本实用新型涉及一种模具，特别涉及蕾丝模具，主要用于PVC为材料的台垫、桌布的加工用。
背景技术
在家庭、餐馆等的餐桌上常常会垫上一层精美的桌布，在一些会客厅、茶几上也会垫上一层精美的桌布，这些精美的桌布有一部分是纺织品，有一些则是由PVC材料制作而成的，这种由PVC材料制作的桌布上的图案都是由丝印上去的，表面都很光滑，即不防滑，也没有立体的美感，现有技术中也没有一种工具尤其是一种模具能加工出产生具有凹凸图案的PVC桌布。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足，提供一种能加工出产生具有凹凸图案的PVC桌布的蕾丝模具。
本实用新型的技术方案为：蕾丝模具，包括一圆柱形基体，圆柱形基体上均匀地设置一层感光胶，感光胶外设置带有图案的菲林层，菲林层的图案为凸出结构，菲林层外为电镀层。
本实用新型的蕾丝模具成本低，结构简单，并且能加工出具有生产凹凸图案的PVC桌布的模具。

具体实施例
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
根据基体尺寸选择轴头，装轴头入基体并锁螺丝固定，用叉车运至抛光机，上机固定，根据基体尺寸调机，同心度在±0.15mm，用500#沙带磨表面，磨头不能压太紧，磨3遍即可.换用白色磨光沙带磨表面，磨2遍即可，用洗衣粉水冲洗滚筒，滚筒表面如有锈斑不光亮的地方用细砂纸磨光，吹干净没水份，对版辊喷胶，***慢慢往下移动，喷胶厚度控制在0.03-0.05mm之间，喷胶之后加热，用叉车运版辊放到加热机旁，用行吊将其装入机器上，装牙盘/链条，合盖，开机加热，温度调节：90-110摄氏度.加热20-30分钟关机，将版辊取出用冷水冲版辊上的感光胶，再用砂纸在感光胶上面轻轻磨掉灰尘、小杂物.避免磨坏感光胶，不许损坏版辊上面感光胶，吹干水份，把煤油调好均匀涂到版辊表面感光胶上，菲林正面与感光胶贴合，用胶纸固定菲林，利用工卡刮干净版辊表面机油.确保菲林贴紧在滚筒表面要清晰干净，感光：开感光灯后等2-4分钟灯光够强，把灯光对准版辊，灯光距离版辊30-50cm，灯光在版辊上面积3-5cm，每面晒1-2分钟，转动晒完为止，将版辊取出拿掉菲林后用洗衣粉水冲洗图案出来，避免见强光，冲洗时间不能太久，表面图案洁净清晰，吹干水份，检查整体纹跟菲林图案一致，无折痕，不模糊，清晰洁净，用叉车运版辊放到蚀刻机旁，用行吊将其装入机器上，装牙盘/链条，并锁紧固定牙盘，开机，合盖.调节酸液高度，接触版面即可，蚀刻5-10分钟检查一遍深度，温度不超过50摄氏度，用深度计测出结果至达到样板深度为止，卸牙盘/链条，用行吊将其取出，用叉车运基体至抛光机，上机固定，同心度在±0.15mm，用铜轮抛干净图案底纹，用500#沙带磨表面，磨头不能压太紧，磨3遍即可；换用白色磨光沙带磨表面，磨2遍即可；换绿色抗沙带磨表面，磨3遍即可；换用白色磨光沙带磨表面，磨2遍即可，时间按次数计算，然后电镀，根据上述步骤制得的蕾丝模具包括，包括一圆柱形基体1，圆柱形基体1上均匀地设置一层感光胶2，感光胶2外设置带有图案的菲林层3，菲林层3的图案为凸出结构，菲林层3外为电镀层4。
