Abstract

本实用新型是提供一种全方位支撑之拐杖结构,它是由一主体接设一枢接体,枢接体再与一底座相枢接,枢接体内有一圆球,圆球与底座同步活动,有一止滑弹件介于主体末端与圆球之间,止滑弹件入在枢接体内,圆球与止滑弹件相抵触,止滑弹件具有弹性、止滑及耐磨的特性;据此,以圆球在枢接体内活动偏转,提供主体全方位支撑,且止滑弹件的弹力缓和圆球瞬间的活动,使持拐杖人员更稳定行走,并提供避震的双重效果。

全方位支撑之拐杖结构
【技术领域】
本实用新型为拐杖结构,尤其是指用止滑弹件、圆球和枢接体,作为缓和圆球瞬间活动,使持拐杖人员更稳定行走,并且具有避震的双重功效的一种全方位支撑之拐杖结构。
【背景技术】
***坦、斜坡或凹凸不平,单一模式的拐杖不能适应各种需求;
如图1所示,传统拐杖1底部有一触地底座2或触地末端,由在触地底座2与拐杖1本体是相固定的,彼此不能转折或偏转角度,在平坦路面可以作支撑行人,辅助行走,非常便利;但遇斜坡,如图2所示,该拐杖1即呈倾斜状态,无法提供持杖者一平衡的支撑力,若遇凹凸不平路面,反而造成拐杖1过在倾斜,使持杖者重心不稳而跌倒;
所以,有人在拐杖底部增设一活动式底座,主要是在拐杖底部设有一圆球,底座有一圆槽枢接该圆球,使底座可以活动作角度倾斜,适应各种路面;但是,由于底座是随路面而作角度倾斜,底座角度倾斜时,其灵活性高,活动速率过快,反而造成持拐杖者行走无以支撑,甚至跌倒,此为该类拐杖缺失;
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型一种全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其主要目的是:1、提供活动性底座,适应各种路面,以全方位支撑行人行走,并用止滑弹件、圆球和枢接体,作为缓和圆球瞬间活动,使持拐杖人员更稳定行走,并且具有避震的双重功效。2、止滑弹件为磁铁,使圆球受磁吸而双重受限,更利于持拐杖人员稳定行走。
本实用新型一种全方位支撑之拐杖结构,它是由一主体、一枢接体及一底座组成;该主体为杆状,主体底部接设枢接体,枢接体再与底座相枢接,枢接体内有一圆球;其特征在于:有一止滑弹件介于主体底部与圆球之间,该枢接体由上而下分别内入止滑弹件及圆球,圆球底部穿出枢接体,使圆球与底座相结合,圆球随底座偏转而在枢接体内旋转,且圆球与止滑弹件相抵触,止滑弹件具有止滑、弹性力及耐摩特性;据此,以圆球在枢接体内活动偏转,提供主体全方位支撑,且止滑弹件的止滑作用以缓和圆球瞬间的活动力,使持拐杖人员更稳定行走,并提供避震的目的。
其中,该底座设有三个支撑脚,中央有一螺孔,该圆球下方为一螺柱,螺柱以一螺帽结合在底座的螺孔。
其中,该底座的支撑脚下方螺接一弹性垫。
其中,该止滑弹件为一弹性组件,底面为圆球型凹面。
其中,该枢接体为一套筒体,底端渐收束口径,底端口径小于在圆球的外径,底端有一孔洞。
其中,该主体在枢接体上端内,并以一螺杆穿越枢接体和主体作结合。
其中,该止滑弹件为一弹性华司与一磁铁,弹性华司底面为圆球型凹面与圆球相贴触,磁铁位于弹性华司上方。
其中,该圆球为导磁材质。
本实用新型优点及功效在于:1、提供活动性底座,适应各种路面,以全方位支撑行人行走,并用止滑弹件、圆球和枢接体,作为缓和圆球瞬间活动,使持拐杖人员更稳定行走,并且具有避震的双重功效。2、止滑弹件为磁铁,使圆球受磁吸而双重受限,更利于持拐杖人员稳定行走。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型一种全方位支撑之拐杖结构,第一实施例,如图3-6所示,它是由是一主体10、一底座20及一枢接体30组成,该主体10为杆状,主体10顶部有一把手11供人体手扶持,主体10末端与枢接体30相接,枢接体30再与底座20相枢接,该枢接体30为一套筒体,底端32渐收束口径,底端32有一孔洞33,主体10入在枢接体30上端内,并以一螺杆12及螺帽121结合该主体10与枢接体30,螺杆12穿越枢接体30与主体10末端结合,该枢接体30内入一止滑弹件31及一圆球21;
止滑弹件31为一弹性组件,具有弹性、止滑及耐磨的特性,使止滑弹件31位于主体10末端与圆球21之间,止滑弹件31底面为圆球型的凹面,该圆球21可以容入枢接体30内,并枢接体30底端32收束之口径小于在圆球21的外径,使圆球21不脱离枢接体30,并圆球21可在枢接体30底端32作活动偏转,圆球21与止滑弹件31相抵触,该圆球21下方为一螺柱211,螺柱211穿出枢接体30的孔洞33而相结合在底座20,使圆球21与底座20是同步活动,该底座20设有三个支撑脚22,底座20中心有一螺孔23,螺孔23供圆球21的螺柱211与一螺帽25螺接,使圆球21结合在底座20,该支撑脚22底部螺接一弹性垫24;
由上述结构装置可知,本实用新型一种全方位支撑之拐杖结构的第一实施例,在操作时人体手持主体10顶部把手11,以支撑脚22、弹性垫24接触地面,遇倾斜地面、凹凸地面时,支撑脚22及螺柱211倾斜在枢接体30、主体10,连动圆球21在枢接体30内活动偏转,因应持拐杖人员施力,主体10提供全方位支撑,且由于圆球21在枢接体30内,止滑弹件31受圆球21抵压,所以缓和了圆球21瞬间的活动力(减缓圆球21旋转速度),使主体10保持垂直状态,使持拐杖人员,更稳定行走,而不致于跌倒,即使如遇图6所示的非常倾斜的路面,也使主体10保持垂直状态,不致于跌倒;
又本实用新型的止滑弹件31除了具有缓和圆球21瞬间的活动力外,尚有弹力的作用,因此当手持主体10的人,在平坦的路面,或凹凸路面,或倾斜路面,支撑脚22碰撞路面,有一反作用力传递至手持主体10的人,该止滑弹件31可以适时发挥消震、避震的作用,使常久持拐杖人员舒减手部的震动,减少手部的伤害;
本实用新型第二实施例如图7所示,将止滑弹件40设为一弹性华司41与一磁铁42,弹性华司41底面为圆球型凹面,与圆球21相贴触,圆球21为导磁材质,磁铁42位于弹性华司41上方,弹性华司41一样有弹性、止滑及耐磨的特性,而磁铁42可磁吸圆球21,使圆球21受磁吸而降低活动力,该圆球21有双重的受限控制其瞬间偏转的能力,达到更加安全稳持主体10的功能。

