本实用新型涉及一种重型耐高温气缸，包括有气缸筒(6)和活塞(10)，其特点在于：所述的活塞(10)为两个，两个活塞分别设在气缸筒(6)的前盖(4)与中盖(9)及中盖(9)与后盖(13)组成的腔内，活塞杆(1)一端通过螺母(11)与活塞(3)相连，活塞杆(1)另一端通过前盖(4)伸出气缸筒(6)一侧。其全部采用高碳合金钢铸造，抗腐蚀性强，能适应多种工作环境，内部采用双活塞串联的动力模式，气缸输出动力比以往增加一倍，活塞密封件全部采用聚四氟乙烯材质，保证高温情况下不变形，有效保证气缸的密封性。

为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：所述的一种重型耐高温气缸，包括有气缸筒和活塞，所述的活塞为两个，两个活塞分别设在气缸筒的前盖与中盖及中盖与后盖组成的腔内，活塞杆一端通过螺母与活塞相连，活塞杆另一端通过前盖伸出气缸筒一侧。
所述的活塞上设有导向带，活塞与气缸筒内壁之间设有Y型密封圈。
所述的前盖上设有进出气孔，前盖与活塞杆之间设有防尘圈和含油轴承，所述的后盖与气缸筒内壁之间设有O型密封圈。
本实用新型的有益效果是：所述的一种重型耐高温气缸，其全部采用高碳合金钢铸造，抗腐蚀性强，能适应多种工作环境，内部采用双活塞串联的动力模式，气缸输出动力比以往增加一倍，活塞密封件全部采用聚四氟乙烯材质，保证高温情况下不变形，有效保证气缸的密封性。
