一种自封式稳压发酵罐,用于产生沼气,包括罐体、顶盖、进出料口、出气口;罐体的上部设为双层壁,双层壁的内壁、外壁之间形成环形空腔,罐体顶面上设有与该环形空腔对应相通的环形开口;所述的顶盖为倒扣的桶状,顶盖的侧壁通过所述的环形开口插置于所述的环形空腔内且与环形空腔滑动配合;顶盖的侧壁与罐体的内壁、外壁之间密封。它不用开放气阀放气即可维持罐内气压稳定,有效防止气压过大造成顶仓破坏罐体,避免了沼气的浪费,大气污染及放气过程中遇明火***的危险,使用安全可靠,且结构简单,容易制造。

自封式稳压发酵罐
技术领域
本实用新型涉及生产沼气用的发酵罐,具体是一种自封式稳压发酵罐。
背景技术
现有的产沼气用的发酵罐,罐内压力需要维持到一定范围内。当罐内气压过大时,容易造成顶仓甚至破坏罐体。目前只能采用将发酵罐放气阀打开放气的方式降低罐内气压,但是放气就会影响沼气的正常使用,还会造成沼气的浪费,污染空气,且放气过程中如遇到明火容易***,操作非常不安全。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺点,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自封式稳压发酵罐,它不会开放气阀放气即可维持罐内压力稳定。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:该自封式稳压发酵罐,包括罐体、顶盖、进出料口、出气口;罐体的上部设为双层壁,双层壁的内壁、外壁之间形成环形空腔,罐体顶面上设有与该环形空腔对应相通的环形开口;所述的顶盖为倒扣的桶状,顶盖的侧壁通过所述的环形开口插置于所述的环形空腔内且与环形空腔滑动配合;顶盖的侧壁与罐体的内壁、外壁之间密封。
当罐体内产生沼气过多造成气压过大时,气压会顶着顶盖上移,即通过增加罐体容积,实现降低罐内气压。当气压降低后顶盖就会在自身重力的作用下向下移动,缩小罐体容积,保证罐内气压稳定,从而保证沼气的正常使用。由此可以看出,顶盖的重量与要求的罐内气压值有直接关系,可以在制造过程中,根据需要计算顶盖的重量。
作为本实用新型的进一步的技术方案:在该自封式稳压发酵罐中,所述的密封采用密封圈,在顶盖侧壁与罐体内壁的外表面之间设置有密封圈,顶盖侧壁与罐体外壁的内表面之间也设置有密封圈。顶盖上下移动时,通过密封圈保证沼气不会从顶盖与罐体内壁、外壁之间溢出。
另一种技术方案:在该自封式稳压发酵罐中,所述的密封采用液密封,密封用的液***于环形空腔中,且液面高于顶盖的底边;罐体上设置有可向环形空腔中补充液体的补液装置。顶盖移动过程中,其底边因为位于液面以下,从而有效防止沼气溢出。密封用的液体可以通过补液器随时补充,保证密封效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是:它不用开放气阀放气即可维持罐内气压稳定,有效防止气压过大造成顶仓破坏罐体,避免了沼气的浪费,大气污染及放气过程中遇明火***的危险,使用安全可靠,且结构简单,容易制造。

具体实施方式
实施例一:如图1所示,该自封式稳压发酵罐,主要包括罐体4、顶盖3、进出料管6、出气管1。进出料管6靠近罐体4底部设置,其管口上设有端盖7。出气管1设置在顶盖3上端,出气管上设有阀门2。
罐体4的上部设为双层壁,双层壁的内壁41、外壁42之间形成环形空腔8。罐体4顶面上设有与该环形空腔8对应相通的环形开口。
顶盖3为倒扣的桶状,顶盖的侧壁通过环形开口插置于环形空腔8内且与环形空腔8滑动配合。在顶盖3侧壁与内壁41的外表面之间设置有密封圈9,顶盖3侧壁与外壁42的内表面之间也设置有密封圈10。
实施例二:如图2所示,与实施例不同之处在于该实施例采用液密封,密封用的液体11位于环形空腔8中,且液面高于顶盖3的底边。罐体4上设置有可向环形空腔8中补充液体的补液装置5。其余技术同实施例一。

1、自封式稳压发酵罐,包括罐体、顶盖、进出料口、出气口,其特征是:罐体的上部设为双层壁,双层壁的内壁、外壁之间形成环形空腔,罐体顶面上设有与该环形空腔对应相通的环形开口;所述的顶盖为倒扣的桶状,顶盖的侧壁通过所述的环形开口插置于所述的环形空腔内且与环形空腔滑动配合;顶盖的侧壁与罐体的内壁、外壁之间密封。
2、根据权利要求1所述的自封式稳压发酵罐,其特征是:所述的密封采用密封圈,在顶盖侧壁与罐体内壁的外表面之间设置有密封圈,顶盖侧壁与罐体外壁的内表面之间也设置有密封圈。
3、根据权利要求1所述的自封式稳压发酵罐,其特征是:所述的密封采用液密封,密封用的液***于环形空腔中,且液面高于顶盖的底边;罐体上设置有可向环形空腔中补充液体的补液装置。
