Abstract

一种锌杆连铸熔铸炉,在由耐火材料和保温材料浇砌成的炉体内依次设有相互连通的预热室、熔融室和保温贮液室,预热室与炉体进口相通,保温贮液室出口连接有结晶器,熔融室与保温贮液室内分别安装有电热控制元件。本实用新型将锌锭熔化炉与锌液保温贮液炉有机地制成一体,操作连续方便且安全,同时大大降低了热量损耗和原材料损耗,大幅度提高了生产效率,而且锌锭经过预热,蒸发去锌锭缝隙中可能存在的水份,有效地克服了原坩埚熔锌常常发生的锌液爆溅现象。

本实用新型涉及一种金属连续铸造设备。
背景技术
锌杆是拉丝机拉制各种不同直径规格的热喷涂锌熔丝的原料。热喷涂锌熔丝是广泛应用于钢材表面防腐施工的原料,它通过热喷涂装置熔融后喷涂附着在钢材表面而保护钢材设备不锈蚀。目前,制备热喷涂锌熔丝的原料锌杆是采用由熔融锌液保温贮液炉、与锌液保温贮液炉相连接的结晶器及连接结晶器的拉杆机及卷绕机组成的连铸装置加工而成的,而其熔融锌液是由坩埚将锌锭熔化后加入锌液保温贮液炉的。上述锌杆加工方法及装置存在的缺点是,锌锭熔化坩埚炉与锌液保温贮液炉是分立设备,锌液转移过程不仅麻烦,而且热量损耗大,原材料损耗大,生产效率低,又不安全。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的,是提供一种生产效率高、能耗低、原材料损耗小,操作连续、方便又安全的锌杆连铸熔铸炉。
实现上述目的的技术解决方案是:由耐火材料和保温材料浇砌成的炉体内依次设有相互连通的预热室、熔融室和保温贮液室,预热室与炉体进口相通,保温贮液室出口连接有结晶器,熔融室与保温贮液室内分别安装有电热控制元件。
本实用新型将锌锭熔化炉与锌液保温贮液炉有机地制成一体,操作连续方便且安全,同时大大降低了热量损耗和原材料损耗,大幅度提高了生产效率,而且锌锭经过预热,蒸发去锌锭缝隙中可能存在的水份,有效地克服了原坩埚熔锌常常发生的锌液爆溅现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
在炉架10上用高铝耐火砖和珍珠岩粉、陶瓷纤维等保温材料浇砌成炉体1,炉体1内的炉膛依次设相互连通的预热室2、熔融室3和保温贮液室5,预热室2与炉体进口相通,保温贮液室5的出口水平连接有石墨材质的锥管形结晶器6,结晶器6外面设有带进水接管9和出水接管7的冷却夹套8,熔融室3和保温贮液室5内分别安装有电热元件4。保温贮液室5根据其容量大小,可同时连接若干个结晶器6。
锌锭从炉体进口送入预热室2,经预热后进入熔融室3,熔融室的温度控制在730℃,锌锭被熔化后流入温度控制在700℃的锌液保温贮液室5,并通过保温贮液室5底部出口流入水平结晶器6结晶成锌杆,锌杆被引接至拉杆机拉制成锌杆,并被卷绕机卷绕在锌杆盘上,从而形成锌杆的连续化生产。

1.一种锌杆连铸熔铸炉,其特征在于由耐火材料和保温材料浇砌成的炉体内依次设有相互连通的预热室(2)、熔融室(3)和保温贮液室(5),预热室(2)与炉体进口相通,保温贮液室(5)出口连接有结晶器(6),熔融室(3)与保温贮液室(5)内分别安装有电热控制元件(4)。
2.按权利要求1所述的锌杆连铸熔铸炉,其特征在于保温贮液室(5)同时连接有若干个结晶器(6)。
