Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种干燥剂包装装置。其包括物料仓和储水仓,所述物料仓和储水仓之间由挡板隔开,所述挡板上设置有溶液孔,所述物料仓侧壁上设置有透气窗,所述干燥剂包装装置由塑胶材质制成。所述物料仓的侧壁向远离储水仓的一端的挡板外侧延伸出一个扣合槽,所述扣合槽内壁上设置有卡孔。所述储水仓的侧壁向远离物料仓的一端的挡板外侧延伸出一个插榫,所述,插榫的侧壁外表面上设置有小凸起,所述插榫可***扣合槽,所述插榫上的凸起与所述扣合槽内壁上的卡孔楔合。本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置可组合成串使用,且不受干燥剂有效成分的腐蚀。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种干燥剂包装装置。
背景技术
氯化钙类的长效干燥剂,如氯化钙,氯化镁,氯化锂,氯化钾,溴化钙,溴化镁,溴化锂,溴化钾等卤化物,在连续的吸湿过程中,固态干燥剂会逐渐潮解溶化,并最终转变为水溶液,此类水溶液对金属制品具有极强的腐蚀作用,这对该种吸湿剂的包装装置要求较高。
目前,此类的干燥吸湿剂都是在干燥剂中添加一些保水物质(如:改性淀粉,吸水纤维,膨润土,凸棒土等)对吸湿过程中产生的大量液体进行吸附,以防止腐蚀性水溶液透过包装危害干燥对象,但仍有部分未被吸附的液体会透过包装渗出,另外,保水物质的引入不仅降低了干燥剂的吸湿效果,还大大增加了原料的成本。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本实用新型提供一种带有储水仓的干燥剂包装装置。
本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置包括物料仓和储水仓,所述物料仓和储水仓之间由挡板隔开,所述挡板上设置有溶液孔,所述物料仓侧壁上设置有透气窗,所述干燥剂包装装置由塑胶材质制成。
优选地,所述物料仓的侧壁向远离储水仓的一端的挡板外侧延伸出一个扣合槽,所述扣合槽内壁上设置有卡孔。
优选地,所述储水仓的侧壁向远离物料仓的一端的挡板外侧延伸出一个插榫,所述,插榫的侧壁外表面上设置有小凸起,所述插榫可***扣合槽,所述插榫上的凸起与所述扣合槽内壁上的卡孔契合。
优选地,所述扣合槽中还设置有一个挂钩固定挡板,所述挂钩固定挡板可拆卸式固定在扣合槽内,所述挂钩固定挡板上设置有一个活动挂钩,所述挂钩可固定在所述挂钩固定挡板上。
本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置,干燥剂装设在物料仓内,物料仓下方为储水仓,物料仓和储水仓之间由一个中央挡板隔开,所述挡板上设置有溶液孔,物料仓的侧壁上设置有透气窗,透气窗外部覆有防水透气性薄膜和防水防透气的铝箔。干燥剂使用时,只需撕开铝箔,潮湿空气便穿透防水透气性薄膜进入物料仓,干燥剂吸收空气中的水分透过中央挡板上的溶液孔进入储水仓。干燥剂包装倒置时,储水仓中的溶液不会穿透透气窗外部的防水透气性薄膜造成泄漏。
在本实用新型的另一个优选实施例中,在所述物料仓的顶端设置有扣合槽,在储水仓的底端设置有***榫,使用时,可以把多个本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置组合起来使用,把储水仓的***榫***物料仓的扣合槽内,***榫上的凸起与扣合槽内的卡孔契合,这样可以把多个干燥剂包装装置串起来成使用。
另外物料仓的扣合槽内设置有一个挂钩,所述挂钩固定在一个挡板上,所述挡板固定在所属扣合槽内,通过该挂钩,可以把本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置悬挂起来使用,使用方便。
本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置采用塑胶材质制成,不受干燥剂潮解熔化生成的腐蚀性水溶液的腐蚀。