Claims (8)

1.一种全方位支撑之拐杖结构,它是由一主体、一枢接体及一底座组成;该主体为杆状,主体底部接设枢接体,枢接体再与底座相枢接,枢接体内有一圆球;其特征在于:有一止滑弹件介于主体底部与圆球之间,该枢接体由上而下分别内入止滑弹件及圆球,圆球底部穿出枢接体,使圆球与底座相结合,圆球随底座偏转而在枢接体内旋转,且圆球与止滑弹件相抵触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其特征在于:该底座设有三个支撑脚,中央有一螺孔,该圆球下方为一螺柱,螺柱以一螺帽结合在底座的螺孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其特征在于:该底座的支撑脚下方螺接一弹性垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其特征在于:该止滑弹件为一弹性组件,底面为圆球型凹面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其特征在于:该枢接体为一套筒体,底端渐收束口径,底端口径小于在圆球的外径,底端有一孔洞。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其特征在于:该主体入在枢接体上端内,并以一螺杆穿越枢接体和主体作结合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其特征在于:该止滑弹件为一弹性华司与一磁铁,弹性华司底面为圆球型凹面与圆球相贴触,磁铁位于弹性华司上方。
8.根据权利要求7所述的全方位支撑之拐杖结构,其特征在于:该圆球为导磁材质。
