Abstract

车用轮毂轴承单元,属于汽车零部件装置。传统汽车轮毂轴承单元存在内圈容易产生错位变形和间隙以及安装相对比较繁杂的缺陷。本实用新型采用在轴承安装轴外表面设置一条滚道,作为双列角接触球轴承其中一排滚子的滚道,具有另一排滚子滚道的内圈套装于轴承安装轴外表面,减少了一个内圈,安装时只要对一个内圈进行轴向限位,使安装相对比较简单,避免了由于错位变形,并且安装限位后不容易产生轴向移动。

本实用新型属于汽车零部件领域,尤其与一种车用轮毂轴承单元有关。
背景技术
如图1所示的一种汽车轮毂轴承单元,包括轴承座和双列角接触球轴承,轴承座由连为一体的法兰盘1和筒状轴承安装轴2组成,轴承安装轴2外表面靠近法兰盘1一侧设置有端面靠肩,双列角接触球轴承包括整体式外圈3以及内圈4和5,内圈4和5套装于轴承安装轴2外表面,内圈4抵靠于所述的端面靠肩,轴承安装轴向外翻边压靠于内圈5,对内圈4和5进行轴向限位。由于内圈为分离式,两个内圈具有同心度要求,安装相对比较繁杂,安装时也容易产生错位变形影响精度,经过一段时间使用后,两个内圈之间容易产生间隙,内圈就会产生轴向移动,导致轴承噪声变大,同时也会影响精度和寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的克服上述汽车轮毂轴承单元存在的内圈容易产生错位变形和间隙以及安装相对比较繁杂的缺陷,提供一种安装相对简单并且内圈不会产生轴向移动的车用轮毂轴承单元。为此,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
车用轮毂轴承单元,包括轴承座和双列角接触球轴承,轴承座由连为一体的法兰盘和筒状轴承安装轴组成,其特征是:所述的轴承安装轴外表面直径自靠近法兰盘一侧向远离法兰盘一侧呈阶梯状变小形成端面靠肩,在靠近法兰盘一侧轴承安装轴外表面上设置有滚道;所述双列角接触球轴承包括整体式外圈、一个内圈和两排滚子以及防尘密封圈,所述的内圈套装于所述的轴承安装轴外表面并且其一端端面抵靠于所述的端面靠肩,轴承安装轴端部外卷压靠于该内圈的另一端端面,对内圈进行轴向限位;其中一排滚子安装于所述的轴承安装轴外表面上的滚道,以轴承安装轴为内圈,另一排滚子安装于所述的内圈。
作为对上述技术方案的补充和完善,本实用新型还包括以下技术特征:
所述的双列角接触球轴承两侧分别设置有防尘密封圈,起防尘和密封作用。
使用本实用新型可以达到以下有益效果:使用设置在轴承安装轴外表面的滚道作为双列角接触球轴承其中一排滚子的滚道,减少了一个内圈,使安装相对比较简单;安装时只要对一个内圈进行轴向限位,避免了错位变形,并且安装限位后不容易产生轴向移动,提高了轴承单元的精度和使用寿命,减小了轴承噪声。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图2、图3、图4所示,本实用新型包括轴承座和双列角接触球轴承,轴承座由连为一体的法兰盘6和筒状轴承安装轴7组成,轴承安装轴7的外表面直径自靠近法兰盘6一侧向远离法兰盘6一侧呈阶梯状变小形成端面靠肩15,在靠近法兰盘6一侧的轴承安装轴7的外表面上设置有滚道14;所述双列角接触球轴承包括整体式外圈10、内圈8、第一排滚子11和第二排滚子12以及第一防尘密封圈9和第二防尘密封圈13,第一防尘密封圈9和第二防尘密封圈13分别设置于所述的双列角接触球轴承两侧,内圈8套装于轴承安装轴7的外表面并且其一端端面抵靠于端面靠肩15,轴承安装轴7的端部外卷压靠于内圈8的另一端端面,对内圈8进行轴向限位;第二排滚子12安装于滚道14,以轴承安装轴7为内圈,第一排滚子11安装于内圈8。

1、车用轮毂轴承单元,包括轴承座和双列角接触球轴承,轴承座由连为一体的法兰盘(6)和筒状轴承安装轴(7)组成,其特征在于:所述的轴承安装轴(7)的外表面直径自靠近法兰盘(6)一侧向远离法兰盘(6)一侧呈阶梯状变小形成端面靠肩(15),在靠近法兰盘(6)一侧的轴承安装轴外表面上设置有滚道(14);所述双列角接触球轴承包括整体式外圈(10)、内圈(8)和第一排滚子(11)、第二排滚子(12),内圈(8)套装于所述的轴承安装轴(7)的外表面并且其一端端面抵靠于所述的端面靠肩(15),轴承安装轴(7)端部外卷压靠于内圈(8)的另一端端面;第二排滚子(12)安装于所述的滚道(14),以轴承安装轴(7)为内圈,第一排滚子(11)安装于内圈(8)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的车用轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:所述的双列角接触球轴承两侧分别设置有第一防尘密封圈(9)和第二防尘密封圈(13)。
