Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种集发酵、储气于一体的厌氧发酵罐,包括罐体,在罐体的上部设有进料口,下部设置有出料口。罐体的顶部设置有储气包,该储气包与罐体内的物料之间形成储气腔;罐体的上部设置有与所述储气腔连通的沼气出口;在罐体的内壁设置有加热装置;罐体内设有搅拌器;在罐体内安装了温度探头,实现了发酵罐内热量的控制供给和调节,有效提高了发酵质量和效率。罐体外设置有控制***,以实现对发酵过程的自动控制,确保发酵过程的连续性。本实用新型集发酵、储气于一体,不仅节约了设备投资,而且节省了占地面积,大大降低了投资成本,主要用于中小型企业生产沼气。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种发酵装置,尤其涉及一种集发酵、储气于一体的厌氧发酵罐,主要用于中小型企业生产沼气。
背景技术
发酵装置是厌氧发酵技术中的最基本设备。目前,用于农作物秸杆、人畜粪便等有机物厌氧发酵的发酵罐,其罐顶用木板、水泥或钢板制成,四周和底部仅用水泥和土壤建造,一方面无法控制热量的供给,另一方面,特别是在某些寒冷环境下,供应的热量损失很多,难以满足发酵所需的温度,致使发酵过程不容易操作控制,效率低,效果差。另外,还需要建造储气柜来贮存发酵生产的沼气,这样不仅增加了投资,而且增大了占地面积。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种发酵、储气于一体的厌氧发酵罐。
本实用新型的搅拌、加热、储气一体化厌氧发酵罐,包括罐体,在罐体的上部设有进料口,下部设置有出料口。罐体的顶部设置有储气包,该储气包与罐体内的物料之间形成储气腔。罐体的上部设置有与所述储气腔连通的沼气出口。罐体内壁上设置有加热装置,罐体内设有搅拌器;罐体外设置有控制***。
发酵罐的罐体设计成复合保温结构,以避免寒冷环境下罐体内能量的损失。
为了使发酵罐内保持设定的温度要求,在罐体内设置有温度探头,以实现对发酵罐内的温度进行在线检测,并通过控制***控制加热装置工作,以确保罐体内的发酵温度。
储气包为双层结构的柔性膜,在储气包上安装有稳压风机,以实现储气包内气压的平衡。
储气包内安装有压力探头,以实现对储气包内的气压进行在线检测。
控制***设置在罐体外,对罐体内的温度、发酵过程及储气包内的压力及沼气容量进行检测和调节,以实现对发酵过程的自动控制,确保发酵过程的连续性。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型集发酵、储气于一体,不仅节约了设备投资,而且节省了占地面积,大大降低了投资成本。
2、在罐体内安装了温度探头,实现了发酵罐内热量的控制供给和调节,使罐体内温度保持稳定,有效提高了发酵质量和效率。
3、发酵罐的罐体采用复合保温结构,避免了在某些寒冷环境下,发酵罐内热量的损失,有效节约了能源。
4、本实用新型结构简单、成本低,易于操作控制,安全可靠。

具体实施方式
一种厌氧发酵罐,包括复合保温结构的罐体1。在罐体的上部设有进料口2,下部设置有出料口3。罐体的顶部设置有储气包4,该储气包与罐体内的物料之间形成储气,并在罐体1的上部设置有与该储气腔连通的沼气出口5。储气包4为双层结构的柔性膜,并在外层柔性膜上安装有稳压风机10。为了便于测定储气腔内的气压,在储气腔内安装有压力探头8。罐体1的内壁上设置有管式换热器6,并在罐体内安装有温度探头9。罐体内设有搅拌器7,罐体外设置有控制***。
原料通过进料口2加入发酵罐提1内。在物料达到一定高度后,通过控制***控制加热装置及管式换热器进行加热,使罐体内的温度达到设定的范围;同时搅拌器进行工作,使罐体内物料的混合更充分,温度更均匀。发酵产生的沼气上升到发酵罐顶部的储气包内。压力探头8在线检测储气腔内气压,当储气腔内的气压不足时,由稳压风机充气,使储气腔内的压力保持平衡;当储气腔内的沼气达到一定的容量后,压力探头8显示的气压大于储气包内的压力,这时,可通过沼气出口将沼气排出,送入沼气收集器内。发酵后的沼渣从出料口排出。
为了使进、出料达到平衡,发酵罐进行连续工作,整个加料、加热、搅拌、发酵、沼气的收集等过程通过控制***进行自动控制和调节。

1.一种发酵、储气一体化厌氧发酵罐,包括罐体(1),在罐体的上部设有进料口(2),下部设置有出料口(3);其特征在于:罐体的顶部设置有储气包(4),该储气包与罐体内的物料之间形成储气腔;罐体的上部设置有与所述储气腔连通的沼气出口(5);在罐体的内壁设置有加热装置(6),罐体内设有搅拌器(7);罐体外设置有控制***。
2.如权利要求1所述发酵、储气一体化厌氧发酵罐,其特征在于:所述罐体(1)为复合保温结构。
3.如权利要求1所述发酵、储气一体化厌氧发酵罐,其特征在于:所述罐体内设置有温度探头(9)。
4.如权利要求1所述发酵、储气一体化厌氧发酵罐,其特征在于:所述加热装置(6)为管式换热器。
5.如权利要求1所述发酵、储气一体化厌氧发酵罐,其特征在于:所述储气包(4)为双层结构的柔性膜,并在储气包上安装有稳压风机(10)。
