技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种合成纤维，尤其是一种仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝，具体是以涤沦长丝为芯层，包覆高支棉纱、蚕丝等，即将天然纤维缠绕在涤纶外面，形成的包覆纱织成的织物，织物表面为天然纤维。
背景技术
涤纶作为合成纤维中的三大主力纤维之一，因其优良的物理和化学特性被广泛应用于服装面料以及其它非服装领域。涤沦产品自问世以来，也曾以其悬垂好、强度高、挺括、不易起皱而被下游用户当作主要纺织原料来织造各类纺织品。但由于它的疏水特性而在对吸湿性或水性要求较高的领域中的应用受到了限制。未来衣着用织物将朝向舒适、健康的方向发展，透气、吸湿排汗织物即是其中的重要的指标之一。
发明内容
本实用新型解决的技术问题是，在保持现在可纺性的前提下，提供一种吸湿、透气及挺括、强度高等性能更好的长丝。
本实用新型的仿天然纤维的涤纶长丝，以涤纶为芯层、天然纤维为表层包覆的纱线加工的织物，保持了天然纤维的柔软、舒适、吸湿、透气等自然风格，又发挥了涤纶长丝悬垂性好、挺括、不易起皱等优点，通过皮芯结构来达到仿天然纤维的效果。
本方案长丝，不但吸湿、透气性能好，还保持了良好的可纺性。同时还具有良好的仿天然纤维的效果。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例，对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
实施例，见图，本例长丝特殊截面中心为涤纶长丝，外层包覆以天然纤维。
上述实例产品中心为涤纶长丝，天然纤维通过缠绕方式覆在涤纶长丝上。形成的包覆纱织物，这样包覆纱基本为天然纤维。
芯层涤纶长丝强度大，弹性好，起到支撑和成型的作用，皮层天然纤维皮肤触感好、舒适、透气、排汗，该工艺技术加工的纱线具有仿天然纤维的效果，同时由于芯层的高强度涤纶长丝作用，该纱线加工的织物又具有天然纤维所没有的挺括、回弹性好等性能。加工时是采用涤纶长丝做芯层，天然纤维通过缠绕进行包覆来达到仿天然纤维的效果。可广泛用于制作时装、夹克、女装运动服、休闲服等。
