Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种用于燃煤烟气脱硫的格栅式湿法脱硫装置,包含吸收塔,塔内自上至下设有除雾器、水喷淋器、一级和二级吸收液分布器,塔底部为结晶池,两吸收液分布器与塔底部结晶池之间分别以塔外循环管相连,结晶池底部有出料口;一级吸收液分布器与二级吸收分布器之间设有一级格栅层,二级吸收分布器的下方设有二级格栅层;一级格栅层是由塑料薄片组成的格栅填料,塑料薄片垂直于塔平面排列,二级格栅层由圈架和纵横交叉的格栅片组成。本装置阻力小,可防止堵塞,确保气液充分接触,并可提高脱硫副产的结晶品质。

Description

格栅式湿法脱硫装置
本实用新型涉及一种燃煤烟气的脱硫净化装置,特别是一种格栅式湿法脱硫装置。
我国蕴藏着非常丰富的煤炭资源,也是世界上最大的煤炭生产国和消费国,而我国的煤炭84%左右被直接燃烧。煤炭中含硫量高,其产生的烟气特别是工业燃煤烟气除产生大量的烟尘外还含有SO2等有害成分,对环境造成污染。近些年来,烟气脱硫净化技术发展较快,其中使用较多的是采用吸收剂喷淋吸收除去烟气中SO2的湿法脱硫技术。
湿式脱硫能够除去烟气中的可溶成分并中和气体内的腐蚀成分,气体污染物可与尘粒同时被吸收,比较安全,成本较低。但湿法脱硫目前存在几方面的问题:一是,吸收剂往往采用雾化喷嘴增强与烟气的接触,但这样不利于溶质晶核的长大,对脱硫副产物的进一步处理带来困难;二是,烟气浓度高、含尘量大时,易造成填料或装置堵塞;三是,应用填料使气液充分接触,但造成装置运行阻力较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种格栅式脱硫装置,该装置运行阻力小,不易堵塞,可确保气液充分接触,并能提高脱硫副产的结晶品质。
本实用新型格栅式湿法脱硫装置包含吸收塔,含有烟气进口和净烟气出口,塔内自上至下设有除雾器、水喷淋器、一级和二级吸收液分布器,塔底部为结晶池,两吸收液分布器分别以塔外循环管与塔底部结晶池相连,结晶池底部有出料口;所说的一级吸收液分布器与二级吸收分布器之间设有一级格栅层,二级吸收分布器的下方设有二级格栅层;所说的一级格栅层是由塑料簿片组成的格栅填料,塑料簿片垂直于塔平面排列,所说的二级格栅层由圈架和纵横交叉的格栅片组成。
一级格栅层为格栅填料,采用高度200-800mm,空隙率大于95%,比表面积大于400m2/m3的塑料规整填料。
二级格栅层的格栅片宽度2-10mm,片高10-100mm,片间距10-60mm。
所说的一级或二级吸收液分布器由主管和与主管共同相连并相通的多个环形管组成,各主管及环形管均匀分布有喷淋孔。
本实用新型采用不同结构的两级格栅层分别实现烟气的除尘和脱硫。一级吸收液分布器使喷淋液在塑料薄片上呈膜状向下流动,由于塑料薄片很薄破液能力很强,液滴很细,气体与液膜、细液滴充分接触,使气液传质效果大大提高,可使SO2得到充分吸收;呈条纹状的分布,空隙率相当高,阻力降小,整个装置的运行阻力也较低,还可消除壁流现象。而二级格栅层排列有序的多格栅片与上升烟气相撞,将尘粒从烟气中分离出来,从而起到除尘的效果。此外,二级格栅层的格栅板结构,可对下降的浆液起到均匀分布的效果,因此在吸收液浓缩结晶时有利于晶核的长大,可形成较大的晶粒。
综上所述,本装置采用格栅,可减小装置阻力,防止堵塞,并能确保气液的充分接触,还可提高脱硫副产物的结晶品质。

具体实施方式
如图1,吸收塔10含有烟气进口11和净烟气出口12,塔内自上至下设有除雾器1、水喷淋器6、一级吸收液分布器2、一级格栅层3、二级吸收液分布器4和二级格栅层5;塔内底部为结晶池10-1,结晶池10-1的上部的浆液出口通过塔外循环管路与二级吸收液分布器4相连接,结晶池10-1的中部的浆液出口通过塔外循环管路与一级吸收液分布器3相连接,两循环管路分别装有循环泵8、8’;结晶池的底部浆液出口通过出料泵9与后处理***相连接;结晶池10-1设有侧向搅拌器7。
图2表示二级格栅层5的结构,它由圈架5-1和纵横交叉的格栅片5-2组成,格栅片5-2之间形成均匀分布的格栅孔。
一级吸收液分布器2和二级吸收液分布器4的结构相同,如图3所示,吸收液分布器由十字相交的两主管4-1和多个直径不同的环形管4-2组成互连并互通的管网,各主管及环形管均匀分布有喷淋孔4-3。
一级格栅层为塑料格栅填料。填料片与塔平面是垂直的,在气流与水流的冲刷下基本可消除表面的沉积。

Claims (4)

1.格栅式湿法脱硫装置,包含吸收塔,含有烟气进口和净烟气出口,塔内自上至下设有除雾器、水喷淋器、一级吸收液分布器和二级吸收液分布器,塔底部为结晶池,结晶池底部有出料口,两吸收液分布器分别以塔外循环管与结晶池相连;所说的一级吸收液分布器与二级吸收分布器之间设有一级格栅层,二级吸收分布器的下方设有二级格栅层;所说的一级格栅层是由塑料簿片组成的格栅填料,塑料簿片垂直于塔平面排列,所说的二级格栅层由圈架和纵横交叉的格栅片组成。
2.根据权利要1所述的格栅式湿法脱硫装置包含吸收塔,其特征一级格栅层为格栅填料,采用高度200-800mm,空隙率大于95%,比表面积大于400m2/m3的塑料规整填料。
3.根据权利要1或2所述的格栅式湿法脱硫装置包含吸收塔,其特征二级格栅层的格栅片宽度2-10mm,片高10-100mm,片间距10-60mm。
4.根据权利要3所述的格栅式湿法脱硫装置包含吸收塔,其特征是所说的吸收液分布器由主管和同与主管相连并相通的多个环形管组成,各主管及环形管均匀分布有喷淋孔。
