背景技术:
在油田采油领域中,为了获取井口出液压力,需要在井口安装取压装置。而现有井口取压装置由于结构原因存在着易渗漏的问题,污染环境,影响井口的管理。
实用新型内容:
为了解决现有井口取压装置着易渗漏的问题。本实用新型提供一种油水井取压测压器。该油水井取压测压器具有在高压状态下不渗不漏,结构简单和成本低的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是:该油水井取压测压器包括下部外有螺纹上端连接有压力表短接的主体。主体内轴向有阶台孔,下端阶台孔内置有长颈直通活塞,长颈直通活塞上端有环形凸台,下部外环形凹槽内有密封圈,长颈直通活塞上端阶台孔内有压簧,压簧上端有与阶台孔相连的簧帽。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果:该油水井取压测压器首先由于采用在主体轴向下端阶台孔内置有长颈直通活塞,长颈直通活塞上端有环形凸台,下部外环形凹槽内有密封圈,长颈直通活塞上端阶台孔内有压簧,压簧上端有与阶台孔相连的簧帽简单结构。利用长颈直通活塞上下移动,解决易渗漏问题,高压状态下不渗不漏,而且结构简单,加工成本低。所以说该油水井取压测压器具有在高压状态下不渗不漏,结构简单和成本低的特点。

如图所示,该油水井取压测压器包括下部外有螺纹上端连接有压力表短接2的主体1。主体1为圆柱形,下部外有螺纹,通过螺纹与井口上油水井取压测压器座相连,上端连接有压力表短接2,由压力表短接2与压力表相连接。主体1内轴向有二级的阶台孔3,下端的阶台孔3内置有长颈直通活塞4,长颈直通活塞4能够在下端的阶台孔3内上下移动,长颈直通活塞4上端有环形凸台7,并坐在下级阶台上,由环形凸台7防止长颈直通活塞4从阶台孔3内移出,下部外环形凹槽内有密封圈,密封圈起密封作用。长颈直通活塞4上端阶台孔3内有压簧5,压簧5上端有簧帽6,簧帽6通过螺纹与阶台孔3内相连,由簧帽6限制住压簧5,在压力达不到时,由压簧5推动长颈直通活塞4回位。
实际使用时:
首先,将压力表通过压力表短接2连接在主体1上,主体1再由下部的螺纹连接在井口上油水井取压测压器座上。通过井液推动长颈直通活塞4上移,井液进入压力表内实现取压测压目的,解决易渗漏问题。
该油水井取压测压器通过现场应用取得了显著效果。
