一种导套密封式液压离合器主缸。主要解决现有的离合器主缸结构不紧凑的问题。其特征在于:缸体(1)的开口端安装有导套总成(4),活塞总成(2)为“T”型结构,其一端与缸体(1)配合,另一端置于导套总成(4)内且与导套总成(4)配合。该导套密封式液压离合器主缸取消了背景技术中的复位弹簧,缩短推杆的外露长度,具有结构紧凑、便于安装、离合效果好及使用寿命长的特点。

导套密封式液压离合器主缸
技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种汽车零部件,具体涉及一种汽车离合器,尤其是导套密封式液压离合器主缸。
背景技术:
汽车离合器是使发动机与变速箱暂时分离和逐渐接合的装置,以切断或传递发动机向变速器输入的动力。目前汽车离合器操作机构中所使用的离合器主缸,采用的是活塞式结构,主要是靠回位弹簧推动活塞的复位,这种结构有以下缺陷:1、为了保证活塞与缸体的有较好的导向性,活塞设计的较长,同时活塞也要保证有效的行程,这样缸体就很长,至使缸体的外形尺寸较大,结构上不紧凑;2、缸体内的弹簧在使用中易失去弹性,容易造成离合器离合效果差。3、活塞靠推杆推进,推杆与活塞之间是分离的,推杆复位后不能牵拉活塞复位,当弹簧失效后,活塞难以恢复到初始位置,使离合器不能正常使用。
实用新型内容:
为了克服背景技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种导套密封式液压离合器主缸,该导套密封式液压离合器主缸主要解决了现有的离合器主缸结构不紧凑的问题,同时取消了背景技术中的复位弹簧,缩短推杆的外露长度,具有结构紧凑、便于安装、离合效果好及使用寿命长的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该导套密封式液压离合器主缸包括缸体、活塞总成及推杆,缸体的开口端安装有导套总成,活塞总成为“T”型结构,其一端与缸体配合,另一端置于导套总成内且与导套总成配合。
所述的活塞总成与推杆之间万向铰接。
所述的活塞总成上设有圆球形开口槽,推杆端部为圆球状且卡于所述的活塞总成的开口槽内。
所述的活塞总成为复合式结构,由活塞及密封件组成。
所述的活塞为非金属材料。
所述的导套总成由导套、密封圈及导向套组成,导向套固定在导套中心孔内且外端伸出。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:由于采取上述方案,增加了导套总成,同时改变了活塞总成的形状,活塞总成的一端与缸体配合,而另一端与导套总成配合,从结构上使得缸体的长度缩短,同时也缩短了推杆的外露长度,结构紧凑,便于安装,离合效果好,使用寿命长。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:
由图1结合图2、图3所示,该导套密封式液压离合器主缸包括缸体1、活塞总成2及推杆3,缸体1的开口端安装有导套总成4,活塞总成2为“T”型结构,其一端与缸体1配合,另一端置于导套总成4内且与导套总成4配合。由于增加了导套总成4,同时改变了活塞总成2的形状,活塞总成2的一端与缸体1配合,而另一端与导套总成4配合,活塞总成2与缸体1之间的接触长度变小,在满足活塞总成2行程的同时在结构上使得缸体1的长度缩短,同时也缩短了推杆3的外露长度,结构紧凑,便于安装,离合效果好,使用寿命长。
由图1所示,所述的活塞总成2与推杆3之间万向铰接。取消了背景技术中的复位弹簧,活塞总成2的复位由推杆3拉回,可有效避免因弹簧失效而使活塞总成2不能完全复位,同时也可在结构上缩短缸体1的长度。
由图1所示,所述的活塞总成2上设有圆球形开口槽,推杆3端部为圆球状且卡于所述的活塞总成2的开口槽内。本实施例是活塞总成2与推杆3的优选连接方式。
由图2所示,所述的活塞总成2为复合式结构,由活塞5及密封件6组成,密封件6也称为皮碗。活塞总成2组装方便。
由图1结合图2所示,所述的活塞5为非金属材料。活塞5表面精度更易满足密封要求,能够实现活塞5与导套总成4之间较高的间隙配合要求。
由图3所示,所述的导套总成4由导套7、密封圈8及导向套9组成,导向套9固定在导套7中心孔内且外端伸出。导向套9的伸出可相对缩短缸体1的长度,使得本实用新型在整体结构上更紧凑。

1.一种导套密封式液压离合器主缸,包括缸体(1)、活塞总成(2)及推杆(3),其特征在于:缸体(1)的开口端安装有导套总成(4),活塞总成(2)为“T”型结构,其一端与缸体(1)配合,另一端置于导套总成(4)内且与导套总成(4)配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导套密封式液压离合器主缸,其特征在于:活塞总成(2)与推杆(3)之间万向铰接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导套密封式液压离合器主缸,其特征在于:活塞总成(2)上设有圆球形开口槽,推杆(3)端部为圆球状且卡于所述的活塞总成(2)的开口槽内。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的导套密封式液压离合器主缸,其特征在于:活塞总成(2)为复合式结构,由活塞(5)及密封件(6)组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的导套密封式液压离合器主缸,其特征在于:活塞(5)为非金属材料。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的导套密封式液压离合器主缸,其特征在于:导套总成(4)由导套(7)、密封圈(8)及导向套(9)组成,导向套(9)固定在导套(7)中心孔内且外端伸出。
