本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,至少包括:本体、容置于本体内的退卡机构,以及开关端子,所述开关端子由第三端子和第四端子组成,其中,所述第四端子固持于退卡机构上,第三端子固持于本体上,如此,当退卡机构受到外力作用而在本体前后发生位移时,第四端子即前后移动,从而实现第四端子与第三端子接触或者断开,因此,其对开关端子的弹性要求不高,开关端子不会因为弹性失效而不能实现开关功能。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种在电子元件与电路板之间进行建立电性导通路径的电连接器。
【背景技术】
卡连接器在手机中是一种必不可少的元件之一,为了检测卡是否完全地插置于电连接器中,一般卡连接器中均会设置一对开关端子,在自由状态下,该开关端子彼此分离,而当电子卡插置于电连接器中时,上述开关端子由于电子卡的作用下,而彼此电性接触,从而提供电子卡已经插置于连接器中的讯号。
大多数情况下,前述开关端子均包括一个固定端子以及一个可动端子,其中,固定端子和可动端子均固持于绝缘本体内,且可动端子包括朝向绝缘本体内部突出的抵接部,当电子卡插置进来时,其作用于可动端子的抵接部,从而使得可动端子朝向固定端子方向位移,并与固定端子电性接触,当电子卡退出时,可动端子由于自身弹力作用,而回复至初始位置。
在上述传统结构中,可动端子均具有一个可以往复运动的部分,从而,在电子卡的作用下来回位移,然而,如果可动端子作往复运动的部分失去弹性,则,当电子卡退出后,其不能回复至初始位置,从而,当电子卡再次插置进来时,其不会与电子卡发生作用,故而,也不能检测电子卡是否已经***。
鉴于以上问题,实有必要提供一种改进的电连接器,以解决上述问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电连接器,其开关端子可以良好地实现开关功能。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了一种电连接器,至少包括:本体、容置于本体内的退卡机构,以及开关端子,所述开关端子由第三端子和第四端子组成,其中,所述第四端子固持于退卡机构上,第三端子固持于本体上。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型还提供了一种电连接器,包括本体、容置于本体内的第一端子、第二端子、第三端子、第四端子、包覆本体的壳体,以及退卡机构,所述壳体包括覆于本体上方的上板以及覆于本体下方的下板,所述第一端子置于本体与上板之间的区域,第二端子和第三端子置于本体与下板之间的区域,其中,所述第四端子固持于退卡机构上,且与第三端子共同组成一对开关端子。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器至少具有以下优点:开关端子中的一个,即第四端子固持于退卡机构上,另一个固持于本体上,如此,当退卡机构受到外力作用,在本体内沿前后方向移动时,第四端子即与第三端子接触或者分离,从而实现开关功能,如此,该开关端子对于弹性要求不要,不会因为缺乏弹性而不能实现开关功能。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图来详细说明本实用新型电连接器的具体实施方式。
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型电连接器,可同时插置两种不同的电子卡(例如,SIM卡以及SD卡),并在其与电路板之间建立电性导通路径,包括本体10、固持于本体10内的第一端子20、第二端子30、与第二端子30并排排列的第三端子40、固持于本体10内的退卡机构50、固持于退卡机构50内的第四端子80和固持弹片90,以及分别覆于本体10上方和下方的上壳体70和下壳体60。
本体10,由塑胶材料制成,包括底壁101以及自底壁101四周边缘向上和向下延伸的后壁102和侧壁103,所述底壁101包括相对设置的上表面和下表面,与第一端子数量相等的第一端子槽105在上述底壁101的上表面和下表面之间贯穿,与前述第一端子槽105相邻且临近侧壁103位置设有镂空部107,与前述第一端子槽105相邻且靠近后壁102并在侧壁103之间延伸有容置空间109。
请特别参阅图3所示,在本体10底壁101与后壁102相对的前端设有朝向后壁102方向凹陷的安装部1011,用以与下壳体60卡扣;在本体10侧壁103朝向后端设有凹陷部1031,且该凹陷部1031上设有第一突块1033,而在侧壁103前端和后端分别设有第二突块1035,且后端的第二突块1035相对于第一突块1033更靠近后端位置。
第一端子20、第二端子30,以及第三端子40均固持于本体10内,且每一个均包括接触部201、301、401以及尾部203、303、403,其中,第一端子20的接触部201自本体10的第一端子槽105突伸出底壁101上表面,而第二端子30和第三端子40的接触部301,401暴露于本体10底壁101下方,且第一端子20的接触部201自本体10的前端朝向后端延伸,而第二端子30和第三端子40的接触部301和401的延伸方向与第一端子20的接触部201延伸方向垂直。
