背景技术
目前存在的水杯的容积是一种定值，无法改变，因此在不同的场合我们需要使用不同的杯，如一个家庭大大小小有很多类型的杯，它既占用大量空间、又浪费不少开支。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种可调控容积的水杯，使其容积可根据需要调节。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型包括硬质材料制成的外杯体和软质材料制成的内杯体，内杯体设置在外杯体中，内杯体的口部和外杯体的口部密封连接，外杯体上设有充放气孔，充放气孔中设有孔塞。
为了防止内杯体和外杯体之间的气体因吸收杯中热水的热量而膨胀，从而导致杯子容积变小，杯中水溢出，所述的孔塞为压力控制阀式孔塞。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型的容积可通过充放气来改变，可根据使用者的需要任意调节，并且具有防溢功能。因此，家中不必买很多杯子，减少空间的浪费和开支。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示的一种具体实施例，它包括外杯体1和内杯体2，外杯体1为硬质材料制成，内杯体2为软质材料制成，内杯体2设置在外杯体1中，内杯体2的口部和外杯体1的口部密封连接，外杯体1上设有充放气孔3，充放气孔3中设有孔塞4。孔塞4为压力控制阀式孔塞4，当外杯体1和内杯体2内的压力达到一定值时，压力控制阀就开启，气体部分泄出，直到外杯体1和内杯体2内的压力小于压力控制阀的开启压力。
使用方法：拨下孔塞4，使外杯体1和内杯体2之间的压力等于大气压力，此时，杯子的容积最大，如图1所示。当需要使用较小体积的杯子时，开启孔塞4，通过充放气孔3向外杯体1和内杯体2之间充气，内杯体2底部在气体的推动下上升，杯体的容积变小，当杯体容积达到需要的容积时，插上孔塞4，杯子变成小容积的杯子，如图2所示。

1、一种可调控容积的水杯，其特征在于：包括硬质材料制成的外杯体(1)和软质材料制成的内杯体(2)，内杯体(2)设置在外杯体(1)中，内杯体(2)的口部和外杯体(1)的口部密封连接，外杯体(1)上设有充放气孔(3)，充放气孔(3)中设有孔塞(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可调控容积的水杯，其特征在于：所述的孔塞(4)为压力控制阀式孔塞。
