本实用新型涉及摩托车减震器,具体指摩托车减震器力值调节杆耐压密封机构,本耐压密封机构装配简单,便于加工和检验。
背景技术
摩托车减震器挡位调节是通过改变连杆中心过油孔的大小来实现的,中心过油孔的大小是由调节杆来调节的。调节杆位于中心过油孔内,调节杆一端具有锥尖结构,中心过油孔内靠近液室一端设有定位管,锥尖***定位管内,锥尖进入定位管的深度不同,中心过油孔的大小就不同。由于中心过油孔内会进入减震油,故连杆和调节杆之间会设置密封装置。现有的密封机构是在连杆和调节杆之间设置O型密封圈,O型密封圈位于连杆内壁或者调节杆外壁的环形槽内,环形槽位于连杆或调节杆大约靠近中间位置,同时为了可靠地密封,这样的结构设有两个。现有的密封结构至少存在以下不足:1、环形槽由于不在连杆或调节杆端头,给加工带来了困难,也不利于O型密封圈的装配;2、普通的O型密封圈在耐压和密封效果上并非最佳;3、环形槽的加工状况和O型密封圈安装情况不方便检验。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本实用新型的目的是提供一种便于加工和检验、装配简单、更利于耐压和密封的摩托车减震器力值调节杆耐压密封机构。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:摩托车减震器力值调节杆耐压密封机构,它包括连杆和调节杆,连杆设有中心过油孔,调节杆位于中心过油孔内,在连杆和调节杆之间设有油封,其特征在于:所述油封设于连杆靠近接头一端端面,在连杆该端面上设有台阶,油封嵌于该台阶中。
进一步地,所述油封由油封体和油封骨架组成,油封骨架嵌于油封体内。
所述油封体靠里侧端面设有环形槽,环形槽与油封中心孔之间的油封体形成抱合调节杆的油封唇口。

参见图1,从图上可以看出,本实用新型摩托车减震器力值调节杆耐压密封机构,它包括连杆1和带锥尖的调节杆2,连杆1设有中心过油孔,调节杆2位于中心过油孔内,在连杆1和调节杆2之间设有油封3,所述油封3设于连杆1靠近接头一端端面,在连杆1该端面上设有台阶4,油封3嵌于该台阶4中。
见图2,所述油封3由油封体5和油封骨架6组成,油封骨架6嵌于油封体5内。油封体5靠里侧端面设有环形槽7,环形槽7与油封中心孔9之间的油封体形成抱合调节杆的油封唇口8。
本实用新型由于将油封设于连杆一端面,不但连杆端面的台阶容易加工和检验,而且也利于油封的装配。同时,油封唇口的设计相对传统的O型密封圈而言,更利于耐压和密封。

1、摩托车减震器力值调节杆耐压密封机构,它包括连杆(1)和调节杆(2),连杆设有中心过油孔,调节杆位于中心过油孔内,在连杆(1)和调节杆(2)之间设有油封(3),其特征在于:所述油封(3)设于连杆(1)靠近接头一端端面,在连杆该端面上设有台阶(4),油封(3)嵌于该台阶(4)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的摩托车减震器力值调节杆耐压密封机构,其特征在于:所述油封(3)由油封体(5)和油封骨架(6)组成,油封骨架(6)嵌于油封体(5)内。
3、根据权利要求2所述的摩托车减震器力值调节杆耐压密封机构,其特征在于:所述油封体(5)靠里侧端面设有环形槽(7),环形槽(7)与油封中心孔(9)之间的油封体形成抱合调节杆的油封唇口(8)。
