背景技术
现有全自动平压平模切烫金机的电化铝烫印完成后，在印后废电化铝收集过程中毛辊和电化铝摩擦容易产生大量电化铝粉尘颗粒，严重影响了操作者的身体健康和印刷车间的环境整洁；同时也使烫印的包装物受到电化铝颗粒的污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单，操作方便，可有效收集电化铝粉尘颗粒的全自动平压平模切烫金机电化铝粉尘去除装置。
本实用新型采用的技术方案：一种全自动平压平模切烫金机电化铝粉尘去除装置，包括收废箔毛辊、传送辊、动力设备、复卷装置，所述的收废箔毛辊设置在吸尘罩内，吸尘罩连接吸尘设备。
所述的复卷装置上安装有动力设备及传送辊。
所述的吸尘罩通过吸尘管连接吸尘设备。
所述的吸尘设备选用工业吸尘器或引风装置。
本实用新型所具有的积极有益效果：
1.通过工业吸尘器或者其它引风装置收集毛辊和电化铝摩擦产生的电化铝粉尘颗粒，很好的解决了加热型烫金机生产过程中产生的电化铝粉尘颗粒问题，进而确保了操作者的身体健康，确保了印刷车间环境的整洁以及烫印的包装物不受电化铝颗粒的污染；
2.结构简单，操作方便，使用效果好，适用于全自动平压平模切烫金机在印后包装作业废电化铝收集过程中的电化铝粉尘去除。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2所示，一种全自动平压平模切烫金机电化铝粉尘去除装置，主要包括吸尘设备1、吸尘管2、收废箔毛辊3、吸尘罩4、传送辊5、动力设备6、复卷装置7等；其吸尘设备1通过吸尘管2连接吸尘罩4，两组收废箔毛辊3设置在吸尘罩4内，复卷装置7上安装有两组动力设备6及传送辊5。
所述的吸尘设备1为现有技术，可选用工业吸尘器或引风装置等；所述的动力设备6为现有技术，可选用电动机，气动或液压机等；所述的复卷装置7为现有技术，可选用烫金机的复卷装置。
本实用新型的工作原理：通过工业吸尘器或者其它引风装置收集毛辊和电化铝摩擦产生的电化铝粉尘颗粒。在收集过程中，启动动力设备6，印后电化铝8在吸尘罩4内通过收废箔毛辊3导出，同时启动吸尘设备1即可通过吸尘管2将电化铝粉尘颗粒吸收入吸尘设备1，印后电化铝8再通过复卷装置5进行复卷回收。

1.一种全自动平压平模切烫金机电化铝粉尘去除装置，包括收废箔毛辊、传送辊、动力设备、复卷装置，其特征在于所述的收废箔毛辊(3)设置在吸尘罩(4)内，吸尘罩(4)连接吸尘设备(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全自动平压平模切烫金机电化铝粉尘去除装置，其特征在于所述的复卷装置(7)上安装有动力设备(6)及传送辊(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全自动平压平模切烫金机电化铝粉尘去除装置，其特征在于所述的吸尘罩(4)通过吸尘管(2)连接吸尘设备(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全自动平压平模切烫金机电化铝粉尘去除装置，其特征在于所述的吸尘设备(1)选用工业吸尘器或引风装置。
