本实用新型公开了一种蜂窝石材复合板，由五层结构相互粘接而成，五层结构依此为：上石质层、上铝质或玻璃钢层、铝质或塑料蜂窝层、下铝质或玻璃钢层、下石质或防火板、装饰板层；本产品表层为天然石材，具有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，另外中间层含有铝质或塑料蜂窝层可以使得这种复合板重量较轻而便于加工安装，同时整个复合板的厚度较薄可便于裁切以及适于室内、外的装修、家具及吊顶等使用。该复合板具有重量轻、防潮、隔音、隔热，强度高于正常石板材的优点。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种装修装饰材料，特别是涉及一种以石质材料为表面的蜂窝石材复合板。
背景技术
石材是人们用来装饰装修家庭居室或办公室等场所的重要装饰材料，现有使用过程中，石材通常是被裁切成地板砖大小用来铺在地面上。而随着人民生活水平的大幅提高，人们不仅在地板铺设方面需要使用石材，而且也希望在其它如墙体、吊顶等的装修使用上也采用石材板，从而达到提高装修挡次的目的。但是现有石材板的重量较重，无法用在吊顶或墙体的装修上，若将石板制作的较薄，势必会影响石板的强度，在铺设时以及铺设后都容易造成损坏，另一方面石板过于薄其防渗水性能也就较差，从而难以符合人们的使用要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，又可以做得较薄但强度高、重量轻、防潮、隔音、隔热，同时还具有较好的防水效果的蜂窝石材复合板。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种蜂窝石材复合板，由五层结构相互粘接而成，五层结构依此为：上石质层、上铝质或玻璃钢层、铝质或塑料蜂窝层、下铝质或玻璃钢层、下石质或防火板、装饰板层；
作为对上述实施方式的改进，所述的复合板通过粘合剂粘接而成；
作为对上述实施方式的进一步改进，所述上石质层的厚度为1～20mm；所述下石质或防火板、装饰板层的厚度为0.1～10mm；所述上铝质或玻璃钢层、下铝质或玻璃钢层的厚度为0.3～3mm；所述铝质或塑料蜂窝层为3～60mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本产品表层为天然石材，具有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，另外中间层含有铝质或塑料蜂窝层可以使得这种复合板重量较轻而便于加工安装，同时整个复合板的厚度较薄可便于裁切以及适于室内、外的装修、家具及吊顶等使用。该复合板具有重量轻、防潮、隔音、隔热，强度高于正常石板材的优点。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，一种蜂窝石材复合板，由五层结构相互粘接而成，五层结构依此为：上石质层1、上铝质或玻璃钢层2、铝质或塑料蜂窝层3、下铝质或玻璃钢层4、下石质或防火板、装饰板层5。
制作时，将较厚的石材复合到蜂窝板的上面和下面，其中蜂窝板的结构为在3～60mm厚度的铝质或塑料蜂窝层3的上、下表面上使用粘合剂粘接0.3～3mm厚度的上、下铝质或玻璃钢层2、4，将石材切割成所需厚度，再根据需要加工成所需形状而适用于不同应用要求，如使用在家具和室内、外装修时，可以根据需要整块或裁成一定大小尺寸进行安装，使用十分简单。
本产品表层为天然石材，具有天然石材的自然亮泽表面，另外中间层含有铝质或塑料蜂窝层3可以使得这种复合板重量较轻而便于铺设，同时整个复合板的厚度较薄可便于裁切以及适于室内、外的装修、家具及吊顶等使用。该复合板具有重量轻、防潮、隔音、隔热，强度高于正常石板材的优点。

1.一种蜂窝石材复合板，其特征在于：其由五层结构相互粘接而成，五层结构依此为：上石质层(1)、上铝质或玻璃钢层(2)、铝质或塑料蜂窝层(3)、下铝质或玻璃钢层(4)、下石质或防火板、装饰板层(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝石材复合板，其特征在于：所述的复合板通过粘合剂粘接而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝石材复合板，其特征在于：所述上石质层(1)的厚度为1～20mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝石材复合板，其特征在于：所述下石质或防火板、装饰板层(5)的厚度为0.1～10mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝石材复合板，其特征在于：所述上铝质或玻璃钢层(2)、下铝质或玻璃钢层(4)的厚度为0.3～3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种蜂窝石材复合板，其特征在于：所述铝质或塑料蜂窝层(3)为3～60mm。
