背景技术
竹材展平的装置一般采用成对的双光面辊结构，竹材在双辊的作用下实现展平，这种结构的展平装置在竹材的展品时，竹材容易开裂，极大的降低竹材原有的的强度，严重时也会导致开裂报废，原材料浪费严重、
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足，而提供一种展开不开裂的展平装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：包括一对或几对轴向相互平行的辊子，所述的成对辊子中，一个为光面辊，一个为在辊子表面设置有分散凸起的钉辊。
所述的钉辊上的凸起的形状为锥形、长方体形或短“V”形凸起。
所述的钉辊通过一联轴器与链轮连接，并在链轮的带动下转动，钉辊的两侧上端连接调节螺杆调节光面辊与钉辊的间距。
与现有技术相比，本发明采用一个光面辊，一个设置有凸起的钉辊的成对辊，在竹材受到辊子压力展平的同时，竹材的表面也在钉辊上凸起的作用下形成了导裂眼，这些导裂眼对竹材内壁展开时受到的径向力进行分化和吸收，导裂眼的不连续设置使得在展平时产生的不连续的短裂纹，这些短裂纹正好弥补竹材展开时所需的变形空间，从而使竹材表面展平不开裂，保证了竹材的强度和韧性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，对本实用新型作详细说明，如图1所示，它包括设置在机架203上的成对的辊子，一个光面辊204，另外一个钉辊208，在光面辊204和钉辊208之间为竹材207，在钉辊208上设置有凸起206。上辊208安装在滑块205上，滑块205上端连接一带弹簧202的调节螺杆，钉辊208在调节螺杆和滑块的带动下上下运动调节与光面辊之间的距离。钉辊208的轴通过联轴器十字联轴节209与链轮210连接，在链轮210的带动下实现转动。

1.一种用于竹材展平的装置，包括一对或几对轴向相互平行的辊子，其特征在于所述的成对辊子中，一个为光面辊(204)，一个为在辊子表面设置有分散凸起(206)的钉辊(208)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征在于所述的钉辊(208)上的凸起(206)的形状为锥形、长方体形或短“V”形凸起。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置，其特征在于所述的钉辊(208)通过一联轴器(209)与链轮(210)连接，并在链轮(210)的带动下转动，钉辊(208)的两侧上端连接调节螺杆(201)调节光面辊(204)与钉辊(208)的间距。
