Claims (4)
- 【权利要求1】一种铝合金触变加工用重熔加热设备,其特征在于:1)该装置主要由感应加热电源和坯料加热、运载***两部分组成;2)感应加热线圈水平布置,触变坯料仅能在水平方向移动;3)感应加热线圈之间互相串联,在同一水平面上互相平行布置,感应加热线圈各部分疏密一致;4)感应加热线圈的数量为1~4个,每个感应加热线圈的长度为1~2米;5)感应加热线圈内设置滑道,滑道由1~4根不锈钢管构成,不锈钢管内通水冷却,不锈钢管直径5~20mm;滑道上放置运载触变坯料的小车,小车由耐火材料加工而成,可在气缸等外力推动下在滑道上自由滑行;小车长度为触变坯料长度的1.2~2倍,其放置的水平高度需保证触变坯料位于感应加热线圈的中心轴线位置;6)每个感应加热线圈的一端都设有气缸等推动装置,推动气缸等装置行程为运载小车长度的1.5~2.5倍;气缸等推动装置直接推动运载小车在感应加热线圈内运行,触变坯料放置于运载小车上,气缸等推动装置及滑道不直接与触变坯料发生作用。
- 【权利要求2】根据权利要求1所述的铝合金触变加工用重熔加热设备,其特征在于,感应加热电源可以选择可控硅电源或IGBT电源,电流频率为300~2500Hz,功率50~300KW。
- 【权利要求3】根据权利要求1所述的铝合金触变加工用重熔加热设备,其特征在于,感应加热线圈根据触变坯料形状可以设计为圆形,也可设计为椭圆形或方形。
- 【权利要求4】根据权利要求1所述的铝合金触变加工用重熔加热设备,其特征在于,运载小车在滑轨上的滑动可以采用气动、液压、电动方式中的任意一种实现。
