现有的旋振筛，其清网装置主要靠振动电机对筛网产生的振动和在筛网上用弹跳环及橡胶球产生的振动来完成。其缺点是自清网振力小、橡胶球易磨损，给物料造成二次污染，同时因无效参振重量大、能耗高，影响生产效率和给维修带来不便。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的是提供一种自清网能力强，不会对物料造成二次污染，生产效率高，维修方便的脉冲旋振筛。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是以如下方式完成的，它包括有一个旋振筛，其特征在于：在旋振筛的筛网上面或下面安装有至少一个脉冲器，各脉冲器上分别用导线向筛体外连接一个脉冲控制器。本实用新型用脉冲器代替弹跳环及其橡胶球对筛网进行清料，具有重量轻，弹力强、清料效果好，易操作和维修，不会对物料产生二次污染，提高产品质量的优点。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型是对现有旋振筛1的改进，主要是在筛网3的上面或下面安装固定有至少一个脉冲器2，各脉冲器上用导线4向筛体外部连接有一个脉冲控制器5。该旋振筛利用脉冲器不断对筛网发生助振，起到振动电机6不可代替的清网和助振作用，有利于提高筛分效率和自动清网效果，方便操作和维修，不会对物料造成二次污染。
