Abstract

一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及插设于绝缘本体中的端子,所述绝缘本体包括主体部及插塞部,主体部包括基部及位于基部上的对接部,基部包括位于对接部下方的基板及位于基板两端的基端,两基端之间形成缺口,基板暴露于缺口中,基板上设有若干第一槽道,端子容置于第一槽道中,所述插塞部设有若干第二槽道,相邻的第二槽道之间形成凸起,插塞部安装于所述缺口中,第二槽道之间的凸起与第一槽道相对且抵压于端子上。因此端子可以较稳定地固持于绝缘本体中。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种具有端子定位结构的电连接器。
【背景技术】
中国台湾新型专利公告第573810号揭示了一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、插置于绝缘本体上的若干端子及遮覆于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体,所述绝缘本体大致为长方体状,绝缘本体的上端开设有收容腔,收容腔中设有舌扳,收容腔下侧的绝缘本体部分称为绝缘本体的基部,所述舌扳自基部向上凸伸入收容腔中,收容腔的两侧形成侧壁,遮蔽壳体遮覆于侧壁上。舌板上设有若干槽道以收容端子,所述槽道向下贯穿绝缘本体的基部而可以使端子能延伸出绝缘本体外。随着电连接器功能的增加及电连接器的小型化,端子之间的距离变得越来越小,因此收容端子的槽道也相应地变得密集。在绝缘本体注塑成型时,生成细长而密集的槽道,往往难于保证精度,且槽道之间的凸起可能由于液体塑胶难以充分充满模具空腔而不完整,而不完整的凸起比较容易被端子挤裂,端子容易发生移位而短路。
因此,有必要针对上述缺陷进行改进电连接器。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种端子定位效果较佳的电连接器。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及插设于绝缘本体中的端子,所述绝缘本体包括主体部及插塞部,主体部包括基部及位于基部上的对接部,基部包括位于对接部下方的基板及位于基板两端的基端,两基端之间形成缺口,基板暴露于缺口中,基板上设有若干第一槽道,端子容置于第一槽道中,所述插塞部设有若干第二槽道,相邻的第二槽道之间形成凸起,插塞部安装于所述缺口中,第二槽道之间的凸起与第一槽道相对且抵压于端子上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器具有如下有益效果:插塞部上的凸起抵靠端子使端子可以较稳定地固持于绝缘本体中而不易发生移位。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及数个固持于绝缘本体上的端子,所述绝缘本体一侧凹设有收容空间,另一侧凹设有缺口,并于该缺口两端构成有基端及位于该缺口一侧的基板,所述基板设有数个收容端子的第一槽道,且该槽道延设入收容空间内,所述绝缘本体设有收容于上述缺口内的插塞部,该插塞部具有与基板的第一槽道相互面对的数个凸起,该凸起抵接在收容于基板的第一槽道内的端子上。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器具有如下有益效果:插塞部具有与基板的第一槽道相互面对的数个凸起,该凸起抵接在收容于基板的第一槽道内的端子上,所以端子可以较稳定地固持于绝缘本体上。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1及图2所示,本实用新型电连接器包括绝缘本体、安装于绝缘本体中的若干端子2及遮覆于绝缘本体上的遮蔽壳体3,其中绝缘本体包括主体部1a及一对插塞部1b。
请参阅图2所示,主体部1a包括基部11及位于基部11上方的对接部12;所述基部11包括位于对接部12下方的基板111及位于基板111两端的基端112,两基端之间形成可容置插塞部1b的位于基板111两侧的两缺口110,基板111暴露于缺口中,基板111上设有若干与缺口110连通的容置端子2的第一槽道113;所述对接部12包括相对延伸的纵长的两侧壁121及位于两端且连接两侧壁121的两端壁122,两侧壁121之间形成收容空间10。所述对接部12还包括自基板111向上凸伸入收容空间10中的舌板123,基板111上的第一槽道113向上延伸至舌板123上。所述两端壁122分别自两基端112向上延伸而成。所述缺口110位于侧壁121的下方。每一基端112上设有与缺口110连通的扣持槽1120及位于扣持槽1120下侧的凹槽1121。基板111的两侧均设有安装槽1110。
请参阅图2及图5所示,每一端子2具有容置于基板111的第一槽道113中的固持部21、自固持部21且沿舌板123延伸入收容空间10中的接触部22及自固持部21沿与接触部22相反延伸且大致垂直于固持部21的焊接部23。
请参阅图2、图3及图4所示,每一插塞部1b大致为板状,其两端分别设置用以扣持于基端112上的扣持槽1120中的扣持块1b1及与凹槽1121干涉配合的凸肋1b5,插塞部1b的一侧面设有若干第二槽道1b2,每相邻的两第二槽道1b2之间形成凸起1b3。插塞部1b于设有第二槽道1b2的侧面的底部设有用以安装于安装槽1110中的凸块1b4。请参阅图5及图6所示,两插塞部1b分别组装于两缺口110中,扣持块1b1扣持于扣持槽1120中而防止插塞部1b向下脱落,凸肋1b5安装于凹槽1121中而防止插塞部1b沿垂直于插塞部板面的方向脱离,凸块1b4安装于安装槽1110中以使插塞部1b固持于主体部1a中。其中所述凸起1b3与端子2的固持部21相对,且凸起1b3抵压端子的固持部21使端子稳定地容置于第一槽道113中。
请参阅图1及图2所示,遮蔽壳体3大致为长方框体状,其遮覆于基部11及对接部12上而对固持于绝缘本体上的端子具有屏蔽作用。
本实用新型电连接器的绝缘本体设置为主体部1a及插塞部1b,插塞部1b上设有若干第二槽道1b2,相邻的两第二槽道1b2之间形成凸起1b3,所述凸起1b3抵压端子2使端子2稳定地容置于第一槽道113中。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体及插设于绝缘本体中的端子,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括主体部及插塞部,主体部包括基部及位于基部上的对接部,基部包括位于对接部下方的基板及位于基板两端的基端,两基端之间形成缺口,基板暴露于缺口中,基板上设有若干第一槽道,端子容置于第一槽道中,所述插塞部设有若干第二槽道,相邻的第二槽道之间形成凸起,插塞部安装于所述缺口中,第二槽道之间的凸起与第一槽道相对且抵压于端子上。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基端设有与缺口连通的扣持槽,插塞部的两端设有扣持于扣持槽中的扣持块。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基端于扣持槽的一侧设有凹槽,插塞部设有与凹槽干涉配合的凸肋。
4.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基板上设有安装槽,插塞部上设有扣持于安装槽中的凸块。
5.如权利要求1或2或3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述对接部具有纵长的两侧壁,两侧壁之间形成有收容空间,端子具有凸伸入收容空间中的接触部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述对接部包括位于收容空间中的舌板,端子的接触部沿舌板延伸设置。
7.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述电连接器包括遮覆于基部及对接部上的遮蔽壳体。
8.一种电连接器,包括绝缘本体及数个固持于绝缘本体上的端子,所述绝缘本体一侧凹设有收容空间,另一侧凹设有缺口,并于该缺口两端构成有基端及位于该缺口一侧的基板,其特征在于:所述基板设有数个收容端子的第一槽道,且该槽道延设入收容空间内,所述绝缘本体设有收容于上述缺口内的插塞部,该插塞部具有与基板的第一槽道相互面对的数个凸起,该凸起抵接在收容于基板的第一槽道内的端子上。
9.如权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基端设有与缺口连通的扣持槽,插塞部的两端设有扣持于扣持槽中的扣持块。
10.如权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基端于扣持槽的一侧设有凹槽,插塞部设有与凹槽干涉配合的凸肋。
