Abstract

本实用新型公开了带通气装置培养瓶,它包括:瓶体、瓶口、瓶口内设有瓶塞、通气管穿过瓶塞进入瓶体内,通气管设有缓冲室,在缓冲室上方,通气管瓶体外部分有过滤室,过滤室内有过滤网,通气管上口有密封盖;由于设有过滤室,过滤室内有过滤网,通气管上口有密封盖,故可用注射器取样;通气管下口贴近瓶底但不与瓶底接触,通气效果更佳;通气管设有缓冲室,避免了培养液因虹吸现象及培养瓶内压力的变化逆流到过滤室,以至于培养物污染;缓冲室设在瓶体外,缓冲室进气口设有逆止阀,还可作充气装置使用。通气、取样方便灵活,对环境要求不严格,能有效地避免杂菌污染。

带通气装置培养瓶
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种液体细菌培养器具,确切地说是带通气装置的培养瓶。
背景技术
无论是对食品、饮用水、病料中细菌的检验,还是对细菌的特殊的生理特性(细菌活的非可培养状等)研究时,都要先使用液体培养基增菌,有些细菌还需要通气培养增菌。同时,还要对细菌的数量、形态等进行取样计数和显微镜观察。目前,由于检验条件不同,所使的仪器和设备也不尽相同。但涉及细菌通气培养和取样的方法,均是利用传统的实验器具,如三角烧瓶、补液瓶、试管、火棉塞等。具体做法是:首先将火棉塞塞入装有细菌液体的三角烧瓶(试管或补液瓶等)内,借助火棉塞孔隙通气。然后将其放入温箱中静止或旋转振荡培养。取样时则需要在无菌条件下,将塞拔出,样品露空,再用灭菌移液器将细菌样品移出。这样培养与取样方式不利于细菌大量扩增繁殖,难免不在操作过程中受到周边环境杂菌的污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种适用于液体培养且需要通气的细菌,在通气、取样过程中方便灵活,又能避免杂菌污染的带通气装置培养瓶。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
它包括:瓶体、瓶口、瓶口内设有瓶塞、通气管穿过瓶塞进入瓶体内,其特征在于:通气管设有缓冲室,在缓冲室上方,通气管瓶体外部分有过滤室,过滤室内有过滤网。
所述的通气管下口贴近瓶底但不与瓶底接触;
通气管上口有密封盖;
缓冲室在瓶体内,靠近瓶口;
所述的缓冲室还可以设在瓶体外,缓冲室进气口设有逆止阀。
使用时,打开密封盖,用注射器通过通气管上口向培养瓶内注入气体,注完气体后盖好密封盖;取样时,用注射器,刺穿瓶塞进入瓶体,抽取样品。如果缓冲室设在瓶体外,打开密封盖,挤压缓冲室,向瓶体内注入空气,然后卡住缓冲室下部通气管,停止挤压缓冲室,逆止阀打开,气体进入缓冲室,待缓冲室恢复原形状后,松开通气管;取样时,用注射器,刺穿瓶塞进入瓶体,抽取样品。
本实用新型由于设有过滤室,过滤室内有过滤网,通气管上口有密封盖,故可用注射器取样;通气管下口贴近瓶底但不与瓶底接触,通气效果更佳;通气管设有缓冲室,避免了培养液因虹吸现象及培养瓶内压力的变化逆流到过滤室,以至于培养物污染;缓冲室设在瓶体外,缓冲室进气口设有逆止阀,还可作充气装置使用。通气、取样方便灵活,对环境要求不严格,能有效地避免杂菌污染。

具体实施方式
实施例1:请参见图1,本实用新型带通气装置培养瓶,包括瓶体1、瓶口、瓶口内设有瓶塞2、通气管3穿过瓶塞2进入瓶体1内,通气管3设有缓冲室4,缓冲室4在瓶体1内,靠近瓶口,在缓冲室4上方,通气管3瓶体1外部分有过滤室5,过滤室5内有过滤网51,通气管3下口贴近瓶底但不与瓶底接触,通气管上口6有密封盖7。
使用时,打开密封盖7,用注射器通过通气管3上口6向培养瓶内注入气体,注完气体后,盖好密封盖7;取样时,用注射器,刺穿瓶塞2进入瓶体1,抽取样品。
实施例2:请参见附图2,本实用新型带通气装置培养瓶,包括瓶体1、瓶口、瓶口内设有瓶塞2、通气管3穿过瓶塞2进入瓶体1内,通气管3设有缓冲室4,缓冲室4在瓶体1外,缓冲室4进气口设有逆止阀8,缓冲室4上方有过滤室5,过滤室5内有过滤网51,通气管3下口贴近瓶底但不与瓶底接触,通气管3上口6有密封盖7。
使用时打开密封盖7,挤压缓冲室4,逆止阀8关闭,向瓶体1内注入气体,然后卡住缓冲室4下部通气管3,停止挤压缓冲室4,逆止阀8打开,气体进入缓冲室4,待缓冲室4恢复原形状后,松开通气管3;注完体后,盖好密封盖7;取样时,用注射器,刺穿瓶塞2进入瓶体1,抽取样品。
