Abstract
一种跑步机用电机,包括机壳(1)、定子组件(2)、转子组件(3)、前端盖(9)、后端盖(5)和飞轮(13),机壳(1)的两端分别安装前端盖(9)和后端盖(5),定子组件(2)和转子组件(3)都安装在机壳(1)内,转子组件(3)中的转轴(4)前端伸出机壳(1),转轴(4)的前端套有飞轮(13),转轴(4)与飞轮(13)通过键(14)连接,在转轴(4)的前端套装有轴套(12),轴套(12)顶在飞轮(13)的后面,在转轴(4)的端面上安装有锁紧装置,锁紧装置压紧飞轮(13)。本实用新型具有结构简单,成本较低,安装方便,连接紧固等优点。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种跑步机用电机。
背景技术:
目前,跑步机用电机的轴伸端都连接有飞轮,轴与飞轮之间用键来连接,由于飞轮比较重,如果定位不好在运作中易产生不平稳,产生噪音,甚至会发生飞轮脱落现象,现有技术中电机与飞轮的连接结构较复杂,成本较高,安装不方便,且飞轮与转轴之间连接不够紧固,存在轴向的相对移动,使电机转动不平稳,产生噪音,大大缩短电机的工作寿命。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构较简单,成本较低,安装方便,连接紧固运行稳定、噪音小的跑步机用电机。
本实用新型是通过下述技术方案予以实现的:
一种跑步机用电机,包括机壳、定子组件、转子组件、前端盖、后端盖和飞轮,机壳的两端分别安装前端盖和后端盖,定子组件和转子组件都安装在机壳内,转子组件中的转轴前端伸出机壳,转轴的前端套有飞轮,转轴与飞轮通过键连接,在转轴的前端套装有轴套,轴套顶在飞轮的后面,在转轴的端面上安装有锁紧装置,锁紧装置压紧飞轮。
上述所述的锁紧装置包括档板和螺钉,在转轴的前端面设置有螺孔,螺钉穿过档板旋进螺孔并推动档板轴向移动。上述所述的飞轮的的内壁设置有凸台,档板压在凸台上,通过档板和轴套对飞轮进行轴向定位。
上述所述的转轴的后端安装有叶轮实现轴向吹风散热。
上述所述的轴套的后方顶在轴承的端面上。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点:1)通过轴套和锁紧装置压紧飞轮,使飞轮与转轴的连接结构较简单,安装方便,连接紧固,成本较低,运行稳定;2)消除飞轮与转轴之间的轴向间隙,电机转动非常平稳,安静,避免了飞轮脱落的现象发生,可提高了电机的工作寿命。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的跑步机用电机,包括机壳1、定子组件2、转子组件3、前端盖9、后端盖5和飞轮13,机壳1的两端分别安装前端盖9和后端盖5,定子组件2和转子组件3都安装在机壳1内,转子组件3中的转轴4前端伸出机壳1,转轴4的前端套有飞轮13,转轴4与飞轮13通过键14连接,在转轴4的前端套装有轴套12,轴套12顶在飞轮13的后面,在转轴4的端面上安装有锁紧装置,锁紧装置压紧飞轮13。
其中锁紧装置包括档板16和螺钉17,在转轴4的前端面设置有螺孔18,螺钉17穿过档板16旋进螺孔18并推动档板16轴向移动。飞轮13的的内壁设置有环形凸台15,档板16压在环形凸台15上,通过档板16和轴套12对飞轮13进行轴向定位。转轴4的后端安装有叶轮6实现轴向吹风散热。轴套12的后方顶在轴承11的端面上。
跑步机用电机的具体安装过程:定子组件2和转子组件3都安装在机壳1内,机壳1的两端分别安装前端盖9和后端盖5,转子组件3中的转轴4前端伸出机壳1,转轴4的后端安装有叶轮6,并用螺钉7和螺母8将后端盖5、前端盖9和机壳1连接在一起,在轴承11和前端盖9之间设置有一波形垫圈10,接着将轴套12的后方顶在轴承11的端面上,转轴4的前端装上键14,将飞轮13套入转轴4,轴套12刚好顶在飞轮13的后面,然后将档板16压在环形凸台15上,将螺钉17穿过档板16旋进螺孔18并推动档板16轴向移动,通过档板16和轴套12对飞轮13进行轴向定位。
Claims (5)
1、一种跑步机用电机,包括机壳(1)、定子组件(2)、转子组件(3)、前端盖(9)、后端盖(5)和飞轮(13),机壳(1)的两端分别安装前端盖(9)和后端盖(5),定子组件(2)和转子组件(3)都安装在机壳(1)内,转子组件(3)中的转轴(4)前端伸出机壳(1),转轴(4)的前端套有飞轮(13),转轴(4)与飞轮(13)通过键(14)连接,其特征在于:在转轴(4)的前端套装有轴套(12),轴套(12)顶在飞轮(13)的后面,在转轴(4)的端面上安装有锁紧装置,锁紧装置压紧飞轮(13)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种跑步机用电机,其特征在于:锁紧装置包括档板(16)和螺钉(17),在转轴(4)的前端面设置有螺孔(18),螺钉(17)穿过档板(16)旋进螺孔(18)并推动档板(16)轴向移动。
3、根据权利要求2所述的一种跑步机用电机,其特征在于:飞轮(13)的的内壁设置有凸台(15),档板(16)压在凸台(15)上,通过档板(16)和轴套(12)对飞轮(13)进行轴向定位。
4、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种跑步机用电机,其特征在于:转轴(4)的后端安装有叶轮(6)实现轴向吹风散热。
5、根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种跑步机用电机,其特征在于:轴套(12)的后方顶在轴承(11)的端面上。