下面将结合附图详细介绍本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,在本实用新型的一个优选实施例中,所述干燥剂包装装置包括物料仓10和储水仓30,所述物料仓10和储水仓30之间由挡板50隔开,所述挡板50上设置有溶液孔,所述物料仓10侧壁上设置有透气窗11,所述干燥剂包装装置由塑胶材质制成。
在本实用新型的另一个优选实施例中,所述物料仓10的侧壁向远离储水仓的一端的挡板12外侧延伸出一个扣合槽70,所述扣合槽70内壁上设置有卡孔71。所述储水仓30的侧壁向远离物料仓30的一端的挡板31外侧延伸出一个插榫90,所述插榫90的侧壁外表面上设置有小凸起91,所述插榫90可***扣合槽70,所述插榫上的凸起91与所述扣合槽70内壁上的卡孔71契合。
如图2所示,在本实用新型的再一个优选实施例中,所述扣合槽70中还设置有一个挂钩固定挡板40,所述挂钩固定挡板40可拆卸式固定在扣合槽内70,所述挂钩固定挡板上设置有一个活动挂钩41,所述挂钩41可固定在所述挂钩固定挡板上。具体结构如图2所示,所述挂钩固定挡板40的边缘设置有凸起42,所述凸起42可与扣合槽70内的卡孔契合,进而把挂钩固定挡板40固定在所述扣合槽70内。所述挂钩固定挡板40上还设置有卡持部43和44,所述挂钩41的钩部412可卡持在卡持部43处,所述挂钩41的414部位可卡持在挂钩固定挡板40上的卡持部44处,此时,挂钩呈收拢状态。挂钩41的倒刺部位413还可从挂钩固定挡板40中央的通孔45内穿过固定,此时挂钩呈使用状态,可通过所述挂钩41把本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置悬挂起来。
本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置使用时,干燥剂装设在物料仓内10,物料仓10下方为储水仓30,物料仓10和储水仓30之间由一个中央挡板50隔开,所述挡板上设置有溶液孔,物料仓的侧壁上设置有透气窗11,透气窗11外部覆有防水透气性薄膜和防水防透气的铝箔。干燥剂使用时,只需撕开铝箔,潮湿空气便穿透防水透气性薄膜进入物料仓10,干燥剂吸收空气中的水分透过中央挡板50上的溶液孔进入储水仓30。干燥剂包装倒置时,储水仓30中的溶液不会穿透透气窗11外部的防水透气性薄膜造成泄漏。在所述物料仓10的顶端设置有扣合槽70,在储水仓30的底端设置有***榫90,使用时,可以把多个本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置组合起来使用,把物料仓10的***榫90***物料仓的扣合槽70内,***榫90上的凸起91与扣合槽70内的卡孔71契合,这样可以把多个干燥剂包装装置串起来成使用。另外物料仓10的扣合槽70内设置有一个挂钩41,所述挂钩41固定在一个挡板40上,所述挡板40固定在扣合槽70内,通过该挂钩41,可以把本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置悬挂起来使用,使用方便。
本实用新型的干燥剂包装装置采用塑胶材质制成,不受干燥剂潮解熔化生成的腐蚀性水溶液的腐蚀。

1.一种干燥剂包装装置,其特征在于,包括物料仓和储水仓,所述物料仓和储水仓之间由挡板隔开,所述挡板上设置有溶液孔,所述物料仓侧壁上设置有透气窗,所述干燥剂包装装置由塑胶材质制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的干燥剂包装装置,其特征在于,所述物料仓的侧壁向远离储水仓的一端的挡板外侧延伸出一个扣合槽,所述扣合槽内壁上设置有卡孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的干燥剂包装装置,其特征在于,所述储水仓的侧壁向远离物料仓的一端的挡板外侧延伸出一个插榫,所述,插榫的侧壁外表面上设置有小凸起,所述插榫可***扣合槽,所述插榫上的凸起与所述扣合槽内壁上的卡孔契合。
4.如权利要求3所述的干燥剂包装装置,其特征在于,所述扣合槽中还设置有一个挂钩固定挡板,所述挂钩固定挡板可拆卸式固定在扣合槽内,所述挂钩固定挡板上设置有一个活动挂钩,所述挂钩可固定在所述挂钩固定挡板上。
