本实用新型涉及金属密封球阀的改进。属阀门制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前的球阀密封面基本为两种形式，一种为软密封结构形式，一种为金属密封结构形式。两种结构都有各自的缺点，对于软密封结构的球阀，当管道介质含有颗粒时，由于密封面材料比较软，介质中的颗粒容易损伤密封面从而造成阀门的泄漏，而对于金属密封结构形式的阀门，除了由于加工难度大，自身可能会有少量的泄漏外，细微颗粒同样会塞在密封面间造成密封面的磨损，因此使用时间稍长后同样会造成阀门的泄漏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种具备复合密封结构的球阀，用于解决球阀的密封面的使用寿命问题。
实现本实用新型目的的复合密封球阀，包括阀体、安在阀体中的具有一密封面的阀座以及球体、与球体连接的阀杆，其特征是所述的密封面由金属密封面和固定在阀座上且其表面高于金属密封面的橡胶圈所构成。
本实用新型采用金属加橡胶这一复合密封结构，在介质压力较低时，阀门由橡胶圈直接即可完成密封。介质压力较高时利用橡胶圈在压力下的弹性变形，由橡胶圈和金属密封面共同实现密封。使密封性能大大提高。同时橡胶对介质中的颗粒有清除作用，有效的保护了金属密封面，使阀门的使用寿命大大提高。此外，由于橡胶圈的采用，使金属密封面的加工精度要求有所降低，有效的降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1～2，本复合密封球阀的构成包括阀体1、安在阀体1中的具有一密封面的阀座2以及球体5、与球体5连接的阀杆6，所述的密封面由金属密封面7和固定在阀座2上且其表面高于金属密封面的橡胶圈3所构成。为防止橡胶圈脱落，可在阀座上开设安装橡胶圈的槽8，将橡胶圈3放置在槽中用压环4固定。
图3给出的是另一种复合密封结构的示意图。它和图2所示结构不同的是其橡胶圈截面形状和压环的安装方式不同。这种结构形式适合用于DN100以下的阀门。
