背景技术
目前，在铝合金的熔炼过程中，需要用机械叉车不定期的多次装填料，现有技术的单一炉门框与炉体为统一浇筑或砌筑的整体设计，每次装填炉都对炉门口形成撞击，损坏炉门口的结构构造，使炉门口的寿命缩短。同时损坏后不易维修，需要炉门口整体拆修，耗时且工程量大。
发明内容
本实用新型是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种易于拆卸、维修方便的活动式铝合金熔炼炉门框。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种铝合金熔炼炉门框，其特征在于，与铝合金熔炼炉门口形状相吻合的槽钢框架通过炉体连接螺栓固定在铝合金熔炼炉门口的炉体上，在所述的槽钢框架***设有框形炉门护铁，炉门护铁与槽钢框架间由护铁固定螺栓固定，所述的槽钢框架内侧还设有耐火层。
本实用新型的有益效果是：与现有技术单一炉门框与炉体为统一浇筑或砌筑的整体设计相比，解决了炉门口在修理过程中的不可拆卸与不可更换性，同时维修更换只是与钢构连接的部分，有效的降低了维修成本，省时省工，提高了经济效益。
