Abstract

本实用新型公开一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体(2)、组装于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体(1)及若干导电端子(3),遮蔽壳体上设有焊接脚(16),该焊接脚包括自遮蔽壳体的顶壁向下延伸并向外弯折的水平部(161)、自水平部向上弯折后再向下弯折的弯曲部(163)及自弯曲部向下延伸的竖直部(162),弯曲部消除了电路板与焊接脚之间的干涉,提高了水平部与电路板间的贴合效果,保证了电连接器精确的组装高度。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤指一种具有插接脚的电连接器。
【背景技术】
随着各消费性电子产品小型化发展的趋势,作为其主要零件之一的电连接器越来越多地制成沉板型以增大空间利用率,通常的沉板型电连接器包括一金属壳体、一装设在金属壳体内的绝缘座体及若干插设在绝缘座体内的导电端子。金属壳体包括顶壁及自顶壁两端向下延伸的侧壁,所述侧壁上设有焊脚,该焊脚包括自侧壁向外弯折的与电路板贴合的支撑部及自支撑部向下垂直弯折形成的插置于电路板的插脚。
上述电连接器中的插脚在弯折形成的过程中与支撑部间形成一倒角,即R角,当插脚***电路板所对应的插接缝中时,若缝口较小,则上述倒角易与缝的边缘发生干涉,从而导致支撑部与电路板无法紧密贴合,两者之间存在一定的间距。另外,由于制造上的缺陷,支撑部的平面度通常难以得到精确控制,因此无法保证支撑部的整个平面与电路板完全贴合,所以需要一种改进的电连接器以克服上述缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能精确组装的电连接器。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、组装于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体及若干导电端子,所述遮蔽壳体上设有焊接脚,该焊接脚包括一水平部、一竖直部及连接该水平部及竖直部的弯曲部,该弯曲部是沿远离竖直部的方向设置。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器通过在焊接脚的水平部与竖直部间设置一弯曲部,从而保证了电连接器组装高度的精确性。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图1至图4所示,本实用新型电连接器为一沉板型电连接器,其包括一遮蔽壳体1、一绝缘本体2若干导电端子3及一定位板4。
请参阅图3及图4所示,遮蔽壳体1包括一顶壁11、自该顶壁11两侧向下延伸的两侧壁12及与顶壁11相平行的底壁13。上述顶壁11、两侧壁12及底壁13包围形成一***述绝缘本体2的收容腔14。所述顶壁11上设有两个突向收容腔14的弹片111,顶壁11相对底壁13具有向后延伸的伸长部112,该伸长部112的尾部向下弯折形成一弯折板15,该弯折板15中部设有向下延伸地插设并焊接于电路板(未图示)的焊接片151。所述伸长部112所在的顶壁11两侧分别向下延伸一焊接脚16,该焊接脚16包括自顶壁11向下延伸并向外弯折的水平部161、自水平部161向上弯折后再向下弯折的弯曲部163及自该弯曲部163向下延伸形成的竖直部162,所述水平部161与竖直部162同侧的部位设有一凸台164,所述水平部161平行于顶壁11,竖直部162垂直于顶壁11。所述弯曲部163为弧形结构,其沿远离竖直部162的方向弯折,如此,竖直部162与弯曲部163的连接处与水平部161与弯曲部163的连接处位于同一水平面上,如图5的虚线B所示,当然弯曲部163可适当增加弯折弧度,如此,竖直部162与弯曲部163的连接处可高于水平部161与弯曲部163的连接处,即水平部161与弯曲部163的连接处更加远离电连接器的安装面。所述两侧壁12上分别设有一弹片121,上述弹片111、121均用以与对接电连接器(未图示)相抵接,从而实现较为稳固的配合;两侧壁12与底壁13的交界处还设有一对褶皱部17,所述底壁13后端设有两个相互对称的扣臂131。上述水平部与竖直部的定义是相对电连接器的安装面,即用以安装电连接器的电路板而言。
请继续参阅图3及图4所示,绝缘本体2包括一基部21、自该基部21前端面向前延伸的对接部22及自基部21后端面向后延伸的与上述伸长部112相对应的延伸板23。所述基部两侧面与底面交界处具有与所述褶皱部17相对应的过渡部24,基部21后端面设有两个与所述扣臂131相扣持的凹槽211。所述对接部22的上、下表面设有若干收容导电端子3的收容槽221,该收容槽221贯穿基部21的前、后端面。所述延伸板23的尾部两端分别向外延伸一凸出部25,该凸出部25向下延伸有一定位柱26,该定位柱26中间设有自其底部向上延伸的狭缝,且该定位柱26的中部直经大于顶部及底部的直径,延伸板23的下表面与基部21后端面间形成有一凹陷部27,所述定位板4收容于该凹陷部27内,凹陷部27两侧设有定位槽271及卡槽272。定位板4上设有与该定位槽271及卡槽272分别卡扣的凸块41及卡持块42,定位板4上还设有若干收容孔43,所述导电端子3延伸出基部21后端面并插设定位于该等收容孔43内,所述弯折板15扣置于延伸板23及定位板4的后端面上。
图5显示了遮蔽壳体底面朝上的局部放大图,弯曲部163是沿远离竖直部162的方向弯折,所述竖直部162的长度延伸至B线(即竖直部162与弯曲部163的连接处),即将弯曲部163延长至水平部161与电路板的贴合面,如此,当竖直部162***电路板对应的插接缝(未图示)时,该竖直部162可直接插至水平部161与电路板贴合的位置,此时插接缝不会接触到弯曲部163并与其发生干涉作用,保证水平部161与电路板间不会有翘曲部分。所述凸台164设置后,电路板与水平部161的贴合面从B线转至A线,因此凸台164的设置更增大了弯曲部163与电路板间的距离,进一步减小了插接缝与弯曲部163发生干涉的可能性,提高了水平部161与电路板的贴合效果。
以上是对本实用新型较佳实施方式的描述,当然本实用新型也可以采用其他实施方式,比如上述焊接脚除自顶壁延伸形成外,也可自侧壁向外弯折形成,另外,所述凸台具体设置在水平部的与电路板贴合的一面上。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接器,其包括绝缘本体、组装于绝缘本体的遮蔽壳体及若干导电端子,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体上设有焊接脚,该焊接脚包括一水平部、一竖直部及连接该水平部与竖直部的弯曲部,该弯曲部是沿远离竖直部的方向设置。
2.如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述弯曲部为自水平部向上弯折后再向下弯折所形成的弧形结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述水平部在与竖直部同侧的部位设有一凸台。
4.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述竖直部与弯曲部的连接处等高于或高于水平部与弯曲部的连接处。
5.如权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体包括顶壁、自顶壁两侧向下延伸的两侧壁及与顶壁相平行的底壁,所述侧壁与底壁交界处设有褶皱部。
6.如权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体包括基部、自基部向前延伸的对接部及自基部向后延伸的延伸板,一定位板固定于该延伸板的下方,用以定位所述导电端子。
7.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述延伸板两侧的绝缘本体上设有定位槽及卡槽,所述定位板上设有与该定位槽及卡槽相对应的凸块及卡持块。
8.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述绝缘本体后端设有定位柱,该定位柱中间设有一狭缝。
9.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述遮蔽壳体的顶壁设有与位于所述延伸板上方的伸长部,该伸长部尾部设有弯折板,该弯折板上设有焊接片。
10.如权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述基部后端面上设有凹槽,所述遮蔽壳体的底壁后端设有扣持于该凹槽内的扣臂。
