Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种电连接器,用以电性连接芯片模组至电路板,其包括收容有若干导电端子的绝缘本体及定位绝缘本体至电路板的定位柱,其中绝缘本体设有定位孔,其内设有向定位孔内延伸的若干弹性片,当定位柱组装入定位孔时,其挤压弹性片使其弹性外张,因此定位孔的尺寸有一定的变化范围,使定位柱的制作尺寸更易控制,同时弹性片对定位柱产生一相应弹性力,使定位柱定位更牢固。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及一种电连接器,尤其涉及一种电性连接芯片模组至电路板的电连接器。
【背景技术】
如图1所示,揭示为一种现有的电连接器,其用以电性连接芯片模组(未图示)至电路板(未图示),设有绝缘本体10及定位绝缘本体10于电路板(未图示)的定位柱20,其中绝缘本体10上组设有若干导电端子30用以连接至电路板(未图示),同时绝缘本体10上设置有定位孔101,如图2所示,此种现有的电连接器,其定位孔101内设有若干凸部1011,用以与定位柱20干涉配合,达到牢固定位绝缘本体10的目的。
此类现有的电连接器存在以下缺点:由于定位柱20是通过与定位孔101内凸部1011干涉配合来达到牢固定位绝缘本体10的目的,致使对定位柱20的尺寸要求很严格,若其尺寸过大,则很可能发生定位柱20无法组装入定位孔101的现象,如若其尺寸过小,则定位柱20与凸部1011干涉力度不佳,致使绝缘本体10出现定位不牢固的现象,因此,定位孔101与定位柱20的配合尺寸比较难以控制。
有鉴于此,确实有必要对上述这种电连接器的结构予以改良以克服现有技术中的缺陷。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电连接器,其用以定位绝缘本体于电路板的定位柱的制作尺寸更易控制且定位柱定位更牢固。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种电连接器,用以电性连接芯片模组至电路板,其包括收容有若干导电端子的绝缘本体及用以固定绝缘本体于电路板的定位柱,其中缘本体设有定位孔,其内设有设有向定位孔内延伸的若干弹性片,其于定位孔内为平均式分布设计。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型电连接器通过在定位孔内设置若干弹性片,定位柱组装过程中,挤压弹性片使其弹性外张,使定位孔的尺寸有一个变化范围,进而定位柱的尺寸更易控制,且弹性片弹性外张产生的弹性力使定位柱定位更牢固。

【具体实施方式】
请参阅图3所示,本实用新型电连接器是用以电性连接芯片模组(未图示)至电路板(未图示),其包含有绝缘本体1及定位绝缘本体1于电路板(未图示)的定位柱2,其中绝缘本体1为平板状构造,其上设有若干导电端子3用以连接至电路板(未图示),同时绝缘本体1上设置有与定位柱2相对应的定位孔11,在本实施例中,定位孔11为圆形孔状结构,定位柱2为圆柱状结构,但其并不对本发明构思构成任何限制,其还可根据需要设置成其它形状。
请参阅图4所示,定位孔11设有向定位孔11内延伸的若干弹性片111,其于定位孔11内为平均式分布设计。
本实用新型的重点结构在于:定位孔11设有向定位孔11内延伸的弹性片111,当定位柱2***定位孔11时,挤压弹性片111,由于弹性片111受定位柱2的挤压力弹性外张,使定位孔11的尺寸有一定的变化范围,使定位柱2的尺寸更易控制;同时弹性片111对定位柱2产生一相应弹性力,使定位柱2定位更牢固。
在本实施例中,定位孔11于绝缘本体1上为对称设置,其与定位柱2配合,可达到牢固定位绝缘本体1的功效,另一方面,定位柱2也可为芯片模组(未图示)的组装提供一个导向的作用,有效避免芯片模组(未图示)组装错误的现象。
由此,本实用新型电连接器有效改善了现有电连接器的缺失,弹性片111受定位柱2的挤压弹性外张使定位孔11的尺寸有一定变化范围,使定位柱2的制作尺寸更易控制,同时藉由弹性片111弹性外张产生的弹性力使定位柱2定位更加牢固,使绝缘本体1与电路板(未图示)定位更牢固。

Claims (2)

1. 一种电连接器,可电性连接芯片模组至电路板,其包括收容有若干导电端子的绝缘本体及定位绝缘本体于电路板的定位柱,其中绝缘本体上设有定位孔,其特征在于:定位孔内设有向定位孔内延伸的弹性片。
2. 如权利要求1所述的电连接器,其中:弹性片于定位孔内为平均式分布设计。
