本实用新型公开了一种容器类设备的自动卸灰(料)装置，灰箱(1)与筒体(3)连接，在筒体(3)上有铰座(6)，铰座(6)通过小轴(5)与底板铰座(9)连接，底板铰座(9)在弯杆(7)中部与其连接，底板(2)与弯杆(7)右端连接，在弯杆(7)的左端有配重(8)；筒体(3)的下部为一斜口结构，底板(2)与该斜口贴合。其中，灰箱(1)通过法兰(4)与筒体(3)连接。本实用新型结构简单，制作成本低，安装、使用简便，不需要配置电源(或动力源)即可实现自动开启和关闭，节约能源。

本实用新型涉及一种容器类设备的卸灰装置。
背景技术
在工业生产中，经常见到生产流程的容器、管道、罩子等类设备需要将其中的物料自动卸出，或者由于时间长逐渐积满灰、粉类物质需要自动开启卸出，然后又自动的关闭。目前使用的自动卸料装置，由于其结构复杂，制造成本高，使用范围受到限制，应用不广泛。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种自动卸灰装置，该装置结构简单，制造成本低，以克服现有技术存在的不足。
本实用新型是这样构成的：灰箱1与筒体3连接，在筒体3上有铰座6，铰座6通过小轴5与底板铰座9连接，底板铰座9与弯杆7中部连接，底板2与弯杆7右端连接，在弯杆7的左端有配重8；筒体3的下部为一斜口结构，底板2与该斜口贴合。
灰箱1通过法兰4与筒体3连接。
当灰箱里没有灰(或物料，下同)或灰较少时，自动卸灰装置处于封闭状态，当灰箱内的灰逐渐增多，其重量大于配重的重量时，底板在灰尘重量的作用下绕小轴旋转，灰箱底部即开启，灰箱内的灰自动卸出。当灰箱内的灰尘排空时，在配重的作用下，底板绕小轴旋转，使灰箱底部关闭。
本实用新型结构简单，制作成本低，安装、使用简便，不需要配置电源(或动力源)即可实现自动开启和关闭，节约能源。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的实施例：本实用新型由灰箱1，底板2，筒体3，法兰4，小轴5，铰座6，弯杆7，配重8，底板铰座9组成。筒体3的下部为一斜面，斜面的度数可根据需要确定。灰箱1可以是管道、容器、罩子等。安装时，法兰4与筒体3相连，铰座6固定在筒体3上，底板铰座9固定在弯杆7上，弯杆7固定在底板2的下面，小轴5通过铰座6和底板铰座9使底板2与筒体3铰接，配重8空套在弯杆7的另一端，配重8的数量和位置可以在弯杆上根据需要调整。制作时，筒体3，法兰4，底板2的形状可根据需要制作成圆形或方形。

  1. 【权利要求1】一种自动卸灰装置，其特征在于：灰箱(1)与筒体(3)连接，在筒体(3)上有铰座(6)，铰座(6)通过小轴(5)与底板铰座(9)连接，底板铰座(9)在弯杆(7)中部与其连接，底板(2)与弯杆(7)右端连接，在弯杆(7)的左端有配重(8)；筒体(3)的下部为一斜口结构，底板(2)与该斜口贴合。
