本实用新型涉及车轮轮鼓。
背景技术
现有技术的车轮轮鼓,包括轮圈和支架,轮圈和支架一体构成。这种车轮轮鼓由于一体式采用金属,不仅成本高,而且减震性能和韧性都不好。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足,而提供减震性能和韧性好,并且节约金属材料的新型车轮轮鼓。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案来实现的:新型车轮轮鼓,包括轮圈和支架,其特征在于轮圈为由金属层与碳纤维层构成的双层复合结构。
所述碳纤维层可在外层,也可在内层。
所述支架可采用网状结构,在网孔内填充碳纤维。
本实用新型由于采用了上述结构,在大大节约金属材料的同时使车轮轮鼓具有良好的减震性能和韧性。

具体实施案例
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明:图1和图2中新型车轮轮鼓,包括轮圈1和支架2,轮圈为由金属层3与碳纤维层4构成的双层复合结构,所述碳纤维层4可在外层。
在图3中,碳纤维层4在内层。
在图4中,支架采用网状结构,在网孔5内填充碳纤维。
以上是本实用新型一具体实施例,然而本领域的普通技术人员仍可作出不脱离本实用新型的方案仍落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1、新型车轮轮鼓,包括轮圈和支架,其特征在于轮圈为由金属层与碳纤维层构成的双层复合结构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的新型车轮轮鼓,其特征在于所述碳纤维层在金属层外。
3、根据权利要求1所述的新型车轮轮鼓,其特征在于所述碳纤维层在金属层内。
4、根据权利要求1、2或3所述的新型车轮轮鼓,其特征在于所述支架可采用网状结构,在网孔内填充碳纤维。
