本实用新型涉及汽车用精冲模具技术领域,具体地说是一种改进的高强度厚板精冲模具。
[背景技术]
现有的精冲模具凹模安装在上模下表面,凸模安装在下模上表面,这样是以凸模为基准保持不动,通过冲压机用压板压制上模来带动凹模向下运动,从而剪切出汽车用的厚板所需造型,而且凹模压制用的接触面的尺寸大于凸模压制用的接触面,这样剪切出来的厚板的边缘光亮带只达到40%-50%,相对的需要处理的毛刺部分就多。
[发明内容]
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术不足,将凹、凸模的位置进行调换,以凹模为准,凸模尺寸采取比凹模大的方式,俗称负间隙冲压来达到精冲的目的。
为实现上述目的,设计的一种改进的高强度厚板精冲模具,包括上模、下模、凸模、凹模,其特征在于:所述凸模安装在上模下部,所述凹模安装在下模上部。
所述凸模底表面尺寸大于凹模上表面尺寸。
本实用新型同现有技术相比,在原有精冲模具的基础上,略作改动,便使剪切出来的产品边缘的光亮带达到85%以上,接近90%,保证了精冲的质量,提高了生产效率,节约了生产加工的成本。

[具体实施方式]
下面接合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
将凸模3安装在上模1下部,凹模4安装在下模2上部,并将凸模3底表面尺寸设计成大于凹模4的上表面尺寸,在冲压时,将待加工产品5放在凹、凸模之间,利用冲压机将上模1上部的压板向下压,带动凸模3向下运动,而下模2上的凹模4保持不动,这样以凹模为基准,并采取凸模尺寸比凹模大的方式,俗称负间隙冲压,来实现对精冲的目的。

1、一种改进的高强度厚板精冲模具,包括上模(1)、下模(2)、凸模(3)、凹模(4),其特征在于:所述凸模(3)安装在上模(1)下部,所述凹模(4)安装在下模(2)上部。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种改进的高强度厚板精冲模具,其特征在于:所述凸模(3)底表尺寸大于凹模(4)上表尺寸。
