本实用新型涉及到组合充灌阀。
背景技术
众所周知，在从一个容器往另一个容器中灌液的过程中，通常需要在两个容器之间设置充灌管道。目前所使用的充灌管道中通常都设置有用于启闭管道的组合充灌阀，如图1所示，其结构包括：阀座1，阀座1中设置有两个阀2和3、以及连通两个阀2和3的端口的内部管道4，内部管道4上设置有与外部管道对接的接口5。为了保证液体只能沿一个方向流动，不出现倒流现象，通常还在充灌管道中设置有止回阀6。这样就使得充灌管道的成本增大，而且还增加了管路维护的难度和费用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种便于维护、且可节省成本的组合充灌阀。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：组合充灌阀，包括：阀座，阀座中设置有两个阀和连通两个阀端口的内部管道，内部管道上设置有与外部管道对接的接口，在所述的内部管道中设置有止回阀。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采用了一体化设计，将止回阀移入阀座的内部管道中，降低了制作成本；而且在管路维护时，只需对组合充灌阀进行维护，大大降低了管路维护的难度和成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，详细描述本实用新型的具体实施方案。
如图2所示，本实用新型所述的组合充灌阀，包括：阀座1，阀座1中设置有两个阀2和3、以及连通两个阀2和3的端口的内部管道4，内部管道4上设置有与外部管道对接的法兰式接口5，在所述的内部管道4中设置有止回阀6。
实际应用时，组合充灌阀的接口5通过充灌接头7与储液罐的输出口相连通，阀2和3的出口与相应容器的入口相连通。工作时，打开阀2和阀3，利用从储液罐中流出的充灌液体自身的压力顶开设置在内部管道4中的止回阀6，对相应的容器进行充灌；在充灌过程中，当充灌液体的压力下降时，止回阀6在弹簧力的作用下自动关闭、实现止回功能，而无需手动关闭阀门2和3，从而有效地防止了充灌液体的倒流。
本实用新型通过采用一体化设计，将止回阀6移入阀座1的内部管道4中，从而降低了制作成本；而且在管路维护时，只需对组合充灌阀进行维护，大大降低了管路维护的难度和成本。
