本实用新型属于污泥处理设备技术领域，是一种鼓气式和板框压滤污泥脱水机。它由板框压滤机和鼓气机组成，板框压滤机和鼓气机之间连接总管道，总管道上设置有若干个电动控制阀。本实用新型具有结构简单，制造成本低，脱水率高，自动化高的特点。

本实用新型属于污泥处理设备技术领域，具体涉及一种污泥脱水机。
背景技术
本发明所指的污泥包括城市污水污泥、河道及湖泊清淤污泥，此类污泥的主要特性一般是有机物含量高、容易腐化发臭、颗粒较细、比重较小、含水率高、呈胶状结构的亲水性物质。一般要处理的污泥，其含水率在90％以上，根据以上特点，必须用脱水能力强的机械对其进行脱水。
目前主要用于污泥脱水的装置是板框压滤机。板框压滤机属于间歇式的脱水装置，其一次能够处理大量的湿污泥，并且能够承受很大的液压，因此脱水效果好。用板框压滤机压滤后的污泥一般含水率在60％，而此污泥则被压滤成很大的滤饼并常常粘在滤板的滤布上难以自动脱落。通常的处理方法是先将这些附着在滤布上的块状污泥滤饼用手工的方法敲落到污泥槽，然后进行破碎，再送去下一个工序。这种污泥滤饼手工卸载的方法，需要消耗一定的人力，且处理效率不高，容易造成工厂空间和资源的浪费。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，制造成本低，脱水率高，自动化高的鼓气式和板框压滤污泥脱水机。
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种鼓气式和板框压滤污泥脱水机，由板框压滤机和鼓气机组成，所述板框压滤机和鼓气机之间连接总管道，所述总管道上设置有若干个电动控制阀。
所述板框压滤机与总管道之间连接有阀门。
所述鼓气机与总管道之间连接有阀门。
本实用新型用鼓气机对总管道进行鼓气，在瞬间很大的气压作用下，附着在滤板上的污泥滤饼被从滤板与滤布之间吹出的风吹下，从而实现了污泥滤饼从板框压滤机上自动卸载的过程，提高了加工效率，而且成本低。

具体实施方式
下面结合最佳实施例和附图，对本实用新型作详细描述。
如图1和图2所示，一种鼓气式和板框压滤污泥脱水机，由板框压滤机1和鼓气机3组成，板框压滤机1和鼓气机3之间连接总管道2，总管道上设置有若干个电动控制阀，以控制阀门4、6的开启和闭合。板框压滤机1与总管道2之间连接有阀门6。鼓气机与总管道之间连接有阀门4。
本实用新型的工作原理如下：当板框压滤机1压滤完毕，所有的滤液都从排出管道2流出后，相邻的三个滤板5通过机械作用被打开；将连接总管道2与鼓气机3的阀门4打开；通过控制电动控制阀，将这三个滤板5的滤液排出管道阀门6打开，其他滤板的滤液排出管道阀门关闭，此时只有三个滤板5的滤液排出管道与总管道2连通；用鼓气机3对总管道2进行鼓气，在瞬间很大的气压作用下，从滤板5与滤布7之间吹出的风同时把污泥滤饼从滤布上吹下，从而实现了污泥滤饼从板框压滤机上自动卸载的过程。

1.一种鼓气式和板框压滤污泥脱水机，其特征在于：由板框压滤机和鼓气机组成，所述板框压滤机和鼓气机之间连接总管道，所述总管道上设置有若干个电动控制阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鼓气式和板框压滤污泥脱水机，其特征在于，所述板框压滤机与总管道之间连接有阀门。
