本实用新型公开了一种低耗电,散热好,高聚光的节能路灯,包括壳体、电子整流器、电感整流器、灯管、透明灯罩板和反光罩,反光罩为表面凹凸不平的具有反射光学点光源曲率的耐高温强化玻璃制品,其反光面为纳米反光面材,其表面凹凸型为点光源曲率反射原理的波纹状。这使得灯罩的反射镜面达95%以上反射率,可将光源照明利用率发挥到光输出极限,使得同功率灯管照明亮度大大提高;且该反光罩可以使热能更好的辐射出去,有利于大幅度延长路灯的使用寿命。

背景技术
路面照明使用的路灯要达到一定程度亮度要求的话,需要一定大的功率才能实现。传统路灯一般是采用250瓦以上灯管,耗电大;而且由于传统灯罩反光效果不好,热能都保留灯罩内,会降低路灯的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型旨在提供一种低耗电,散热好,高聚光的节能路灯。
本实用新型的一种节能路灯,包括壳体、电子整流器、电感整流器、灯管、透明灯罩板和反光罩,所述反光罩为表面凹凸不平的U型弯板。
所述反光罩为具有反射光学点光源曲率原理的耐高温强化玻璃制品。
所述反光罩的反光面为纳米反光面材。
所述反光罩的表面凹凸为波纹状,所述波纹具有点光源曲率原理的反射结构。
本方案使得灯罩的反射镜面达%95以上反射率,可将光源照明利用率发挥到光输出极限,使得同功率灯管照明亮度大大提高;且该反光罩可以使热能更好的辐射出去,有利于大幅延长路灯的使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型的一种节能路灯,包括壳体1、电子整流器2、电感整流器、灯管3、透明灯罩板4和反光罩5;其中反光罩5为表面凹凸不平的U型弯板,且该反光罩的反光面为纳米反光面材,其表面凹凸为波纹状。
反光罩为具有反射光学点光源曲率原理的耐高温强化玻璃制品,且其表面凹凸的波纹状具有点光源曲率原理发射结构。
采用的纳米反光罩里面凹凸不平,光线折射使得发光效果更好;且该反光罩可以使热能更好的辐射出去,大大提高路灯的使用寿命。

1、一种节能路灯,包括壳体(1)、电子整流器(2)、电感整流器、灯管(3)、透明灯罩板(4)和反光罩(5),其特征在于所述反光罩为表面凹凸不平的U型弯板。
2、根据权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于所述反光罩为具有反射光学点光源曲率原理的耐高温强化玻璃制品。
3、根据权利要求2所述的路灯,其特征在于所述反光罩的反光面为纳米反光面材。
4、根据权利要求3所述的路灯,其特征在于所述反光罩的表面凹凸为波纹状,所述波纹具有点光源曲率原理的反射结构。
