Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种惯性发电结构,为克服现有技术中的一些较小的力或间断的力无法被利用的问题而发明。至少包括一个具有动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴的惯性助力传动机构,在所述惯性助力传动机构的动力输出轴上至少传动连接有一个发电机。上述的结构可将输入轴输入的较小的力或间断的力,由惯性轮积累起来,通过控制离合器动力输入轴与动力输出轴的相接触的时间,而控制惯性轮所积累的转动惯量瞬间爆发出来或根据需要将其持续输出,以驱动发电机发电,以便于节约和利用能源。上述的结构可应用于自行车、汽车、飞机和轮船等动力机构,更可应用于发电等领域。

本实用新新型涉及一种惯性发电结构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,各种动力机械被广泛地应用于生活中的各个角落。现有的各种动力机械如自行车、汽车、甚至飞机等在工作过程中,经常会有许多较小的力或是间断输出的较大的力因无法被利用而浪费掉,从而造成能源巨大地浪费。
实用新型内容
为克服上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,可将间断动力持续输出的惯性发电结构。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的惯性发电结构至少包括一个具有动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴的惯性助力传动机构,在所述惯性助力传动机构的的动力输出轴上至少传动连接有一个发电机。
进一步地,所述的发电机的旋转轴上同轴设有惯性轮。
进一步地,所述的惯性助力传动机构由具有一个动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴减速机构、惯性轮以及具有一个动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴离合器组成;其中,所述离合器的动力输出轴与发电机旋转轴传动连接;所述惯性轮的轮轴与减速机构的动力输出轴以及离合器的动力输入轴传动连接。
进一步地,所述的减速机构由动力输入齿轮和动力输出齿轮组成,其中,所述的惯性轮与动力输出齿轮同轴设置。
进一步地,在所述离合器的输出轴与发电机旋转轴之间设置有变速机构。
采用上述结构后,将输入的较小的力或间断的力通过变速机构传递给惯性轮后,借助惯性轮质量较大特点,作为转动惯量的被积累起来,被积累起来的转动惯量则可通过离合器操纵手柄的控制将其通过离合器的动力输出轴输出,这种转动惯量即可通过离合器的控制将其瞬间爆发出来,也可以根据需要将其持续输出,以使发电机能在其作用下恒定的发出电,以有效地利用能源。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地说明。
如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的惯性发电结构,至少包括一个具有动力输入轴和动力输出轴的惯性助力传动机构3,在所述惯性助力传动机构的动力输出轴上至少传动连接有一个发电机4。
上述的发电机的数量可根据电动车本身的实际情况来进行设置,图1中的电动机为4个,分别对应每个车轮均有设置。前后发电机及车轮的动力传输可通过齿轮轴10相连接,当然也可通过皮带轮等方式进行连接。为了保证能源的利用率,所述的发电机的旋转轴上同轴设有惯性轮5。
如图2所示,上述的惯性助力传动机构由具有一个动力输入轴1和一个动力输出轴减速机构(图2中动力输入齿轮和动力输出齿轮32组成)、惯性轮33以及具有一个动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴离合器9组成;其中,惯性轮的轮轴与减速机构的动力输出轴以及离合器的动力输入轴传动连接。这样,从减速机构的动力输入轴输入的较小的力或间断的力通过变速机构传递给惯性轮后,借助惯性轮质量较大特点,作为转动惯量的被积累起来,被积累起来的转动惯量则可通过离合器操纵手柄35的控制将其通过离合器的动力输出轴输出。如图2所示,转动惯量是通过皮带36的输出轴37输出的。
上述的减速机构可以根据需要选择各种合适的减速机,图2中的减速机构由动力输入齿轮1和动力输出齿轮2组成,其中,所述的惯性轮3与动力输出齿轮2同轴设置。这种结构较为简单,体积较小,利于加工制造。上述惯性轮的大小及质量可根据所用场所及动力输入情况的不同而不同。上述的离合器也可根据需要选择现有的各种离合器,如汽车、摩托车上所用的离合器均可。
为了便于更进一步地控制输入能量与输出能量的控制,还可在电动机与惯性助力传动机构之间以及离合器的输出轴与发电机的旋转轴之间设置有变速机构。
综上可知,上述的结构可将输入轴输入的较小的力或间断的力,由惯性轮积累起来,通过控制离合器动力输入轴与动力输出轴的相接触的时间,而控制惯性轮所积累的转动惯量瞬间爆发出来或根据需要将其持续输出,以驱动发电机发电,以便于节约和利用能源。上述的结构可应用于自行车、汽车、飞机和轮船等动力机构,更可应用于发电等领域。

Claims (5)

1、一种惯性发电结构,其特征在于:至少包括一个具有动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴的惯性助力传动机构,在所述惯性助力传动机构的的动力输出轴上至少传动连接有一个发电机。
2、如权利要求1所述的惯性发电结构,其特征在于:所述的发电机的旋转轴上同轴设有惯性轮。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的惯性发电结构,其特征在于:所述的惯性助力传动机构由具有一个动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴减速机构、惯性轮以及具有一个动力输入轴和一个动力输出轴离合器组成;其中,所述离合器的动力输出轴与发电机旋转轴传动连接;所述惯性轮的轮轴与减速机构的动力输出轴以及离合器的动力输入轴传动连接。
4、如权利要求3所述的惯性发电结构,其特征在于:所述的减速机构由动力输入齿轮和动力输出齿轮组成,其中,所述的惯性轮与动力输出齿轮同轴设置。
5、如权利要求3所述的惯性发电结构,其特征在于:在所述离合器的输出轴与发电机旋转轴之间设置有变速机构。