退卡机构50,包括滑块501、导杆503以及弹簧505,滑块501由塑胶制成,请特别参阅图4所示,所述滑块501侧面设有心形槽5011,导杆503一端活动地固持于上述心形槽5011内,另一端固定于本体10上,与前述心形槽5011对应,本体设有缺口1037,从而心形槽以5011及部分导杆503自本体10侧壁103暴露于外界,另外,滑块501设有推移部5013,并在电子卡的作用下,与电子卡共同在插卡方向前移。弹簧505固持于滑块与本体10之间,并在滑块随着电子卡的移动下,呈压缩状态,并在电子卡退出后,恢复至初始状态。
第四端子80及固持弹片90,均固持于滑块501内,其中,第四端子与滑块501上设置的推移部5013相对设置,固持弹片90设有固持部(未标示),用以与电子卡卡持配合。
上壳体70,由金属材料制成,包括覆于本体10上方的上板701以及自上板701两侧缘垂直向下延伸的扣持部703,其中,所述扣持部703包括自扣持部703前端和后端向下延伸的片体7031以及自片体7031末端水平延伸的焊接部7035,且前述片体7031上设有可扣持在本体10第二突块1035上的开口7033,另外,上壳体70在与导杆503相应位置设有防止导杆503弹出的弹片705,用以抵压导杆503。
下壳体60,与上壳体70类似,由金属材料制成,包括覆于本体10下方的下板601,与本体10的第一突块1033相卡扣的扣持孔605,与本体10底壁101前端的安装部1011相匹配的配合部607,以及扣持于本体10外壁的竖直卡扣603,上述配合部607事实上与扣持孔605相似,可以卡扣在相应的安装部1011,从而固定下壳体60与本体10之间相对的位置关系。
当本实用新型电连接器组装完成后,第一端子20暴露于本体10底壁101上方,第二端子30和第三端子40暴露于本体10底壁101下方,第四端子80固持于滑块501内。
本实用新型电连接器可以同时插置两种不同的电子卡,具体地说就是SIM卡A和SD卡B,其中,SIM卡A自本体10上方***至本体10与上壳体70之间的空间,并与第一端子20电性接触,由于退卡机构50容置于本体10下方位置,因此,当SIM卡A***时,其不会与退卡机构50发生作用。
当SD卡B自本体10下方***至本体10与下壳体60之间的空间时,由于退卡机构50的设置,SD卡B首先会与退卡机构50的滑块501作用,并作用于推移部5013,使滑块501跟随SD卡B一起朝向本体10内部移动,此时,导杆503在心形槽5011内移动,固持于滑块501上的第四端子80与滑块501一起移动,当SD卡B***至最终位置时,固持弹片90进入SD卡B相应位置,导杆503固定于某固定位置,第三端子40与第四端子80彼此接触,从而形成开关电路,而第二端子30藉由接触部301与SD卡B电性接触,从而达成电性导通路径。
当SD卡B要退出时,与传统的具有退卡机构的卡连接器类似,只要再次推动SD卡B,使导杆503从固定位置脱离,从而,在弹簧505弹力的作用下,SD卡B退出,第三端子40与第四端子80彼此分离。
在本实施方式中,组成开关端子的第三端子40和第四端子80,其中有一个80固持于退卡机构50上,并在退卡机构50的带动下,与另一个40彼此接触或者分离,因此,开关端子对弹性的要求不是很高,很好地保证了开关端子正常的接触与分离。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,至少包括:本体、容置于本体内的退卡机构,以及开关端子,所述开关端子由第三端子和第四端子组成,其特征在于:所述第四端子固持于退卡机构上,第三端子固持于本体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:当退卡机构受到外力作用朝向电连接器内部移动时,所述第四端子跟随退卡机构共同移动,并最终与第三端子上下接触。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第三端子与第四端子在退卡机构移动的方向上前后排列。
4.如权利要求1或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第三端子由至少两个结构相同的端子组成。
5.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:进一步包括自下方包覆本体的下壳体,所述退卡机构容置于本体与下壳体之间的空间。
6.一种电连接器,包括本体、容置于本体内的第一端子、第二端子、第三端子、第四端子、包覆本体的壳体,以及退卡机构,所述壳体包括覆于本体上方的上板以及覆于本体下方的下板,所述第一端子置于本体与上板之间的区域,第二端子和第三端子置于本体与下板之间的区域,其特征在于:所述第四端子固持于退卡机构上,且与第三端子共同组成一对开关端子。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述退卡机构包括滑块、导杆和弹簧,所述第四端子固持于滑块上。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述第一端子、第二端子和第三端子均具有接触部,且第一端子的接触部延伸方向与第二端子的接触部延伸方向垂直设置,第三端子与第二端子的接触部并排排列,且平行设置。
9.如权利要求7所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述滑块设有供导杆作往复运动的心形槽,且该心形槽暴露于本体外侧。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,所述壳体设有抵压导杆的弹片。
