件5固定在助力器壳体2上。密封***部6被气动密封地夹紧在壳元件3和4之间的夹紧空间8中。夹紧空间8在两个壳元件3和4彼此放在一起时通过其以成型技术产生的特殊造型产生并且由壁9、10、11、12界定,下文特别在图3中对其特性进行说明。

为了对于装配可靠地确定壳元件3和4的明确的规定位置,在壳元件3和4上设有多个在周部上分散布置的形锁合部段18。
在每个形锁合部段18中,在壳元件3和4之间通过以下方式形成形锁合,即,凸耳19定位在相应的缺口20中。由此,形锁合同时既沿周向又轴向地朝向两个壳元件3和4的方向相互作用。
在示出的实施例中,凸耳19在形成在壳元件4上的、径向向外突出的环绕的凸缘17上形成。
缺口20布置在管状的突出部14中,该突出部从壳元件3上的径向环绕的凸肩13轴向基本上朝向壳元件4的方向延伸。
凸耳19和缺口20的相反的或交替的布置在本发明内同样是允许的。
形锁合部段18、18'、18”...在本发明内既可以有规则地又可以不规则地分散布置在壳元件3和4的周部上。在不规则的周部分布中,两个壳元件3和4彼此之间的规定的转动位置可以被特别简单地编码并且无误差地明确地建立。
为了将壳元件3和4尽可能简单地彼此固定并且在此不损坏可能存在的表面防腐蚀保护层,在突出部14上设有轴向伸出地设计的弯曲接片21。弯曲接片21在壳元件3和4拼合在一起之后围绕凸缘17的径向的外棱边22翻折或弯折。在此,为了实现在运行时可靠的固定,弯曲角可以明显小于90°并且可能甚至小于45°,由此可以避免表面防腐蚀保护层被撕裂。

在图3中以放大剖视图示出根据图1的实施例的夹紧空间8的结构。
夹紧空间8基本上由四个壁9、10、11、12界定,所述壁自身由壳元件3和4的结构元件形成。
夹紧空间8的滚动膜侧的端壁9由壳元件3的环绕的径向凸肩13形成。
径向外壁10由管状的突出部14形成,该突出部从凸肩13基本上沿轴向方向延伸并且在其上还一体形成有弯曲接片21。
径向内壁11由第二壳元件4的管状的、轴向伸出的轴向突出部15形成。突出部15在其前棱边16处折叠地构造,从而前棱边16被弄圆并且突出部15具有壳元件4的双倍壁厚。
夹紧空间8的***部侧的后壁12由环绕的、径向向外突出的凸缘17形成,该凸缘形成在第二半壳4上并且直接邻接突出部15。

在助力器运行期间,滚动膜部段7由于压力差而被拉向负压腔25的方向,由此,密封***部6可能从夹紧空间8滑出到助力器壳体2的内部。
为了防止密封***部6滑出,滚动膜部段7被引导经过窄的环状间隙24,其径向间隙尺寸b明显窄于密封***部6的厚度。
在所示的优选实施方案中,环状间隙24在剖面中非平行的、而是近似圆锥形地设计,并且朝向夹紧空间8的方向变宽。在示出的实施方案中通过以下方式实现上述情况,即,壳元件3的直接设置在凸肩13前方的壁区域23基本上圆锥形地或锥形地构造并具有锥角α>1°。
此外,环状间隙24的轴向尺寸a应和其在进入夹紧空间8中的进入区处或前方或者在到凸肩13的过渡部上的弄圆处前方测定的径向间隙尺寸b至少一样大并且优选为该径向间隙尺寸的至少两倍大。
通过环状间隙24的这种锥形的或漏斗形的剖面轮廓,一方面防止了密封元件在从滚动膜部段7到密封***部6中的过渡部处在运行期间受损、例如被撕开,因为来自滚动膜部段7的负荷可以均匀地分布在密封***部6的较大体积上,另一方面防止了密封***部6在滚动膜部段7上存在特别高的负荷时被部分地拉入环状间隙24中并保持夹紧在那里,因为当前的倾斜的壁几何结构在密封***部6压缩时有助于建立反作用力的轴向定向的部分并且因此在负荷降低之后促使其朝向夹紧空间8的方向解除压缩。

Claims (10)
1.一种气动式制动助力器(1),其具有助力器壳体(2),所述助力器壳体(2)至少具有由弹性体制成的密封元件(5)和两个薄壁式的壳元件(3,4),所述密封元件(5)具有在径向外侧环绕形成的密封***部(6)和至少一个邻接该密封***部(6)的滚动膜部段(7),所述密封***部(6)在壳元件(3,4)之间的夹紧空间(8)中被气动密封地夹紧,所述夹紧空间(8)由在壳元件(3,4)中以成型技术产生的壁(9,10,11,12)形成,其中,
·所述夹紧空间(8)的滚动膜侧的端壁(9)由第一壳元件(3)的环绕的径向凸肩(13)形成,
·径向外壁(10)由管状的突出部(14)形成,该突出部从凸肩(13)基本上沿轴向方向延伸,
·径向内壁(11)由第二壳元件(4)的、管状的轴向伸出并且在其前棱边(16)处折叠的突出部(15)形成,
其特征在于,所述夹紧空间(8)的***部侧的后壁(12)由环绕的、径向向外突出的凸缘(17)形成,该凸缘形成在第二壳元件(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,在所述夹紧空间(8)的后壁(12)和外壁(10)之间设有至少一个形锁合部段(18),所述形锁合部段沿周向以及轴向地朝向所述密封***部(6)的方向起作用。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,所述形锁合部段(18)中的形锁合由壳元件之一(3或4)上的至少一个凸耳(19)形成,所述凸耳啮入另一个壳元件(4或3)中的相应的缺口(20)中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,所述凸耳(19)形成在所述凸缘(17)上,所述缺口(20)形成在所述突出部(14)上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,多个形锁合部段(18,18',18”,...)分散布置在壳元件(3,4)的周部上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,所述形锁合部段(18,18',18”,...)不规则地分散布置在壳元件(3,4)的周部上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,壳元件(3,4)通过弯曲接片(21)相互固定,其中,所述弯曲接片(21)在所述突出部(14)上轴向伸出地形成并且围绕所述凸缘(17)的径向外棱边(22)弯曲。
8.根据权利要求1所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,在所述突出部(15)与壳元件(3)的轴向邻接所述凸肩(13)的壁区域(23)之间布置有环状间隙(24),滚动膜部段(7)的区域经过该环状间隙延伸,其中,所述壁区域(23)在所述环状间隙(24)的区域中呈锥形形状。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,所述环状间隙(24)的轴向尺寸(a)和其在进入所述夹紧空间(8)中的进入区处的径向间隙尺寸(b)至少一样大。
10.根据权利要求8所述的制动助力器(1),其特征在于,所述环状间隙(24)的轴向尺寸(a)是其在进入所述夹紧空间(8)中的进入区处的径向间隙尺寸(b)的至少两倍大。
