Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种滑移装载机动臂,包括动臂(3)、动臂驱动装置(4)、短摇杆(7)、长摇杆(5)和车架(6),短摇杆(7)一端与所述的车架(6)铰接,另一端与所述的动臂(3)尾端铰接。本实用新型提供的滑移装载机新型动臂,在动臂驱动装置(4)的驱动下,长摇杆(5)向上向前运动,短摇杆(7)先向后再向前运动,提升过程中驱动装置在长摇杆(5)的铰点之间运动既避开干涉又不影响长摇杆(5)的强度。其优点在于动臂驱动装置(4)通过杆组配合得到更大的有效分力推动工作装置提升物料,节约举升过程中的能耗,并得到近似垂直的物料提升路径,使机器稳定更好,载量和卸载距离增大。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种滑移装载机,特别是涉及一种滑移装载机动臂。
背景技术
目前一般的装载机动臂后端直接与车架铰接,工作时动臂被驱动做以车架铰接点为圆点的圆弧运动。本实用新型在滑移装载机的动臂和车架间通过长摇杆和短摇杆连接形成四连杆机构,这种工作装置能够实现装载物料的近似垂直提升。相对动臂直接固定在车架上的做圆弧运动的装载机工作装置,在相同举升力的情况下本工作装置使装载机获得更大的举升能力、举升高度和卸载距离。提高了工作效率和装载能力。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实现物料垂直提升、举升能力大、卸载距离远、操作方便、成本低廉、使用安全的滑移装载机动臂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供的滑移装载机动臂,包括动臂、动臂驱动装置、短摇杆、长摇杆和车架,短摇杆一端与所述的车架铰接,另一端与所述的动臂尾端铰接,长摇杆一端与所述的车架铰接,另一端与所述的动臂铰接,动臂驱动装置一端与所述的车架铰接,另一端与所述的动臂铰接。
采用上述技术方案的滑移装载机动臂,采用四杆机构连杆曲线特性,实现物料近似垂直提升和合理力学性能。在动臂和车架间通过长摇杆和短摇杆连接形成四连杆机构,这种工作装置能够实现装载物料的近似垂直提升。相对动臂直接固定在车架上的做圆弧运动的装载机工作装置,在相同举升力的情况下本工作装置使装载机获得更大的举升能力、举升高度和卸载距离。提高了工作效率和装载能力。提升过程中,在动臂驱动装置的驱动下,长摇杆向上向前运动,短摇杆先向后再向前转动,提升过程中驱动装置在长摇杆的两个铰点之间运动既避开干涉又不影响长摇杆的强度。
综上所述,采用上述技术方案的本实用新型,既实现物料垂直提升、获得大的举升能力和较远卸载距离,又能够保证工作装置的机械强度和稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
参见图1和图2,动臂3头部装有铲斗1及其铲斗油缸2,短摇杆7一端与车架6铰接,另一端与动臂3尾端铰接,长摇杆5一端铰接在车架6上,长摇杆5另一端与动臂3铰接,动臂驱动装置4一端铰接在车架6上,动臂驱动装置4另一端与动臂3铰接。
参见图1和图2,在动臂3和车架6间通过长摇杆5和短摇杆7连接形成四连杆机构,这种工作装置能够实现铲斗1装载物料的近似垂直提升。相对动臂3直接固定在车架6上的做圆弧运动的装载机工作装置,在相同举升力的情况下本工作装置使装载机获得更大的举升能力、举升高度和卸载距离。提高了工作效率和装载能力。提升过程中,在动臂驱动装置4的驱动下,长摇杆5向上向前运动,短摇杆7先向后再向前转动,提升过程中动臂驱动装置4在长摇杆5的铰点之间运动既避开干涉又不影响长摇杆5的强度。

1、一种滑移装载机动臂,包括动臂(3)、动臂驱动装置(4)、长摇杆(5)和车架(6),其特征是:短摇杆(7)一端与所述的车架(6)铰接,另一端与所述的动臂(3)尾端铰接,所述的长摇杆(5)一端与所述的车架(6)铰接,另一端与所述的动臂(3)铰接,所述的动臂驱动装置(4)一端与所述的车架(6)铰接,另一端与所述的动臂(3)铰接。
